We went for dinner on our first night in Porto. The staffs were all friendly and attentive. Ordered few plates of starters, croquettes, ham, oysters which all of them were delicious! And shout out to the rib eye steak. Out of this world! 🤌🏼 our waiter recommended the best pairing wine for the food. Lovely ambience, warm and cozy. Unfortunately they closed the outdoor seating that night. Recommended to make a booking

What a great time we had last night at Alibi. We went for a bottle of wine and some cheese and spent a few hours talking to the staff and other guests. What a warm and enjoyable experience. If you are visiting Porto or just live in Porto, this is a must. I wish we hungry for dinner, their menu looks amazing. The entire restaurant is in the back and we had no idea until they showed us around.

It was a very wonderful evening. We were there for the second time during our stay in Porto. It was a great experience. You really do it well. Everything was great, from the food through the wines to the service, which is perfect, not pushy, but if you need help, it is. I wanted to end the dinner with a glass of good Port, but there is no point in hiding it, I simply do not know anything about it. What I got exceeded my expectations, it was simply a glass of great wine that I taste every day. (Others should be prohibited from selling this drink under this name). Thanks to this experience, I am changing my attitude to Porto wine. See you in May, we will definitely leave and I will come to the Porto wine tasting. Thank you very much for everything Rafał and Kasia from Poland

Staff were also very friendly towards tourists and made us feel welcomed. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great place to dine.

A very cool restaurant, looks small from outside, but bigger inside, and it has a beautiful terrace with tables in the back, the city view is great. Excellent staffs and services, great wine selection, food is super. Highly recommend the garlic prawn, and codfish cakes.

A Must-Visit Wine Bar in Porto! We recently visited Alibi in Porto while on a weekend trip from Manchester, England, and it was a highlight of our stay! Although we didn’t dine, we were thoroughly impressed by the wine selection, which offered a perfect mix of local and national options, catering to all palates. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, especially Bruno, guiding us through the different wines and sharing stories behind each choice, which added a personal touch to our experience. The ambience was fantastic – chic and stylish with a relaxed vibe. The excellent music playlist set the perfect mood for a laid-back cool atmosphere where you can truly unwind and enjoy the moment. The bar’s unique location added to its charm, nestled away just enough to feel like a hidden gem, yet still easy to find. Without doubt Alibi is a spot we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto. It’s not just a wine bar; it’s an experience that combines excellent service, quality wines, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

Great location in a busy and buzzy part of Porto.|We had a lovely room on the third floor, there is no elevator, but we had assistance with the luggage arriving and leaving.|Very helpful gentleman in the breakfast room helped us organise an Uber to the airport and helped us with our luggage.|So many great places to eat very close. We loved Casa Braganca literally 30 seconds walk around the corner. Best Sardines I had in Portugal.

This is a wonderful hidden gem, that we stumbled upon and were so thankful. They have wine sales, bar, restaurant and rooms. We started in the bar with thoughtful, friendly service and a wide range of delicious wines, we then went through the back to a cute stone restaurant, the service was perfect, our waiter was very attentive, we asked for recommendations and the food delicious. We had Octopus carpaccio, garlic prawns, clams and ham/egg/frits to start, then shared a seafood rice, all very generous in portion and so tasty. We will be back, thank you for having us.
