Beautiful ring, I am in love. And you should see the earrings ✨️ 😍

If you’ve never been in person you MUST go the jewelry is beyond stunning in person. Troy is AMAZING and Sarah as well. Purses to die for. Alexis Bittar is so talented I’m thrilled I had time to stop in while visiting NYC!

You come here for what Alexis designed and created and chose to acquire from estates, antiques, and vintage. And you stay because Sal, Silvana, and Avi are EVERYTHING. They're not pushy, they're encouraging. They're not obsequious, they're honestly interested in learning what your style is so they can recommend flattering jewelry. They are honest and thoughtful. The selection may not be to your taste, and the service provided is top notch. Period.

Would do 0 stars if I could. Though the jewelry is acceptable, the service is the most condescending and pushy I've experienced. It's such a shame the customer service is how it is, because it really tarnishes Alexis's name.

Sales person told me I could return the item within 2 weeks. When it turned out my wife didn't like it they refused to take it back because it was part of their 'vintage' collection. They recognized that the salesperson made an error but still refused to allow an exchange. Pretty terrible customer service for a luxury brand. Also while I thought the jewelry looked cool my wife tells me it's in fact 'hideous'. So husbands and boyfriends beware.

Some gorgeous jewelry in this spot! They have a collection per season, so at the tail end of the prior season is when it's best to make a visit.

Terrible experience doing returns. Same ring somehow went from $48 to $80 overnight. Won’t be coming back

Was excited to see Alexis Bittar return to the neighborhood but disappointed in the new selection and pushy staff
