Parking isn't the easiest around here. Had to go around town a few times. Ended up parking on Avenida Magdalena. It's located off of Avenida Ashford.
Ali Baba
First off, it's right next to Starbucks on Avenida Ashford.
We are seated in the breezeway outside of the small restaurant. There are 5 tables outside. The interior dining area has about 8 tables inside.
Ordered a hummus, baba ghanouj, Turkey bread, a large Greek salad with added chicken and two small red lentil soups, Turkey coffee, Lamacum pizza and spinach feta pide. A Fattoush would be so good right about now, but it's going to be a Greek salad. $51.36.
Waiter came back and told us they are finished with the soup. I thought he meant the soup was already ready, but he meant they are out of it.
The hummus and baba ghanouj both taste decent, but the portions here are super small. The Turkish bread isn't enough to eat with one of the dips, let alone a second one at all.
The large Greek salad is okay, quite salty. Three small chunks of feta in the whole salad. $7 add-on of chicken is about a half of a breast of chicken, not much.
The feta spinach pide is good, it reminds me of a stuffed pizza crust.
The Turkish coffee was good and strong, 1/4 of it was all grounds.
Food was decent, service was also okay. Bill took quite a while to come out to us.
