Super delicious pizza & the friendliest staff! We will definitely be eating here again if we're ever in the area!

Pet Friendly on deck Met some people here for a late lunch. They weren't serving on the porch but they allowed you to order to-go and eat out there. One person in our party ordered the spaghetti and the other two of us ordered pizza. I screwed up and ordered two 1 topping pizzas. Meant to get one 2 topping pizza. The pizza is good but greasy. The deck outside is nice but the late warm weather of the season had ignited some aggravating bees. The young lady that waited on us was very nice and helpful. Pepsi products and iced tea. The adjoining pub next door (they share the patio) serves adult beverages but doesn't open until later in the afternoon.

Edith and Danny were fantastic owners with great service. Danny is a wise guy sense of humor type. Which we love. They offered to stay open as late as we liked past closing time! Now that is rare! We are traveling and staying in area a few days. Will return tonight.

Excellent food in a beautiful little town. Everything I've ever ordered has been excellent. Plus, they have the Old Mountain Tavern in the same building. Sat on the porch and enjoyed our meal.

Pretty simple restaurant, cozy and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, good menu and delicious food. I had greek salad - it was fresh and tasty. And pasta with shrimp and veggies, it was really good! So if you in town - definitely grab some food here!

This is my after skiing dinner. To warm me up I had lasagna, it was yummy. The fried raviolis are delicious and the wings were pretty good too. Their baklava is a must have. I like this place, check them out!

We had a great dinner there! My daughters got a pizza and my son got the boneless wings. I got the mixed pasta. The server was fast and attentive. The food was great!

I'm giving at least one star for the waitress who was working so hard...look at the food...you see that mess in the pie plate? Yeah, they called that the tour of itlay...tour of puke was more like it...when I asked for tsaziki sauce for my "gyro" they said they didn't have any...and the "lamb" was on par with steakum...microwaved straps of meat...nothing at all like a Greek gyro...total disappointment, won't stop here again

great spot to stop for lunch! we stopped on our way back to Roanoke. yummy salad and very generous portions. fair prices and friendly staff. will definitely stop again!

We shared the greek salad and small white chicken pizza. We ate in and enjoyed the meal. Didnt have to wait to be seated and got turtle checheese cake to go ... really wish they had included forks.

They have Gluten Free Pizza Crust! Great food in an area with very few options. The Eggplant Parmigiana was delicious. We also had a pepperoni GF pizza. Not bad, just ask them to make sure it is cooked "done" or "crispy".

Great food, good service and nice porch to sit on! We greatly enjoyed the gyros during our dinner here. The pizza looks great as well. Definitely feels homey and fits in well with the town. Great place to stop for dinner driving through Marlinton! (Not "Marlington"...

Stopped in on a road trip. Took the safe bet with fried ravioli and a Greek salad. Meal came within minutes and the service was wonderful. Seemed like a typical pizza joint with some great options for the whole family.

We stopped here on our way to Cass to grab a bite. Let me tell you the hot grilled chicken sub was the best I have had. The seasoning on the chicken was delicious and crispy French fries. The waitress was super sweet! Highly recommend this restaurant. I ha e already told my sisters we need to eat there on our way home! Thank you for great food and a nice atmosphere.

My husband and I ate dinner here tonight. The waitress was quick to take orders and refill drinks. The food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend.

The food was delicious and the place was very clean. Our server, Jaycee, was very attentive to our order and checked back several times to make sure we were doing okay. Highly recommend.

The food and service is hit or miss. The kids enjoy the pizza, I like the Greek salad and the chicken gyro. It's not the greatest but it's decent. The ambiance is just fine. Good for families.

A good no fuss small town Italian restaurant. Good prices! We got some fries, fried pickles, white pizza and spicy chicken pasta. The pasta sauce was surprisingly very very good! I'd come back just for that. Pizza was also very good with a good crust.

Food was excellent but served in basically a go to box. Salad was served in a styrofoam bowl couldn't eat the salad without cutting it up. Service was wonderful but staff was very loud when talking to other customers. Otherwise was a wonderful experience. Patience is a great waitress!

Gyro was not good, nor filling. Nice staff and atmosphere. Italian food was highly recommended, I'll try that next time.

The pizza was delicious and so was the Greek salad! The waitress was nice and the restaurant appeared clean! It's nothing fancy but who cares if the food is good!

Friendly greeting and a wide variety of menu items. I enjoyed an excellent gyro with a generous amount of tasty lamb. Husband's pasta with chicken and vegetable was delicious. Both prepared fairly quickly. Will stop again when we are through Marlinton.

Excellent food. Wish they fixed more food from their country, Greek. The servers are quick to take orders and do refills. It's located next door to a pub, therefore, you can dine their or in the restaurant.

The chicken Alfredo is my favorite go to item to get. They also have yummy deserts as well.

I don't how they have the audacity to bill themselves as an Italian restaurant! Their baked spaghetti dinner is simply a frozen aluminum bowl of noodles with a melted cheese/tomato sauce splashed on top. After being warmed, it arrived at our table with about 1/2 an inch of water in bottom of the bowl. I sent it to the kitchen for draining and they brought it back with 1/4 inch of water still in the bowl and by then it was cold and totally inedible. Save your money, go to IGA and buy a frozen Pad Thai and enjoy a tasty microwaved pasta meal! AVOID THIS PLACE!

Great spot to grab a cold beer, watch a game and have some good bar food. Greek salad and pizza were pretty yummy. Only place open in town so thank you.

I wish Yelp had a zero star rating, Alfredo's of Marlinton doesn't deserve one star! If only I had read the reviews on this place I could have saved being ripped off $50 for garbage! We ordered two spaghetti dinners with meat sauce, a 10" pizza w/3 extra toppings, Egyptian bread ($2.99), one sweet tea and two glasses of water. The spaghetti was in aluminum freezer pans w/water standing in them. The spaghetti tasted like slop, (if you would eat raw flour dough it would be about the same), the very small (salads) that came with the meals were in styrofoam mini baby bowls, (just a few bites). Our grandson tried to eat the pizza and couldn't. I also wish I had taken pictures of all of it and complained about it while I was there. We were just glade to get out of there. We won't be back! Save your money and your stomach, go somewhere besides here to eat! P/S the place was empty when we went in, we know why now!

The service was OK, could have had my drink refilled at least once but the waitress was nice. The fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were good but the marinara was watery and had no flavor. The salad was super tiny but fresh and crisp. The spaghetti, which was served in an aluminum bowl, lacked flavor. There were no spices, there was water in the bottom and it was too hot to eat. It was still too hot to eat when we left. For the price of the food, I would have expected better food on real plates and my drink refilled. If I go back, I might try the pizza. I don't know.

I ordered the lamb gyro with fries. The portions are large and reasonably priced. The lamb was tender and tasted good; however, they had a nasty white dressing, maybe ranch, that ruined the sandwich. The fries were nice and crispy, but not over done. The sweet tea is fresh brewed and delicious. Our server was friendly and took good care of us.

We stayed at an air b&b within walking distance of this place while visiting snowshoe one weekend. There weren't many restaurants to choose from in the area so we picked this place because of distance. The fried ravioli was my favorite but I wasn't a huge fan of the dressing. I can't really comment on staff because we ordered to go but while we waited (because we didn't have any cell signal here) the staff was pretty nice. FYI though there is a little bit of a wait on weekends since there is not that many restaurants, if you don't call ahead on weekends for Togo plan to wait.

We stopped at this new place on the way back home from Snowshoe. We saw last fall they were remodeling the building, so I wanted to try it. Since most restaurants at Snowshoe are rated poorly figured it was worth a shot! The building is nicely decorated and clean. The waitress was friendly and prompt in serving us. The food came out quickly and was hot with good portion sizes. The lamb gyro was good but not the best I have ever had, but for being in the middle of no where you couldn't beat the taste. The sauce really just needed some cucumbers and some other small Greek seasoning and it would have been amazing. The fries was great and crisp, and were the best! I really hate to give a 4 because locally this would get a 5, but when rating based on my other Greek places a 4 fits! I would definitely stop again because they are so few choices in this area, and this place is really good!

No one was in the restaurant at all at 8pm on a Saturday night, but the staff didn't act like we were a bother - they still had to go orders as well. I had the steak calzone and it was SO good! I was impressed. My husband had the steak philly and it was good as well, but if I were to return I would be getting the calzone again. It was SO cheesy and so yummy!

Excellent restaurant! Food is wonderful! We love the hot subs! Service always great! Tonight was live music, very entertaining and enjoyable! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Food was great and staff were friendly, laughing, and smiling. Restaurant was packed and service was still quick. Highly recommend the manicotti and pizzas.

If you are expecting Olive Garden and/or authentic Italian food you will be greatly disappointed. We were not impressed on our first visit some time ago with the lasagna (another story) but decided to give them another chance. The food as last time is served in flimsy aluminum tins with cheap plastic flatware. This time we tried the spaghetti with meat sauce. What sauce there was had absolutely no taste and the noodles were floating in about an inch of water. It's a shame that in a town with few culinary choices the restaurants they have can't or won't provide decent food. Yelp needs to have minus ratings.

Dropped into Alfredo's for some take out on a ski trip to Snowshoe, WV. They have a nice little bar and even had someone playing some music on an acoustic guitar. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and a salad to go. After having a beer which they have several on tap, I headed back to my hotel room to have my dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken parm was. I give these guys 4 stars for great tasting food and nice atmosphere.

Had the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. Save room for the deserts though. They are amazing!

We enjoyed a late lunch on the porch at Alfredos. They have a pet friendly policy toward dogs dining on the porch and the server brought out a water bowl. Another restaurant on the river had told us "only service animals" allowed outside so we had moved down the road to Alfredos. Service for diners was also very good and we had hot sandwiches along with the available non-alcoholic beverages. Stopped by the rest rooms before hitting the highway home. They were clean.

The best restaurant in the county, without a doubt! The owner/chef certainly knows what he's doing, and the menu is diverse, but it's all great! Everything from Gyros and Dolmas (vine grape leaves) to pizza to all the pasta dishes, to burgers and fries, it's all done right. If your'e passing through Marlinton heading north, take a right at the first light and go about three blocks and you're 100% guaranteed a great meal!

Three different dishes on table, all awesome. Spinach Ravioli, yeah all you carnivores wrinkle your nose, It Was Awesome. Alfredo with broccoli, great. Supreme pizza large, loaded with great tasting toppings on top of toppings on top of toppings on bread that was awesome. Very pleased with how quick the great tasting food arrived on the table.

This place is great! Personally, I think it is the best place in Marlinton.

Very, very good! We ordered a pizza and grape leaves as an appetizer. The grape leaves were exceptional and the pizza was really good too - amazing crust! We will be back, and next time I plan to try the gyros.

Awesome food and service. Me and the wife got gyros and they were great. Daughter got a calzone and she loved it. Youngest 2 got spaghetti and pizza. No complaints.

Was passing through Marlinton, looking for Vegetarian food, one of the local ladies started singing praises of Alfredo's. Ordered Veggie Pizza! I started singing too! I'll make a special trip of 60 miles from Elkins to come eat here! The waitress is 5 ***** polite too!

This was our second lunch visit to Alfredos and once again it was very good. The daily special 14'' pizza with 2 toppings was our pick this time and it was super excellent. The fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned ingredients along with the perfect crust on the Alfredo pizza beats the socks off of any chain pizza hands down. The server was very attentive to all of our needs , the iced tea was perfect on a hot summer day. We can't want to stop by on our next trip to Marlinton.
