Alexa APCOA Parking Garage

Paid €7 for parking, but because it took a few minutes to fold my baby’s stroller, secure them in the car and drive to the exit, I was charged an extra €2 at the exit. Unfair and overpriced. On the positive side, the parking is spacious, clean, and has easy access to the mall.

Big parking garage close to a lot of sightseeing stuff and bunch of hotels. Also has multiple electric vehicle charging points. Recommended to make use of the APCOA app on your phone. It can share discount codes with you. Full day will cost you 12 euro max, when staying in a hotel nesrby probably the cheapest option. Currently with XMAS50 you get a 50% discount in the app, so only 6euro a day at most!

Mall is fine What isn't is the fact that the security guard harrasses you when you're trying to get back into the parking garage on foot after hours. It was 23:30 and the garage closes at 00:30 so we weren't doing anything wrong. We were just there for maybe 5 minutes trying to get our ticket to scan and he would not leave us alone. He treated us like we were hiding out by the parking garage door to do drugs or something. We tried to explain we needed to get in the garage and he didn't care. He just kept saying we had to leave. He finally let us just walk down the ramp, but it was a really terrible experience. People should be allowed to stand by the garage ticket scanner while they get their ticket out to scan

I parked there for 2 days and without any problems. The ticket for 24 h is for 20 €. Which is slightly expensive. But cheaper than in the surroundings. I appreciate that it is possible to pay by card. Parking lots might be smaller for SUV, but for standard cars ok. What was not marked is an entry into the garage when the shopping center was closed. There is no other way than to go Dircksenstraße and look for a security man who will be at the door and let you in. The door are nearer to Grunerstraße than to Voltairestraße. I asked and this is the only way how to get into the garage.

Great parking space near by lots of iconic landmarks of Berlin. Payment machine had errors while leaving, didnt accept cards and we struggled as we didnt had coins.

If you have a dog you CAN'T park here, since the mall doesn't allow dogs and there is no other way to exit the garage, an important detail which isn't mentioned in the website of APCOA. And NO, walking out where the cars drive, since everybody is doing it, is not a solution like your employee suggested. There is a very small sign in the entrance, that dogs are not allowed, but at that point where is placed, you can't drive back. And NO, just because you are a seperate company than the mall, doesn't mean you are not responsible for informing YOUR clients about this situation, like your employee explained. One star is way more than this place deserves.
