We had a great experience during our stay! The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to River at the front desk for providing the best service—professional, warm, and very attentive to our needs. The entire team was very considerate of all our concerns, making us feel truly valued as guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. great and delicious food. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again

Absolutely loved our stay at Aliana. My husband and I wanted a hotel with breakfast included and great view and this hotel went above and beyond it. Breakfast was delicious and the views were superb! We got upgraded to a front facing room so we could see the mountains. We also were given a courtesy late check out since our bus wasn’t going to pick us up until the early afternoon. The staff are so friendly and remember you from the moment they meet you. The manager (can’t remember his name!) is the sweetest and most kind person. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we are in Sapa again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Aliana |We arrived very early in the morning following the overnight Chapa Express train. We checked in straight away and had breakfast. |The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. |The staff were all friendly & helpful|We loved the fact that it was a 10 minute walk from the bright lights of Sapa town.|The views across the valley from our room were amazing. |It was too chilly to use the pool, but we did enjoy some very good spa treatments. |It was my “big” birthday and the staff arranged a really lovely cake. |Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I was lucky enough to come back to this beautiful part of the world.

Great hotel - room was super clean and spacious. Stunning views. Located right on the edge of Sapa, so quieter than all the super busy streets but still walking distance to everything. Lovely spa too. Swimming pool is kind of just off the side of the road but it does the trick on a hot day. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good breakfast n service restaurant staff. Good variety n quality of breakfast especially enjoyed the banana pancake, omelette and beef pho noodles. |A short walk to the main town area and Furnicular station to go up to Fansipan. Room is clean and has a great view!

I had an amazing experience at Aliana Hotel in Sapa! River at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — she truly made me feel welcome and at home. Her warm hospitality made my stay even more special. The hotel itself was wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you, River, and the whole team!

This incredible hotel was our last hotel that we stayed in on our 1 month trip to Vietnam. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received! The location of the hotel in Sa Pa is close enough for a quick walk downtown but far enough away from the noise and flood of tourists. The first thing we were blown away with was the room they upgraded us to for our 25th wedding anniversary! We had the pleasure of having Miss River take care of us on our entire stay! Not only were we upgraded to a beautiful room, the housekeeping team surprised us with an incredible “Happy Anniversary” message on our bed! Very romantic and I think I scored a few brownie points! (Happy wife, happy life!) We also were impressed when we noticed that many of the places we wanted to visit, upon more investigation, appeared to be your typical tourist traps that I would consider not to be a “REAL” Vietnam experience. When we approached Miss River about this, she immediately knew exactly what we wanted. She put together an itinerary that had a private tour guide taking us to several of the different villages and we really had an immersive experience of the local life in and around Sa Pa. We trekked through the terraced fields, visited shops and even had the chance to visit a school where we purchased and handed out candy to the kids! Not sure who was more excited to see who. Our second day we visited Love Waterfall and another village further away where we were invited into a local home and had dinner with our tour guide’s family. It’s hard to put into words how grateful we were to be able to experience this! Our final big “WIN” on this trip was Miss River booking us into the hotel’s spa for a back, shoulder, neck and foot massage! What a way to end our trip after hiking around Sa Pa! It was probably one of the best massages I’ve had in my life! The food and beverage team was amazing and accommodating and the food incredible as well! I almost forgot that Miss River also directed us to some of the best restaurants in Sa Pa. Go looking for the “black chicken stewed in a pumpkin!” A real local treat! We even got the nod of approval from a local who eyed up what we ordered. We can’t wait to return to Sa Pa and stay here again! Our hearts are full and so happy we stayed at Aliana Hotel! The hotel itself is pretty beautiful, modern and authentic. Stuff was welcoming and helped us with all questions that happened during our stay.||Most of all, we were impressed by scenery that we saw from our room. The photo cannot express even half of beauty, but, believe, the location is amazing. A little far from the center but it's not problem at all. Sapa is not a big city, so you can reach the center on foot for 10 minutes.||If I return to Sapa I will definetely choose this hotel again 🥰
