Google
A truly stellar cardamom bun, for anyone that believes there isn't such a thing as too much cardamom. Fragrant, soft dough, very minor criticism that there was a slightly noticeable yeast after-taste, but overall one of the best cardamom buns. The croissant had good flakiness but was slightly denser than I prefer in the middle. The yoghurt with granola was another standout - lovely, thick yoghurt, super-crunchy and nutty granola (which the menu says comes from the Københavns Bageri), and a fresh berry compote. Very simple but each individual element executed with care. A cozy, calm atmosphere in which I would be happy to spend an hour working or reading.

Very popular place with the locals. I'm having a Cortado which is a very nice replacement for my usual espresso macchiato. They have some nice soft boiled eggs, freshly prepared. The bread looks great but I can't have that.

Lots of danes so you know it's great and not just a tourist trap! Beautiful pastries (we had a cardamom bun, cinnamon bun, pain au chocolat and the traditional danish pastry, all divine! soo crispy). These with a cup of tea and cappuccino came to around £30 gpb, bit pricey but completely worth it. Window seating was perfect for people watching.

Is such a lovely spot! The staff is super friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The pastries and coffee are absolutely delicious, but let me tell you – the ice cream is next-level. Creamy, flavorful, and honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to, not just for the amazing treats but for how welcoming and cozy it feels. Can’t recommend it enough!

Alice Coffee is a true gem in Amagerbro. The coffee here is top-notch — expertly brewed with good flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and minimalist in that effortless Scandinavian way — great for catching up with a friend or just enjoying a quiet moment with your coffee. Bonus points for the homemade pastries and ice cream, which are absolutely delicious and made with real care (the cardamom bun is a must-try!). Friendly staff, high-quality coffee, and a relaxed vibe — what more could you want? Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in Copenhagen!

I definitely don’t recommend this place for ice cream. I’ve tried many ice cream spots in Copenhagen, so I’m used to the high prices, but I was disappointed to see that you have to pay an additional 8 DKK just to get a cone. I got one scoop of hazelnut ice cream, and the portion was incredibly small. The ice cream itself was really hard and not creamy at all. I’m sure this place offers other great food and the atmosphere is lovely, but I wouldn’t come back for the ice cream.

Alice is an absolute gem! The food is exceptional—the croissants are easily the best I’ve ever had. The ice cream is also amazing. Plus they really know what they are doing when it comes to good coffee. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and efficient. On top of that, the atmosphere is wonderful and vibrant, whether to relax, read a book, or get some work done. It’s just one of those places you always look forward to coming back to :)

Google
This is a top 3 bakery in Copenhagen! They have the best cardamom bun in Denmark, amazing morning bun and quality coffee. Plenty of indoor seating and friendly staff. During summer try their ice cream!

Yelp
Alice is across the street from the Airbnb where we stayed in Copenhagen and it was terrific to have such a gem of a place at our front door for the entirety of our trip. The moment we walked in, they offered us a sample of their homemade ice cream to try. It was milk flavor, which sounds absolutely disgusting but tasted delicious. We ordered several coffees and pastries here over the course of the week and loved every one of them. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here, and drinking water is free. Couldn't recommend this place more. Staff also speaks English.

Yelp
A bit pricey, but a really lovely coffee shop and great pastries. The espresso and filter coffee are both good, the croissants are incredible (great texture inside and out, great lamination). Also has a multigrain roll with cheese, butter and salami which was the perfect morning snack. Still haven't tried the ice cream but maybe on our next trip to CPH.

Yelp
Purporting to "push the limits of what Ice Cream can be" Alice looks like a hipster's fever dream, white walls and wooden stools plus the sort of indifferent service that only serves scoops on weekends while listing five daily Pastries and the times they'll be ready on a paper scroll. Also serving Koppi Coffee and acting as a bottle shop, guests arriving after noon Monday through Thursday relegated to beverages, hard-packed pints and limited Baked Goods, suffice it to say Alice's Pistachio Ice Cream is good but no better than Iso Bar or Østerberg Ice Cream while Pastries are a far cry from Hart or Juno.

Yelp
The more place opens in Amager, the happier I am, trust me. However, I don't see what's the special thing about Alice. This place is a little shop on Markmandsgade, on the side street of Amagerbrogade, close to Christianshavns Vold. As the name suggests, it offers both coffee and ice cream. This time we get to try the ice cream. They don't have much choice or fancy flavor, but the blackcurrant and raspberry that I have were fresh and nice and the price is on the level with many ice cream places in Copenhagen if not slightly higher. This place deserves three stars because there's nothing remotely special about this place, although - as I have stated above - I'm happy that more new places are opening in Amager. If they want to thrive, fancier ice cream flavors would be expected.

Yelp
My friend recommend this place to me. It's very close to the place I stay. It's a small but cozy space inside with 2 tables 4chairs and 6 high chairs that you can be seated by the counter. They do have several tables and chairs outside. Very friendly stuff here. Good latte! Free internet.

Yelp
Alice Ice Cream & Coffee, Folsom: Some of the items in this place are WAY OVER PRICED. I ordered a small size latte, and it was $6.47, that's almost $7 and again, for a small latte.... that's price is ridiculous & insane for such a small drink!!!! I understand they are in a touristic part of town and things are a bit more price, but, again, close to $7 for a SMALL latte, I don't think so!!! And it wasn't even that great. I was a bit disappointed to say the least. I think my friends and I will stick to the medium $3 awesome & delicious cup of coffee at my regular place!!!!

Yelp
Great coffee and homemade ice cream, try the toasted rice!
