Alfresco Bistro

The atmosphere is warm and rustic. The food was fabulous! Best risotto and veal I've ever had. Lauren our server was friendly and service was quick. It was Jazz night, so this made for a great atmosphere.

What a great find. The food was outstanding. We really like the atmosphere. Our server was new, and being coached by her co-workers. Heather did a wonderful job,( as did the co-worker teaching her). We can't wait to get back to Georgetown and enjoy this little gem again. Alfresco Bistro is a must try. If you haven't been there, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Had dinner here a couple of weeks ago while driving through the area on a very rainy evening. Town was very quiet and we were the only ones eating that evening. The dinner was delicious and probably one of the best I have every had. The staff was attentive and the music, thank goodness, was of low volume and nice guitar instrumentals. Certainly recommend this restaurant.

Uniquely Delicious Cuisine. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect when reviewing the menu. I usually stick with pretty straight forward items on a menu. Our waitress however was wonderful and convinced us to try something new on the menu, the avocado and crab meat appetizer (pictured) and it was fantastic! After that appetizer, we continued to follow the waitresses suggestions and We both loved the meals to follow. Chef Eddie, who prepared our meals, really loves what he does and his passion is reflected in his wonderful creations. And a special thank you to our waitress for the care she took with us.

The food is excellent. I love the look of the place. The staff are knowledgeable and they make you feel like family. The tapas menu at the bar is a perfect tasting of all my favorite thimgs and then some. The bartender is friendly and fun. She makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of our favorite spots. The band on Friday nights is awesome too!

The atmosphere is so nice(especially the court yard) . Everything is so delicious. Especially love the bread and the herb oil & butter.

What a gem! Beautiful little Italian Bistro. The food was great quality and really delicious. (We had Calamari, Veal Marsala, and Grouper Francaise with Linguini). Professional, friendly, timely service. We visited for the first time this week, getting there late on a weeknight. Although we were dressed down, coming from a ball game, and were the last 2 customers of the night, they were very welcoming and did not make us feel rushed. Ambiance was equal to a fine dining Authentic Italian restaurant in Little Italy. Nicely decorated, fine dining quality table settings. A great place for a date night or business lunch. They have a room that can be sectioned for a gathering/party. Prices were reasonable. They started around $8 appetizers, around $12-18 for small plates to $20-$30 for full meals.

This was really an impressive place. It may not look that nice from the outside but the inside is beautiful. Really dig the atmosphere, very romantic. The food was excellent and very unique which is nice in a city dominated by the same 6 dishes at every restaurant. This place had some original interesting dishes. The beer and wine selection was also very nice. This is a nice hidden gem in Georgetown. Certainly worth a visit for lunch or dinner.
