ALIANA Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

Thank you to the Aliana staff for an amazing stay in Sapa! Situated a short 10 minute walk from the town square, this tastefully decorated hotel offers stunning views of the valley below. Our family of four stayed in connecting rooms on the corner of the top floor. We could see the train from our balcony!|Breakfast was included in our stay and had a standard selection of Asian and Western buffet items, fresh fruit, and made to order noodle soup, eggs, and pancakes. They also had vegan and gluten friendly options. |A full array of room amenities, and thoughtful touches like slippers, complimentary water, soda, and coffee and tea, provided all the comforts of home. |But what really makes the Aliana stand out is the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. They anticipated our every need. River, at the reception desk, assisted us with navigating the town and the weather and had recommendations for sights and restaurants. She even helped us book a driver/guide for a day trip in the area. |Overall exceptional stay! No wonder this hotel is one of the top rated in Sapa!

We had a great experience during our stay! The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to River at the front desk for providing the best service—professional, warm, and very attentive to our needs. The entire team was very considerate of all our concerns, making us feel truly valued as guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. great and delicious food. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again

A beautiful hotel with spectacular views of incredibly stunning countryside.|Our room was very clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was just excellent, a wonderful hostess and flawless service.|Dianne hosted our stay at the hotel, she was brilliant, super friendly and very helpful. Dianne gave us great advice on and booked us on some wonderful tours. Her advice was spot on; she checked in to make sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay numerous times during our visit. Kudos Dianne.

We had a two night stay and were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find out that we had been upgraded to a balcony room. The room was spacious and clean but dimly lit. We had to have the curtains open throughout the day to get sufficient light. The restaurant had a good variety of food and the buffet breakfast was good value. Staff throughout the property were helpful and attentive. We were not aware that to have a spa treatment, we would need to book in advance and were disappointed we were unable to book an appointment. The location was perfect as we felt close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the surroundings.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aliana. My husband and I wanted a hotel with breakfast included and great view and this hotel went above and beyond it. Breakfast was delicious and the views were superb! We got upgraded to a front facing room so we could see the mountains. We also were given a courtesy late check out since our bus wasn’t going to pick us up until the early afternoon. The staff are so friendly and remember you from the moment they meet you. The manager (can’t remember his name!) is the sweetest and most kind person. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we are in Sapa again.

Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a restful and memorable escape in Sapa.

It was really good after all !!! The view is the most satisfying part, we can literally see a tram passing by, and the wonderful nature. It was really good both for pictures and relaxation. I stayed here for two nights, and the breakfast was literally AMAZING!! They have chocolate syrup which I love VERY MUCH, and many types of breads, fruits, and Vietnamese food. The service was also amazing!! The reception staffs were so kind and they kept giving help towards us. If we ask them today’s weather, they tell us the exact weather and it was very helpful. Also, if we ask how to get somewhere or how much time it takes, they tell us kindly, and even ask us if we need help with transportation. They were cheaper than Grab or GreenSM. It was a wonderful experience in this hotel!! Appreciate it so much!!

Very nice hotel so friendly and professional service. Happy with the room and the bathroom and the shower the best and big enough.The water pressure and the hot water so fantastic.And also the mini bar is free. The view from the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is so nice. I recommended this beautiful hotel for everyone.
