Alexandra Palace - La Maison Younan

What a place. Stunning location, beautifully set and with a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman at breakfast and dinner – genuinely welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. Both the duck and the duck foie gras were spot on. Definitely go for the suite: spacious, quiet, and with a balcony you won’t want to leave in the evening. Pool was great too. One of those places that makes you want to stay longer.

A great escape to the country side. This hotel has a beautiful opulent decor, that transports you to another time. The chateau is very clean and newly renovated. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you with any need you have. A peaceful getaway that you will surely love.

We just had the most exquisite 2 night stay at Alexandra Palace. From the minute we arrived, we felt instantly relaxed. This place is kept in pristine condition, beautiful decor and is such a serene place to spend time at to completely switch off. The pool is a gorgeous temperature when the weather was warm, the grounds are beautiful to admire, birds chirping all around. The staff were all so wonderfully friendly and helpful. 2 out of the 3 of us had a massage and it was so relaxing. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was out of this world with the incredible balcony attached overlooking the stunning scenery. The beef we had for dinner was out of this world. We will 100% be back to stay and will be recommending it to friends and family!

This hotel is not for everybody. It’s very opulent, the decor looks bit cheap as they tried to mimic the original design. The rooms are quite big and they have a great view. The hotel is located in the beautiful place, full of greenery. The breakfast is small but have good quality products. The tea including. They don’t have fresh orange good or any plant based milk like soya or oat, which is unacceptable. The person who makes this hotel special and what it is is Miss Florian, she really helped us a lot, was very nice and professional. Without her we would have left the property. As well there is no bellman so this classy lady was helping us with our luggages in her heels. Hotel better appreciates her work-)

We stayed 1week with my Husband and our baby and cat ,first of all we would like to Thank you so much to all Sweet and nice Staffs they are all friendly and treated you like a friends and we love it ❤️the castle is really Amazing ,chandeliers,clean bed rooms we took deluxe,clean lobby ,beautiful bar and restaurant,nice swimming pool ,large garden,large golf ⛳️ .chef are really incredible the foods ! The server the man, so lovely and sweet to our child ,also the women’s ,all of them!!! The place is Very quite in the day and night ,sometimes the frog are buzzing 😂and you can sing also with the birds .all is awesome 👏 Affordable price . 1hr away to La Rochelle plus 20 minutes to île de re ,beautiful place .and we visited also the place nearby Maria’s potivien .try also the golf ⛳️ really great! We just wanted to comments .. with the baby ,they should give soap and towels and the little bathtub 😘for the cat ,plates and one pillow 😉 They have shower cap,but no cotton buds and for the nails . The noise of the frogs 😂but anyway is just only when it’s raining,it’s no problem when you are not sensitive to the noise ,I’m ok with that. And they supposed to prepare a quick foods during the time that no restaurant,like pastas or pizza . Over all ,It’s LuxyVacay and we will go back again and again and we love to stay minimum 1 week! My wife and I visited on our honeymoon. We had an amazing stay. The service was truly great. Especially Marianne was amazing in making our stay unforgettable, with her going over and beyond for us.
