ALIANA Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

We had a two night stay and were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find out that we had been upgraded to a balcony room. The room was spacious and clean but dimly lit. We had to have the curtains open throughout the day to get sufficient light. The restaurant had a good variety of food and the buffet breakfast was good value. Staff throughout the property were helpful and attentive. We were not aware that to have a spa treatment, we would need to book in advance and were disappointed we were unable to book an appointment. The location was perfect as we felt close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the surroundings.

We had a great experience during our stay! The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to River at the front desk for providing the best service—professional, warm, and very attentive to our needs. The entire team was very considerate of all our concerns, making us feel truly valued as guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. great and delicious food. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again

Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a restful and memorable escape in Sapa.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aliana. My husband and I wanted a hotel with breakfast included and great view and this hotel went above and beyond it. Breakfast was delicious and the views were superb! We got upgraded to a front facing room so we could see the mountains. We also were given a courtesy late check out since our bus wasn’t going to pick us up until the early afternoon. The staff are so friendly and remember you from the moment they meet you. The manager (can’t remember his name!) is the sweetest and most kind person. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we are in Sapa again.

It was really good after all !!! The view is the most satisfying part, we can literally see a tram passing by, and the wonderful nature. It was really good both for pictures and relaxation. I stayed here for two nights, and the breakfast was literally AMAZING!! They have chocolate syrup which I love VERY MUCH, and many types of breads, fruits, and Vietnamese food. The service was also amazing!! The reception staffs were so kind and they kept giving help towards us. If we ask them today’s weather, they tell us the exact weather and it was very helpful. Also, if we ask how to get somewhere or how much time it takes, they tell us kindly, and even ask us if we need help with transportation. They were cheaper than Grab or GreenSM. It was a wonderful experience in this hotel!! Appreciate it so much!!

Great hotel - room was super clean and spacious. Stunning views. Located right on the edge of Sapa, so quieter than all the super busy streets but still walking distance to everything. Lovely spa too. Swimming pool is kind of just off the side of the road but it does the trick on a hot day. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Aliana |We arrived very early in the morning following the overnight Chapa Express train. We checked in straight away and had breakfast. |The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. |The staff were all friendly & helpful|We loved the fact that it was a 10 minute walk from the bright lights of Sapa town.|The views across the valley from our room were amazing. |It was too chilly to use the pool, but we did enjoy some very good spa treatments. |It was my “big” birthday and the staff arranged a really lovely cake. |Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I was lucky enough to come back to this beautiful part of the world.

The hotel itself is pretty beautiful, modern and authentic. Stuff was welcoming and helped us with all questions that happened during our stay.||Most of all, we were impressed by scenery that we saw from our room. The photo cannot express even half of beauty, but, believe, the location is amazing. A little far from the center but it's not problem at all. Sapa is not a big city, so you can reach the center on foot for 10 minutes.||If I return to Sapa I will definetely choose this hotel again 🥰
