Great location and spacious family room. This hotel had a terrific daily Israeli style breakfast as well as a comfortable room to accommodate our family of 5. An in-room small refrigerator and prep sink allowed for some food storage. Walkable location to the beach (although we prefer the beaches closer to Gordon Beach) and many food and drink options. Friendly staff, especially those at breakfast. The hotel itself is small and they don't have a pool which would be nice during summer travel. Overall a good place to land and recharge after a 14 hour flight.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, after discovering they did not have a kitchen that served lunch or dinner. This was important as Tel Aviv was on a lockdown due to Hamas attacking Israel? The staff did not speak English well and was pretty uninformed, even about local restaurants. So we had to move to another hotel even to eat. Close to the beach, be advised that there is a large construction site right across the street from the front entrance. Rooms are decent and breakfast was OK.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Me and my family were scheduled to stay there while on a month long trip to Israel. The suite was absolutely disgusting. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained. To top it all off there was mold on our room. They refused to allow access to their parking lot. Every member of staff was extremely rude, when the issue of the mold was brought up the manager yelled at us aggressively. They advertise a private beach and towels provided before you go neither of which is true.

So spent 2 weeks out here for business purposes. Here are highlights, there is no parking for this property so it's a bit of a hassle. There is parking nearby, there are 3 locations behind the hotel, the one that looks shady was actually the best price and served its purpose. The free bottle of wine and macaroons were a nice touch but they drop off water every day and ignore the do not disturb light. The breakfast was very good but I had to admit I missed the bacon. Very good location by the beach but I will op for Hilton or Sheraton next time. Breakfast staff was amazing, would return for their customer service.

The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Outside noise is extremely loud so if you plan to sleep past 730am, good luck! Breakfast service is sloooow. Definitely don’t stay here for a special occasion or they will ruin it for you. 2 stars cause the rooms are nice (but be careful if you book a “sea view”, because unless you’re on the 7th floor it’s really an “apartment building view”. Bring your own beach towels because they have about 4.5 available for the whole hotel.

The Alexander is a simple yet sophisticated boutique hotel close to the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean in Tel Aviv. My room was well cared after and the bathroom was clean and complete with a great soaking tub. I took 3 baths while I was there. It was amazing. I'd also like to thank Inna for her great hospitality at reception. I stayed for about 5 days and she always made sure that everything was looked after. Thank you. I can't wait to return.

"balcony room" had a balcony the size of about one foot. There was a raised step underneath the balcony door, nearly tripped on it and could've ל"ע fallen off the balcony. Extremely unsafe - needs investigating and sorting. Breaches the Torah with its lack of a safety rail. Food - even though food was already booked at the time of booking the room, the waiter service kept insisting over and over again, making a huge deal, about payment and how it's not been paid. Also arrived at 10.45am and all they could say was "we close in 15 mins, so if you want to eat please go up now." It really was just so intense, unnecessary and pressurising. "customer service challenged". Views - the "balcony" view was 99% building site and 1% sea. This wasn't "partial sea view" as advertised. Location - extremely removed from mainstream hotels and beaches. Not ideal location.

Great hotel on the Tel Aviv beach. Location: right on the Beach promenade (or 30m from) the spot is great if you’re heading out for a run, a swim, shopping in the old TA harbor or dining in the dizengof street Rooms: rooms are clean and spacious. The view isn’t spectacular but isn’t bad as well. The rooms usually have a small kitchenette, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Service is quick and courteous, we didn’t have to wait for anything we’ve ordered. Breakfast: Perhaps the weak spot here - the breakfast isn’t as impressive as you’d expect to find in such a hotel, however, given the location - it is extremely easy to order in from any of the surrounding TA restaurants (my favorite breakfast comes from Benedict:-)).
