Rude staff: Throughout our stay, the staff we interacted with were barely polite.
We had trouble with the air conditioning during our 4-night stay. Every night, the system automatically switched from cooling to heating, making us wake up sweating around 3 AM. We talked the front desk, but the staff insisted there was no issue on their end and responded in a very patronising manner. She also seemed eager to make the interaction personal. A manager eventually got involved, acknowledged that the AC was undergoing seasonal adjustment, and moved us to another room (but the same problem persisted). However, when we mentioned the rude behaviour of his staff, he showed no interest in understanding or addressing it.
Facilities: The room did not match the images shown on the hotel’s website or booking platform. When we pointed this out, we were told it was “normal” for the property.
Cleanliness: While the room was clean overall, there were visible hairs on the sheets and pillows, which was a minor issue for this stay.
Overall, the combination of disrespectful service and repeated discomfort during the night really ruined our holiday. We wouldn’t stay here again.
