We recently stayed in the Two Bedroom Spa unit. On the first night, the first member had a shower and used the spa bath — there was plenty of hot water at that point. But when the second person went to have a shower shortly after, there was no hot water left at all.
I gave the property manager a call, and was told that we had used up too much hot water, and would need to wait until the next morning for it to heat up again. I have to say, we were quite surprised by this. It was never mentioned to us that the hot water supply was limited, and for a unit that accommodates four people, we really didn’t expect to run out of hot water after just one person had a proper bath.
It was a cold winter night, and not being able to take a warm shower was quite unpleasant. We were genuinely disappointed, and unfortunately, this has affected how we feel about the stay overall.
