great location! we stayed here for 3 nights during the holidays. i booked a triple room. what we had was a room with a king bed and a sofa bed which was already made upon our arrival. the room was small for 3 people. there was no place to sit except for the beds. my request for upgrade was turned down as hilton usually treats its diamond members. Service was very good! the front desk staff was very friendly. they gave us a nice introduction to the city and the neighborhood. i communicated with their staff through the app. the response was quick. they prepared a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was very nice! since the location was at the center of everything, we did hear street noise in our room. it’s better once we closed the curtain.

Highly recommend! The location is perfect, surrounded by luxury shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to main avenues, trains and the subway. The room is perfectly equipped and clean with a modern style. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We appreciate the kindness of hotel manager Carlota and staff member Claudia, who made our trip perfectly comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again anytime we visit this beautiful city.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel during our trip to Barcelona. ||The staff are very warm considerate. I felt lightened up whenever I saw them as their faces are filled with sunshine. The drinks at the lobby were refreshing.||Beds were comfy and room were quiet so I had a very deep sleep. Room had good views of the street and filled with sunshine. Shower room spacious.| |Last day I had a diarrhea & fever and even after checking out, they did everything possible to help me recover.||Their service and hospitality definitely levels up our trip. Would recommend to people staying in Barcelona.

I’m so glad I stayed here instead of La Rambla area which was noisy and under plenty of construction. The hotel area was perfect and I walked all over. I stayed for seven nights at the end of November. The weather was great. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom which had plenty of counter space. I liked the bathrobe and slippers. I don’t know why all hotels don’t just provide slippers. A large bottle of water was provided. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I often ate at Buenas Migas across the street ( fabulous Dubai torte). There was a chocolate shop next door and across the street. I used aerobus to get there with about a 15 minute walk to hotel and then I used Uber to go to the airport. For more water etc I went to the basement of Il Corte Inglés or Carrefour on La Rambla which were both about 15 minutes from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Front Desk Manager Carlota Monter. Her warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. She even added a special personal touch that made us feel extra welcome, and it meant a lot to us.||I also want to acknowledge the young lady working at the Charcuterie in the lobby. Her dedication, friendly attitude, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her efforts.||The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Its central location is a big plus, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.||Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return.

Location is perfect, close to everything. The hotel is about less than a minute away from Passeig de Gràcia which is known for its high end shopping, good restaurants, and also where you’ll find Gaudi’s masterpieces. The hotel has good restaurants where we really enjoyed the food, breakfast lunch and dinner.|The staffs are really the reason why I would come back to this hotel. The service was excellent. Juanjo Andres assisted me with everything. I was traveling with my 92yo mom who uses electric wheelchair. He made sure that mom will be comfortable. I changed my travel plans so many times and Juanjo never stopped assisting me with my bookings and requests. He continued to answer my emails and assisted me last minute when last minute my niece tagged a long.|Carlota also assisted me to extend my booking and provided us a wheelchair for mom to use in the hotel.|The gentlemen who assisted us with the wheelchair, thank you so much.|Great staffs, excellent service.

Our stay at the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable visit. At check-in, we were greeted by Claudia, who truly represents the very best of customer service. She was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. Learning it was our honeymoon, she spent several minutes walking us through a map of the city — recommending neighborhoods, restaurants, sights to prioritize, and a few areas to avoid. Her care, presence, and local knowledge made us feel welcomed and looked after from the start. We were graciously placed in the Honeymoon Suite, and it was beautiful. The corner layout offered great natural light and views of the bustling Barcelona streets from a small balcony. The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and full of character: original stone tile with intricate designs, elegant ceiling detailing, a comfortable king-size bed, a soaking/jacuzzi tub, and even a cozy daybed-style nook overlooking the city. It struck the perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is excellent — steps away from great shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a very easy walk or quick ride to many of Barcelona’s major attractions. Service throughout our stay continued to impress. Bani, from the bell staff, helped us several times with bags and logistics, always with kindness and zero hesitation. The team even lent us a power adapter when we realized we didn’t have one for European outlets, which was genuinely appreciated. Checkout was smooth and simple, and they held our luggage for several hours so we could enjoy our final afternoon in the city without rushing. Overall, our experience was truly exceptional — warm, thoughtful service paired with a beautiful room in a perfect location. We cannot recommend the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel highly enough and will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

This was my third time to stay in the Alexandra in the last several years. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and provide a high level of service. They were always available to answer my questions. The location of this hotel is in the heart of Barcelona near high end shopping, popular restaurants and other shops that contribute to an exciting atmosphere. The rooms are clean and in all areas of the hotel there is great attention to cleanliness. Despite being located on a major street, the noise level is very tolerable. I always get the room next to the street, so I can see everyone going about their day. I will definitely consider the Alexandra for my next visit to Barcelona.
