Great location! 2 blocks to metro and to 2 of the Gaudi designed houses.||The hotel atmosphere was welcoming and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bar/restaurant was wonderful with both food and drinks being great.||Room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Never heard any noise.||Great value! Couldn't have asked for a better place for my stay in Barcelona.

Highly recommend! The location is perfect, surrounded by luxury shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to main avenues, trains and the subway. The room is perfectly equipped and clean with a modern style. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We appreciate the kindness of hotel manager Carlota and staff member Claudia, who made our trip perfectly comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again anytime we visit this beautiful city.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel during our trip to Barcelona. ||The staff are very warm considerate. I felt lightened up whenever I saw them as their faces are filled with sunshine. The drinks at the lobby were refreshing.||Beds were comfy and room were quiet so I had a very deep sleep. Room had good views of the street and filled with sunshine. Shower room spacious.| |Last day I had a diarrhea & fever and even after checking out, they did everything possible to help me recover.||Their service and hospitality definitely levels up our trip. Would recommend to people staying in Barcelona.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Note there are many different room types and from what I hear the basic room is very small so take note when you book. We had a king room with pull out couch and view of courtyard. I originally wanted a room with the pictured "chill out" area but when I looked at the room while at the hotel it was not as spacious as ours and I didn't like the layout as much. Reception was great, always willing to go the extra mile. Bartenders were also awesome. Location is in a good area with bars and restaurants close by but more high end stores than you would find in the gothic quarter for example. I would recommend this hotel.

great location! we stayed here for 3 nights during the holidays. i booked a triple room. what we had was a room with a king bed and a sofa bed which was already made upon our arrival. the room was small for 3 people. there was no place to sit except for the beds. my request for upgrade was turned down as hilton usually treats its diamond members. Service was very good! the front desk staff was very friendly. they gave us a nice introduction to the city and the neighborhood. i communicated with their staff through the app. the response was quick. they prepared a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was very nice! since the location was at the center of everything, we did hear street noise in our room. it’s better once we closed the curtain.

I’m so glad I stayed here instead of La Rambla area which was noisy and under plenty of construction. The hotel area was perfect and I walked all over. I stayed for seven nights at the end of November. The weather was great. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom which had plenty of counter space. I liked the bathrobe and slippers. I don’t know why all hotels don’t just provide slippers. A large bottle of water was provided. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I often ate at Buenas Migas across the street ( fabulous Dubai torte). There was a chocolate shop next door and across the street. I used aerobus to get there with about a 15 minute walk to hotel and then I used Uber to go to the airport. For more water etc I went to the basement of Il Corte Inglés or Carrefour on La Rambla which were both about 15 minutes from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Hotel is in a good spot where we turn left, we will get to the shopping belt. To the right after exiting the hotel brings us to the rows of restaurants/bistro which runs parallel to the shopping belt. Across the road, straight in of the hotel has some nice restaurants too. ||The room we were allocated to has 3 steps after exiting the lift. Quite a nuance when we have our luggage, otherwise the room is in a quiet corner and we do not hear much noise from humans traffic. ||Amenties in the room is good. We have to ask for shaving kit, cotton pads and cotton buds from housekeeping who doesn’t quite understand but thankfully, she is intuitive and brought us what we needed. Coffee capsules, water, shampoo, bathroom slippers, bath robe are available in the room so we do not need to ask for it. ||Breakfast is not bad. The coffee machine broke down once out of the 4 breakfasts we had. Anyway coffee is not great so it doesn’t matter. The spread is typical with greens, cheese, ham, turkey, fresh tomatoes, yoghurt fruits and warm dishes such as sunny side up, scrambled eggs, mushrooms sausages potato etc. There is no live egg station, and yes, there is a bread toaster and very nice butter. It is the usual spread typical of chan hotels.||Reception service is good. When we checked in, the counter staff make sure she oriented us of our location, gave us some quick tips on some must sees around the neighbourhood. There is a restaurant recommendation which is 10 min walk away which is very good but also slightly more pricey than the usual. ||Overall, I really enjoyed the stay for the location, cleanliness, room size is good for 2 of us and 2 opened big luggage.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and wonderful, I hadn’t been able to obtain tickets to attractions as they were sold out and the hotel team were able to sort them out for me which I was ever so grateful for! They also recognized diamond status as well and gifted complimentary drinks. With regards to the onsite facilities, the pool area and bar was a particular standout and a lovely place to relax during the day. I also used the gym which had good technology equipment however it was quite small. We also had breakfast as well in the hotel which was a small range compared to other Hilton’s but sufficient. On the whole we had a great stay and would happily return!
