We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room very cozy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is a block away from tram station. Nice neighborhood to walk around.

This hotel is so lovely. I feel like staying at a chic friend’s mansion 🤧 I was sick when I got here and feel better after a good rest. The breakfast in the outdoor area is divine to get some sun and each day Im here, I feel better. Almost feel sorry to leave and definitely give me an inspiration for my future home! Thank you Alice Hotel 🩷🫶

Fabulous hotel! Everything was very clean and ordered. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we stayed at. We definitely recommend the half-board option, because the food is great at the hotel. The location is great because it's right next to the subway and, for those who enjoy walking, next to the city's main boulevard (Andrassy Ut). I'd like to add one extra detail that I really appreciated. We checked in at the hotel at midnight, long after the kitchen had closed. We had no expectation of getting dinner, but the hotel staff surprised us by leaving a 3-course dinner in our room + drinks. Great hospitality, and congratulations to the staff for keeping such a great establishment!

First time in Budapest! Nice hotel always feels welcome at a new city. Clean and pleasant staff. Feels like a small family. Will stay at our next visit also, in the Beautiful Budapest!

Rude staff: Throughout our stay, the staff we interacted with were barely polite. We had trouble with the air conditioning during our 4-night stay. Every night, the system automatically switched from cooling to heating, making us wake up sweating around 3 AM. We talked the front desk, but the staff insisted there was no issue on their end and responded in a very patronising manner. She also seemed eager to make the interaction personal. A manager eventually got involved, acknowledged that the AC was undergoing seasonal adjustment, and moved us to another room (but the same problem persisted). However, when we mentioned the rude behaviour of his staff, he showed no interest in understanding or addressing it. Facilities: The room did not match the images shown on the hotel’s website or booking platform. When we pointed this out, we were told it was “normal” for the property. Cleanliness: While the room was clean overall, there were visible hairs on the sheets and pillows, which was a minor issue for this stay. Overall, the combination of disrespectful service and repeated discomfort during the night really ruined our holiday. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, halfway between city centre and Hero's Square, there's plenty public transportation options around. Well decorated and cozy rooms. Nice restaurant and good breakfast options. Only downside - no fridge in the room.

This is a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable room with everything you need, great insulation, great mattress and pillows. Good wi-fi. Very high quality breakfasts with a glass of sparkling wine. Clean, beautiful, great location. Would like to come back again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the basement floor, which was acceptable, especially considering that some rooms are located on the ground floor. Many reviews praised the breakfast, but we didn’t find it particularly impressive, so we opted for just coffee. Additionally, the atmosphere on the ground floor felt somewhat off. The location is decent, though it requires a 30-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the metro or bus. The area itself is relatively quiet, primarily consisting of a main road and embassies.
