ALIANA Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

This boutique hotel is tucked in on the edge of the town, within easy walking distance. The staff are wonderful, polite, kind and attentive. The rooms are a very good size, comfortable bed, free water and soft drinks, free ironing service and everything is very clean. The restaurant has an extensive menu, including western dishes and the food is delicious. Room service is very quick and the food arrives hot. I didn't use the pool hut is looks very clean. The hotel also has a spa centre. Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel was incredibly beautiful! The rooms were well-furnished and stylishly decorated, and the staff were incredibly helpful. If you’re lucky with the weather, the view is phenomenal! The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. The city centre is easily accessible on foot. It was disturbing that the room smelled like a drain from the bathroom when you entered. This didn’t really fit with the ambience of the hotel. It was irritating that a luxury hotel charged for cappuccinos and other coffee variations at breakfast, even though regular black coffee was included. A bit more variety wouldn’t hurt the breakfast.

My wife and I loved our stay at Aliana Boutique while visiting Sapa! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room on the 5th floor was very spacious with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The gym was a nice bonus, and the on-site restaurant serves some fantastic dishes. Shoutout to Leily at the front desk for arranging transport and tickets to Fansipan Mountain. It’s also an easy walk to the city center and all the main hotspots. Highly recommended!

The best hotel! Quite affordable for Malaysians and definitely worth the price. The room offers a beautiful mountain and train view. Breakfast was amazing!The spa service was a little expensive compared to local street options, but everything else was perfect. You can store your luggage early, and they even have a washroom with hot shower facilities where you can freshen up, brush, and change before check-in.The place feels very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us in renting a bike and booking our Fansipan trip directly from the hotel, so we didn’t have to search around or queue elsewhere.Overall, the best stay we’ve had — highly recommended!

Great hotel with amazing views! The location is simply perfect—tucked away in a quiet little alley, yet only a five-minute walk from the vibrant center of Sapa, with its many restaurants, cafés, bars, spas, and minimarkets.||||The rooms are very spacious, and the private terrace offers stunning mountain views. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is good, with a wide selection of both Vietnamese and Western dishes.||||Highly recommended—we would happily return again.

Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night.Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize)Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff. Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

Excellent stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa. Located a Little bit outside of the busy area still close to downtown, amazing view on the valley and the Fansipan. Very peaceful hotel with the standard of a 5-star brand. The Spa is great with good pricing. 3/5 star for the breakfast that could be slightly improved.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, all spoke English, accomodating and very helpful. 850m from town centre. Rooms were spacious & heated (very cold in Sapa). Views were awesome. Free mini bar & WiFi. Menus were varied but no plant based options. They will prepare rice or noodles with veg on request. Spa treatments were reasonably priced. Had a firming facial & head massage - relaxing experience. Had swimming pool & spa facilities, kids room etc
