"Right on Grace Bay, a Revered Favorite Named after the reef it overlooks, the Alexandra Resort, located about halfway down Provo's famed beauty, Grace Bay Beach, is a great spot for families or couples. Rooms are in groups of four-story buildings circling a lagoon-style swimming pool. There is also 600 feet of pink-sand beach in front of the hotel leading directly into the emerald waters of the South Atlantic. Beyond its mid-range accommodations and excellent location, the Alexandra recently debuted a new restaurant, Asu, which has a fantastic location right on the beach and does a barefoot al fresco dinner -- book for sunset and then after the sky blackens lantern baskets provide a romantic glow."

We had a great experience at Alexandra! We came for our honeymoon and loved it. The grounds are well kept and beautiful and there is a ton to do both on and off resort. We did have a few experiences with staff who were a bit rude when we asked questions (we’ve never been to an all inclusive resort) but most folks were great! Specifically Skyers, Nathaly, Kimron, and Tash, were phenomenal! Skyers and Nathaly were great bartenders who were great company. Kimron and Tash ran the entertainment and were great personalities to watch and to chat with. If you have the chance to come here, do it!

Our stay at the Alexandra Resort was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and care made our vacation relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free. I want to give a shout out to Cheeky in particular for being amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

Went to Turks with a group of nine (4 kids and 5 adults). From start to finish we had an amazing time!|Rooms: Beautiful! We all had redone rooms and had plenty of space and HUGE balconies. Always kept clean and well stocked.|Beach: Unbelievable. Sand was so soft and the water was gorgeous! We would float all day long. Water was crystal clear and warm. We never had a hard time finding a group of chairs or towels for the day.|Pool: Good size for all of us to go to after the beach. Had a harder time finding a spot there midday, but we were always able to snag at least one to hold our things.|Food: Prob the best all inclusive food we have ever had. We ate at Fish Deck, Fire and Ice, Salt and Pepper, Black Rock, Food Trucks, and the buffet. Great food and great service. The jerk truck lady (Sylvia) was amazing and I probably ate my body weight in jerk chicken and rice for lunch every day! Drinks were great too and not watered down (get the coconut drop!)|Staff: SO friendly and kind. We made friends with so many workers and they looked for our kids each day to say hi and be playful with. The games and entertainment were also amazing and kept everyone busy and entertained each day and night.|All in all we had the best time. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had such an amazing family vacation at Alexandra Resort! Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but this resort made everything so easy and enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was perfect for us—plenty of food options that worked for both adults and children, tasty snacks available throughout the day, and fun drinks for everyone. The beach at Grace Bay is breathtaking and safe for kids, with calm, clear water and soft sand. We never had trouble finding chairs and umbrellas, and the staff were always nearby to help. The pool was also a big hit with the kids, and we loved that there were activities and entertainment that kept the whole family engaged. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with enough space for everyone to relax after a long day in the sun. What really stood out was how warm and friendly the staff were—not only to us but especially to our kids.GLORIA, ANGELA, and SONISE were amazing with their service and made sure that we were comfortable the duration of our stay. They made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Alexandra Resort truly made our family trip stress-free and memorable. If you’re traveling with kids and want a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly place in Turks and Caicos, this is the resort to choose. We can’t wait to return!

Whole family had fun at Alexandra. Our first all inclusive experience. Great pool and little satellite bars and places to grab food. Restaurants were better than average and entertainment was surprisingly fun and well produced. Some of the activities seemed like they ran more on island time but that's probably to be expected. We liked being able to go to the Blue Haven and share their amenities, but Fire and Ice was a bit underwhelming. Beach area was large and could always find a seat. Our room was the biggest drawback. Although a nice spot overlooking the pool, there was a very strong sulfuric smell emanating from the wash closet. Maintenance came by to spray some disinfectant in the vents but that didn't do much.

The staff were truly the highlight of my trip. Special shoutout to Lettuce, Tash, Rhazzor, and all of the entertainment team — they made us feel so welcomed from the very beginning and kept the energy fun and positive every single day. They really went above and beyond to make the trip memorable.||The food was also amazing every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had a great variety. Between the friendly atmosphere, beautiful location, and incredible staff, this trip was everything I hoped for and more.

My family and I had an awesome time at Alexandra Resort! The staff was attentive and made everything easy. It’s the perfect place to relax with a beautiful beach, chill vibes, and a great spot to unwind. Big shout out to Cheeky and Kimron who made the activities on the beach and after dinner so much fun. They have fun extras during the day if you want them, but I was happy with just going to the beach, dinner, and activities after. Would totally go back!

Ill start with the positive: Room was great and always clean. Beach was gorgeous and the water was amazing. They advertised several restaurants but 4 or 5 were food trailers that guests could not order from without a staff member, which took a very long time. The "better" restaurants needed a reservation which was almost impossible to get. Staff seemed to be botheredand uninterested when you asked them a question. Not sure if it was a language barrier or they just could not be bothered. This was also the first all inclusive resort when the staff expected tips. Had one staff member, after dropping off my bags stand , n the kitchen area until I gave him money..be prepared w plenty of $1 & $5 bills. Do not find a bartender and give them the usual $$$ expecting to see them again and have them take care of you. That is non-existent like other resorts. Do mot expect to be served on the beach or by the pool. Everything other than the restaurants is self.serve. Not sure if I will ever return to this.island again!
