Awesome vibe and chill music. Can by a little busy but you can still have a good time. Outside area is less busy! The bouncer was really nice and recommended me a nice drink!

I enjoy this spot a lot, I been a few times and I always managed to have a blast. But it does get super crowded and the crowd is overall tame. Barely anyone dances or vibes out. Staff is great and the bartenders are decent. The women for sure serve better drinks than the guys, unfortunately. The food truck is pretty good as well. If you come early it’s a great spot. After 10-11 it starts to feel like a people watching contest.

A moody bar, nice ambiance. The security guard at the door was friendly, welcomed us in, and gave us drink recommendations. Drinks were balanced and strong. We enjoyed the music and the lighting. Comfortable seating. Dancing area. Would recommend!

I was pretty pessimistic when St. Matthew’s closed and transformed into Alfie’s but fast forward to current day - Alfie’s is my new favorite “club” on Mills. Yes it’s not the dive bar we all once knew but the energy from the eccentric “live” music and mirrored ceiling over the dance floor to the lighting makes me love going there.

The bar staff was very attentive.. the music was playing classics and the crowd was very diverse. This spot is ideal to vibe to some tunes and grab a drink - Midori Sour highly recommend.

My husband and I came here for a date night and had such a great time. The vibe is really unique — retro, cozy, and music-focused in the best way. We loved the vinyl DJ set and how each room has its own atmosphere. The drinks were excellent and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We came early in the evening, which was perfect for talking and relaxing, and then the energy picked up in a really fun way as the night went on. We’ll definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a spot that feels like someone took a retro vinyl lounge, sprinkled a little magic on it, dimmed the lights just right, and added the perfect amount of “ooooh, this is a vibe”… ..then go to Alfie’s HiFi immediately. Listen… the cocktails were hitting exactly the way they needed to. Smooth, cute, flavorful, and definitely crafted by someone who knows what they’re doing. Not too sweet, not too strong ....just *right*. I had one of their signature drinks and immediately felt like the main character. And the real star of the night? **Tee.** Yes, T-E-E, the sweetest security guard on Earth. Tee was honestly one of the highlights of my whole experience. Friendly, respectful, super helpful ... the kind of person who makes you feel safe and welcome without even trying too hard. He helped me find the bathroom when I got turned around (it happens 😂) and he was just genuinely kind the whole night. You don’t always expect security guards to be warm, but Tee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. Somebody give this man a raise. This is the best spot on mills hands down! I instantly felt warmly welcomed by Andres and Carlos at the door and always have the best time throwing it down on the dance floor with the vinyls

I used to go to this bar all the time when it was st.matthews tavern. It has been renovated to a really cool retro lounge. From begining to end the staff was so friendly and fun. It was good vibes all around. We went super early, right after happy hour at a nearby restaurant so it was pretty dead until about 10 but it was still super fun! I was surprised how affordable the drink menu was and everything I tried was delicious. Espresso martini and sex pistol were my faves. The bartenders take pride in their work and make amazing drinks. i haven't checked out the outdoor area yet but it looks like a vibe. I will definitely be back!

Never been to a record bar before, but after this one, I'm hooked! Such a neat place. It was clean and bartenders were super friendly. Had a man walk in on the girls bathroom because he didn't see the sign of which restroom it was (kinda hard to see) and then after I sat down at my seat, I saw another man walk into the women's restroom as well. The hallway looks like it could lead to all the bathrooms so total honest mistake, just heads up to others

such a cool place! i did a yelp search for "vinyl bar" and alfie's delivered on drinks, music and ambiance. was visiting from out of town and stopped by for one drink on a wednesday night just to enjoy some music on vinyl. it was chill for a weekday, but i can imagine it gets packed and lit. had the pink lady and tried the milk punch. both were delicious. contrary to the name, the milk punch did not have any milk or taste creamy. it was quite a refreshing jasmine tea. the show stopper is the ambiance, though. it has a 70s retro mood and art deco vibe that makes for a nice escape. would 100% recommend!

Alfie's was such a vibe from drinks to music and more! I had a blast here, there's 3 seperate rooms from the bar, to the general dj booth area, to even outside. This place gets packed! Bartenders were quick and honestly the drinks were pretty good. Definitely would go come back.

I stopped in with a friend around 8 pm on a Thursday night. There was no line and the dance floor was empty but as usual the vibes and music was on point. The bartenders were friendly and ready to serve. The garden area is a nice place to get some fresh air and order food from the food truck. They also have a Photo Booth which is a fun addition so we took a few pics! This time I tried the lychee martini- tart and sweet! We were able to snag a table since it wasn't busy yet so we got to chat while listening to groovy sounds. As the night went on it started to get a little busier and we decided to head on out. Great time as always; a spot worth visiting!

This vinyl listening bar with 70s vibe is a great addition to Mills. I had to look up some before going there (info by Orlando Weekly): The project was conceived by Nuriel Mawardi and is named after the Mawardi's father -- Alfie Mawardi, who they say spent many a night at the legendary Studio 54 in New York City. It draws inspiration from the vinyl listening bars Nuriel has visited in Tokyo, New York, London and Miami. It indeed felt like I wasn't in Orlando which I highly enjoyed. And it wasn't the line outside that gave me NY or Miami vibes -- it was the cool interior and its layout (the island bar near the entrance, which transitions to a sitting area with a small dance floor, which transitions to an ample outdoor area). The ambiance, the music, the crowd, all was giving some great vibes. Cocktail options are somewhat limited, but it seems they opted for simpler cocktails, a shorter list, and low prices, which combined is conducive to quick service. That makes sense, given how busy this place can get!

This used to be St. Matthew's Tavern and now it's a retro 70's vibe trendy bar. It's gotten a makeover and I can see this quickly becoming the next guesthouse but with a retro aesthetic and live DJ spinning on vinyl records. Love the music. I had 3 drinks, the pink lady- sweet and probably my favorite out of the three. It was gin based. As you can see in the picture, it was all mostly ice though. So I didn't even feel a buzz. My next drink was the milk punch, I was surprised it was a clear drink, smooth but couldn't really make out the jasmine tea notes. It was interesting, but wouldn't order again. Finally I got the midori sour, again full of mostly ice. A cucumber design that looked cool and a strong melon flavor. It was a good drink too but it was gone in 3-4 sips as it was mostly ice. Finally, there is also an outdoor area with a food truck that comes and sets up. I'd come again, but I'd have to pre-game just to feel like I'm actually drinking.

Solid drinks, cool vibe, cool people. Love the Maxtro's truck for food. Gets a little packed, so I personally wouldn't come here on a weekend, but not bad for a Thursday night.

Stopped in for a quick drink to check out the vibe. The place was just starting to get busy, but able to get a spot at the bar quickly and served right away. The bartender was friendly, but quick. Music was loud and some people already dancing, but could still have a conversation if you needed. We didn't stay late, but could tell it was going to pick up later. Not sure if it was connected, but there was a food truck right next door, but no food on site.

Went to Alfie's for the first time this weekend for a friend's birthday and I'm loving this new neighborhood vinyl bar in Mills 50. This location used to be St. Matthew's Tavern and let's just say Alfie's is much more my vibe. It has a retro disco feel inside with rotating DJs playing groovy beats, a carpeted dance floor, cozy booth seating, and a full center bar. I love that listening lounges have become more of a trend because I'm here for it. I ordered off their signature cocktail menu and tried their smoked dirty gin martini made with smoked olive brine and stuffed olives. The martinis are $11 and are 10/10. Overall they did a fabulous job with the remodel of this space and I look forward to more chill evenings spent here.

The vibes here are absolutely immaculate. This was a stop on my birthday celebration tour and it surely did not disappoint! They were checking IDs she. We arrived but once we were inside there was a mix of great music and a bar stacked with staff ready to take drink orders. We were served quickly and once we had our drinks we went to the dance floor on the other side of the bar. I had the milk punch and pink lady drinks which were both pretty good, although in a sucker for the gin drinks! The music is mixed by a DJ that uses different vinyls to create a unique atmosphere and it felt very club but for grown adults. I had such a great time here, I can't wait to come back!

Last night, we went to the soft opening of Alfie's and had the BEST time. The door guys were VERY polite and gave us the run down (shoutout Carlos) before we stepped inside. THESE are the spots that Orlando needs. This place completely transports you to the late 60s with all the decor. There's plenty of places to lounge and chat- it looks like your hip grandma's living room. The DJ booth was so clever and incredible to see, not to mention great music. The drinks were great and accurate to the time period. We didn't spend much time at the front bar because it was crowded but my favorite drink was the strawberry daiquiri from the outdoor bar in the back. If you also want to order food from the food truck, you can do so within in the back area on the kiosk. Side note, Maxstro's food truck was there that night, and it was SO delicious. Some of the best food truck burgers I've ever had. Max introduced himself and made sure we had water and napkins- anything we needed. SO kind. Needless to say, this place has is all. The drinks, the groove, the atmosphere, the fun, and the unique DIFFERENCE. The creative team hit the nail on the head with this bar. We will for sure be back!

I was really excited to hear about Alfies Hifi and checked it out for the first time on Valentines Day. Due to the occasion, it was PACKED. I waited 25 minutes at the bar for a drink, which was absolutely horrible. I ordered the milk punch and would not recommend it to anyone. I decided to give Alfies another chance and came with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Same thing, very busy. However, the wait for drinks wasn't too long. The music doesn't seem to be consistent here and once it gets past 10:30 there's a line wrapped around the building. While this isn't my favorite place on Mills, it's worth checking out.

I stopped at Alfies for Valentine's day and think this will be one of my go to spots! It's an all vinyl bar with a retro feel and lots of space! There were a lot of people but it didn't feel crowded. I loved that the seating was open and you didn't have to wait long for a seat if you wanted one. The staff were super nice and helpful and made me feel very welcomed. I appreciated that the vibe didn't feel demographic specific in that people from all backgrounds and a wide age range can go and enjoy themselves. The only cons were the drink quality and parking. For an establishment like this, I would expect the drinks to have more of a craft feel. They weren't bad at all, but not remarkable. As for parking, it's on Mills so, as with any establishment in the area, you have to pack your patience when trying to find a spot. All in all, I absolutely recommend checking this spot out. I can see it being a real staple in Mills 50!

Such an awesome new spot on Mills thanks to TMG! Really great theming and quite unique, something new I feel like we haven't heard around the area. They did such a good job, the bar and lighting is especially cool! Drinks were good, fresh, well balanced and well priced. The 70s aesthetic vibes were strong! I loved the live DJ spinning real records on the dance floor. Plenty of space inside and they have a large courtyard! Perfect for a group bar hopping on Mills.

After hitting a couple of locations in the area, we ended at Alfie's. It was pretty early in the evening around 9 PM but this place had already started to get live. When we walked in, we ordered some PBR's. Once we got her drinks, we started to explore the space. The decor inside is beautiful and they have multiple different rooms. That are very interesting. Now let's talk about the DJ what a vibe it was so cool to listen to all of this 70s 80s music played on vinyl being mixed live. As an older person I love seeingthe youth enjoy the music have fun let loose and dance. We had a great time at this location and I have already recommended it to multiple people

Great upgrade to the location. Drips class and style. I think I understand why they did not try this concept downtown. Place was pretty full on a random Thursday night. The music was loud but not so loud that you had to scream. Yes you have to raise your voice to be heard but not near as bad as some nightclubs or bars. Plenty of staff and a smallish but adequate drink menu. I opted for the espresso martini. They have a good amount of the old classics from Midori Sour to Highballs. The crowd was good, they were having a good time but nothing to obnoxious or crazy. They rotate DJ's for different nights and I have to say I did not really recognize any of the music being played. Not that is sounded bad but retro can also be classic and recognizable too. Prices were not horrible but elevated a bit to match the mood, décor and service. Seems they are drinks only with no snacks or food but I understand they are working on changing that to add some bar foods or perhaps brunch in the future.

Alfies is a new spot on Mills and it's definitely a new favorite bar of mine! It's a vinyl record bar and is retro. It was very popular when I went on a Friday night and the line was out the door. They have a bar, dance floor, and a whole outside area so different vibes to choose from which is great. The staff were super friendly and they have speciality drinks which were good. I recommend checking it out if you haven't been.

Absolutely love this new spot. There is a long line outside, but it moves quickly. Love the music selections and the old-fashioned turntable DJ sets. They have an outside area and a food truck nearby. Will definitely be back!

Came to Orlando to visit, walked by Alfies and wanted to check it out. Advertised as a "listening lounge", there was a main bar, up front, a large listening room in the middle, with chairs, seating, and a DJ booth. It felt like someone was hosting a retro cocktail hour house party. There was an outdoor area with a portable bar, as well. Would probably visit next time I'm in town. I'm very much into cocktails, so, it would be nice to see an updated menu, maybe a few twists on classics, to fit the retro vibe of the venue--but, my spicy margarita was very good

First time here and its still relatively new, I love the vibes and space! Love they have security here and the music is not overpowering so great to relax and unwind and the drinks are also delicious! Wines are Australian based and they have a garden area for if you want a more open space. Service is also helpful and quick since the space is small and they answer any questions we have. Would come here again with some friends for a girls night :)

This place is a VIBE!!! So much fun! Sergey is super friendly and honestly makes the BEST shots! Ask him for his secret "almond delight"... it's delish! Def recommend this spot.

Start to finish this place exceeded our expectations. We did go on the first "Sunday Funday" so it was a good time to get a full experience and be able to move around as I have heard it gets very crowded. Door guy was thorough & let you know the flow. Bartender was great & the music was very vibe fitting. Outside they have a gourmet burger truck, it's fabulous. A must try if in the Mills area!

Really cute & popular! I went with some friends on the weekend and tried the sex pistol and the milk punch. Both pretty and interesting drinks. Would like to try the rest of the menu :) You can tell a lot of thought was put into making this a different kind of energy. It was very busy but didn't have to wait to get in. There was a line wrapped around the side of the building when we left though.

Alfies is such a great addition to the Mills area! Walking into Alfies you feel like you're transported back in time - the vibe is a fun, laid back, disco feel. My favorite drinks are the espresso and pink lady. Alfies is the perfect spot to dance, catch up with friends. In addition to the inside space they have a large outdoor area is well.

I went to Alfie's hi-fi in the Mills area. This is such a breath of fresh air from what we are used to in the central location of Orlando. This facility transports you to a swanky hip speak easy in Manhattan. They have different rooms to enjoy and I did not realize how spacious the facility was. They also have a outdoor area that they invite/partner with a food truck so if you get peckish, you can order street food in the outside area. The drinks are a bit on a pricey side however they were still crafted beautifully. The one thing that I can say is that service is a bit slow due to the amount of bartenders that they have.

I've probably been here a half a dozen times now at least. Love the vibe. I do wish they had more drink options but the music is killer. I especially did the retro 70s decor and the food area out on the patio. DJS here rotate nightly and weekly. So, the music always feels fresh and new and never stale.

I love it at Alfie's and not because I'm a DJ there (find me on Thursday nights). Drink prices are fantastic - also delicious. Inside you get a beautiful late 60s-early 80s decor. No VIPs, no sections, no bottles... just vibes. All vinyl sets, great music and a nice variety of people. Personally, I love the staff - it's also super dope that Maxtros is in the back patio serving food. I'll continue to hang out here. Great spot

So fun!!! Quick service with friendly bartenders to get a drink and great music! Lots of areas to sit and even a little dance floor. They also have a food truck out back if you want food, but recommend getting it before you go in since if you go once inside, you'll have to re-enter through the front door again.

Finally found the quiet night! Iykyj. Say hi to my friend Carlos I like the vibe and I want to be here when it's quiet and chill.

Overall a good addition to the mills nightlife area. Gives a 70s vibe with the record player. Tried some of their specialty cocktails like the milk punch which came out completely clear and did not look or taste anything like I expected. Would not recommend that drink. Also tried the midori sour which was good, but I promise I was only able to get maybe 5 sips out of it since it was all ice. Overall the drink prices seem pretty on par/average for that area. Got there around 9PM and it was extremely packed. There is also an outside area that had a food truck there at the time, not sure if that is a regular thing.

First visit: Loved this place, really nice ambiance, the decor is beautiful, you can tell a lot of love went into alfies. The music was great, the drinks were great, the staff was so friendly. Such a cozy vibe and will definitely be coming back! Third visit (a month later): Very crowded, hot, unfortunately alfies can only be appreciated when it's not brimming with people.

Excellent new spot that the owners CLEARLY put a lot of thought and money into. I'm a big fan of vinyl and all things DJ related so this is my new favorite spot. Great lighting, huge outdoor patio, and plenty of space to sit and socialize - or dance.

LOVED the vibes!!!! About time Orlando has something easy going and spacious - tons of seating, lots of retro themed ambiance and GREAT music! I could've stayed here all night! Outside this place is a GEM - maxtros , epitome of good vibes and good food. If maxtros wasn't there - it would just be another bar to chill at but honestly, having the option of the BEST food truck in Orlando , POWER MOVE. Loved the drinks, service was quick and attentive. Overall great experience for groups & friends going out!

I like this spot they have selectors playing vinyl. They did a great job with the renovation. It's a vibe. The drinks are good fairly priced and they have a lot of different areas you can hang out at including a large patio with a small bar and food truck. However, people tend to move around a lot because there is only one full bar and logistically there's not a lot of places to walk in and out of all the different rooms around so people tend to bump into you a lot. It also gets really packed on the weekends because it is the new spot to go to since people are running away from downtown and down to mills.

Where do I begin? Alfies is the 70s vinyl lounge that you've always dreamed of. Upon entering you are hit with music ranging from 70s funk to house. Djs are spinning records as you boogie and sip on one of their amazing cocktail options. We opted for an espresso martini, obviously lol. Bartenders and DJs are very friendly and are enjoying the vibes along with you. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you traveled back in time to the disco era!

Alfies is a diamond tucked into the Mills district. The ambience was pulled directly from the lounges from the 70s, and the music is top notch - inviting the best DJs from the area to share their vinyl collections with a crowd that is always up for it. The drinks are fantastic, and the vibes are unmatched.

One of my absolute favorite places to go out! Drinks are pretty good, music is amazing and workers are kind and very helpful. My only problem is that there's always a lot of people on the weekends no matter how early you decide to come, the inside is a litttllee crowded and there aren't enough bathrooms. But regardless I still give Alfies a 5 star cause it's awesome and I've only had lovely experiences there.

Very fun venue. They find the best DJ's to help inspire the dance floor. They have an outdoor area if you need to slip away with your date. Drinks are pretty standard for the area.

While alfie's is a cool idea of being a record spot the service was horrible. The inside isn't super big just a little dance floor and seating everywhere else. The drinks look cool and were bad. But the staff and security were completely unprofessional. My friends were horribly mistreated by security one of them practically breaking their ID in half because their ID was "flimsy" and the other who was dressed elegantly yet they told her she wasn't in "dress code". She was wearing a bodysuit w tights and high boots and a long fur coat. Yet, there was a girl in there who was literally wearing fishnets and booty shorts. I'll leave you to guess the race of my friends who received bad treatment vs the girl w was wearing fishnets inside. On another occasion i've heard other friends and mutual tell me about their horrible experiences with security as well going as far as touching them to throw them out. Overall this place IS NOT BIPOC friendly and not even worth the experience of being inside.

Incredible new spot on Mills!! Carlos is the definition of class. He came by and introduced himself and began our night by getting our group shots for my buddies 40th birthday on the house.
