"Right on Grace Bay, a Revered Favorite Named after the reef it overlooks, the Alexandra Resort, located about halfway down Provo's famed beauty, Grace Bay Beach, is a great spot for families or couples. Rooms are in groups of four-story buildings circling a lagoon-style swimming pool. There is also 600 feet of pink-sand beach in front of the hotel leading directly into the emerald waters of the South Atlantic. Beyond its mid-range accommodations and excellent location, the Alexandra recently debuted a new restaurant, Asu, which has a fantastic location right on the beach and does a barefoot al fresco dinner -- book for sunset and then after the sky blackens lantern baskets provide a romantic glow."
We had a fabulous time - the beach and ocean is out of this world. Crystal clear, waveless, warm sea and white soft sand. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The chef, Fyre, is impeccable - delicious food and warm hospitality. Sudion made us feel like home, thank you for your care! Also special thanks to Sammi (water sports), Iyola, Thermina, Christina, Charlene, Mary Chris and Rosalyne for making our stay extra lovely.

Whole family had fun at Alexandra. Our first all inclusive experience. Great pool and little satellite bars and places to grab food. Restaurants were better than average and entertainment was surprisingly fun and well produced. Some of the activities seemed like they ran more on island time but that's probably to be expected. We liked being able to go to the Blue Haven and share their amenities, but Fire and Ice was a bit underwhelming. Beach area was large and could always find a seat. Our room was the biggest drawback. Although a nice spot overlooking the pool, there was a very strong sulfuric smell emanating from the wash closet. Maintenance came by to spray some disinfectant in the vents but that didn't do much.

The Alexandra is lovely all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos. The beach is pristine and always has chairs no matter what time of day. The jerk chicken was to die for and black rock grill was a great dinner choice. However, the standout goes to the staff and entertainment team. Everyone on staff was lovely, personable, complimentary, and happy to chat or answer questions. In particular, Tasha, part of the entertainment team worked her butt off to ensure guests had a fun time. She led trivia games and easy to follow dance steps during dance parties. She did her best to make sure everyone felt included and inspired people that were shy to get up and dance. Join the activities if you go because it’s so fun! Just remember, you’ll never see other guests again so who cares, enjoy yourself!

This was our second trip to the Alexandra and we couldn’t be more impressed. We already are planning on booking the same trip next year. This year we upgraded our room from our prior year and the view was magnificent!||I want to give a special shout out to Brown, the manager at the front desk. My husband had made dinner reservations for every night, two weeks prior to our trip. The first night because of weather, the sushi restaurant was moved to where the breakfast buffet is-no big deal. The second night, the reservation that we had for the fish deck was at seven, and when we got there, we were told that it was closed for the night. When we tried to go to Black Rock, the hostess was very rude and told us that we would not be able to get a table until 830-despite having made reservations at a restaurant, we were told we had access to at that time. When I told Brown at the front desk, he drove us on his golf cart to the restaurant and got us a table immediately because of the miscommunication. After that situation, the rest of the week I couldn’t help but notice that Brown was walking all over trying to make sure everything was running smoothly. ||I am so impressed with how that situation was handled/management that this truly solidified our plan to come back next year! Thank you Brown!

My family and I had an awesome time at Alexandra Resort! The staff was attentive and made everything easy. It’s the perfect place to relax with a beautiful beach, chill vibes, and a great spot to unwind. Big shout out to Cheeky and Kimron who made the activities on the beach and after dinner so much fun. They have fun extras during the day if you want them, but I was happy with just going to the beach, dinner, and activities after. Would totally go back!

Ill start with the positive: Room was great and always clean. Beach was gorgeous and the water was amazing.
They advertised several restaurants but 4 or 5 were food trailers that guests could not order from without a staff member, which took a very long time.
The "better" restaurants needed a reservation which was almost impossible to get.
Staff seemed to be botheredand uninterested when you asked them a question. Not sure if it was a language barrier or they just could not be bothered.
This was also the first all inclusive resort when the staff expected tips. Had one staff member, after dropping off my bags stand , n the kitchen area until I gave him money..be prepared w plenty of $1 & $5 bills. Do not find a bartender and give them the usual $$$ expecting to see them again and have them take care of you. That is non-existent like other resorts.
Do mot expect to be served on the beach or by the pool. Everything other than the restaurants is self.serve. Not sure if I will ever return to this.island again!

Food was tasty. Most of the staff were friendly. Our wait staff at the restaurant were great. Shout out to Milan, an attentive waiter and Chama had an excellent manner with a great personality. Cheeky with the entertainment group was engaging. The resort is very clean and our room had a washer and dryer! I enjoyed the smaller venue. The sand on the beach was very fine and soft. The water was as clear as I have ever seen.
I really want to give the resort a higher rating but I can’t ignore the number of people, >15, who reported getting sick. Everyone had the same GI symptoms. We were here for a week. Lastly, I lost two days with the illness and the adventure/activity group affiliated with the resort was unwilling to refund our fare because we didn’t cancel/reschedule early enough (we called at 6 pm te night before).

This is the best resort on the island! Having never been to Turks before, my husband and i were unsure of the all inclusive route. We’re so happy we stayed here as the staff, food, and amenities were incredible! The beach is incredible and there is free snorkeling gear the resort provides. We also did a snorkeling excursion which was conveniently located right outside of the resort. I could go on and on about how incredible our stay was here!
