The service was impeccable, decoration was on point and the rooms were clean. We were welcomed with a large smile and were given all the help we needed. Finally, the breakfast was super cute. Just amazing. It was a lovely stay!

Excellent hotel, very intimist, service was impeccable, Sylvia is especially nice and warm, the decoration was really cute, nothing missing breakfast wise. We've stayed for only few nights but it was our favorite spot out of all we've visited during our trip. Everything is on point and thought out. That makes all the difference in the world, would recommend 10/10.

Lovely little "villa". Rooms spacious and clean. Sylvia really accommodating amd helpful at breakfast. C 15/20 minutes easy walk to main attractions.

Perfect location in proximity to historical florence. Great rooms and great service especially from Sylvia, who was always on hand. We will come here again.

We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed it. The location is walking distance to all of downtown Florence. The breakfast was great with a lot of selections. The staff were very friendly especially Sylvia who took good care of us and has a wonderful smile.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. The hosts were welcoming and the vintage decor added a unique touch to the experience. There is no check in desk. Because we checked in late and checked out late, we ended up using Hotel Liana's facilities (across the street) so wanted to thank the staff there as well. The location of the B&B was not bad, just a convenient 15-minute walk to the heart of the city. But I felt like I was not in the heart of the city. The older furniture gave the place a warm and homely feel. The breakfast was delightful, especially enjoying it around the cozy kitchen table – it felt just like home. Make sure you order a cappuccino! Its delicious. No lift.

Thanks to the owners and all staff at Alfieri9. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was clean, comfortable and everything I needed for a pleasant stay in Firenze! Both owners are simply lovely and the lady at the breakfast in the morning was very friendly. Beautiful breakfast, really worth it in my opinion. The hotel does not have an elevator which did not cause any particular issue. Thanks to the owners for helping me with my luggage. I truly appreciated it. Please note the hotel is a little outside the city centre, so carrying your suitcase around might be a bit of a challenge, because of traffic, cars, several tourists. You might want to take your time and or take a cab. However I have to say I enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and would go back to this hotel and stay there anytime

We recently toured Italy for 2 weeks. Alfieri9 was our favorite hotel. Silvia greeted us upon arrival and was a joy throughout our stay. It was a joy to see her charming smile every morning at the breakfast table. Speaking of, breakfast takes place at one table. At first I was concerned, but our conversations with fellow travelers ended up being delightful and informative. Our room had a charming little balcony and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the location - out of the heart of touristy Florence, yet close enough (15-minute walk) to easily get to all of the big sights. Wifi was bawky in our room, but easily accessed in the public area. There is no lift, but again, Silvia was there to offer assistance.
