Alice Lake

Absolutely loved our day at Alice Lake! Just an hour's drive from downtown Vancouver. Free parking available but you need to be there early especially in summer time. Although there were no picnic tables available, the stunning natural surroundings more than made up for it. We spent our day paddleboarding and chilling by the beach with friends. The sunny weather added to the experience, making it a perfect outing. While we didn't get a chance to explore the trails and campgrounds, it's on our list for the next visit. Note that this is not a cosy beach during summer. Pretty busy! however we enjoyed our time.

Amazing Lake to enjoy the nature and rest. There are many tables to enjoy a great moment of BBQ. Also there are public washrooms, amazing trails to run, walk or biking. A lot of spaces around, great parking lot. I really recommend this place.

It's such a beautiful and peaceful place for a family or group picnic. You'll love this place. You can also swim in the lake!

We stayed at the campground for our first ever night on an RV adventure. The campsite was brilliant and very natural looking. We walked around the lake next morning. Very pleasant.

Nice chill spot, small lake surrounded by trees, not busy, lots of benches and tables. But beware there is leaches in the lake water! And the water is super murky, so not the best lake for swimming but great for kayaking, paddle boarding and chillen in the water on a floaty. Not much of a view though.

Really nice and shady lake trails. Easy access and easy hike, suitable for all ages.

Not best for swimming. Beautiful and amazing place. It has 2 beaches to enjoy but be aware there is quite a bit of leaches in the water that sticks to your swimming suit and it’s hard to get it out. I wouldn’t go back for swimming but very nice for BBQ and hike.

We reached early in the morning to calm lovely serene Lake. People were doing yoga, swimming, and kids having at the beach. Place got crowded quickly.
