Yelp
Overwhelming hamburger and killer fries. I asked for the patty to be cooked "poco hecho" and it was an explosion of juicy meatiness. You have to remember that Spain likes to keep it simple, so if you want lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc, you'll have to ask for it. The buns could have been better -- they're the cheap Bimbo kind that tend to break in your hands. All in all a fun, messy meal. Not your everyday burger joint-- go there to splurge.
We were a party of two, got there 15 minutes early and already there was a long line forming outside-- and those are people with reservations. Luckily, one of the waiters noticed that it was our third time back, took pity on us, and found us a table. BOOK IN ADVANCE or else you won't eat!
