Alice's Cottages

We stayed in the English Cottage it was so beautiful, quirky & spotlessly clean. So many thoughtful touches. The breakfast left in the fridge was very ample and as we were leaving very early in the morning for our flight we had some of it for diner - bacon & eggs on toast ( kitchen well equipped) There was also milk, jam & butter, muesli , yoghurt & a fruit pot. |We loved our stay and wished it was longer. We only stayed one night - we had lovely tea & cakes at the cafe called Rhubarb just around the corner whilst waiting to check in and then walked around Cataract Gorge plus rode the chair gondola across the gorge in the afternoon. Cataract Gorge is beautiful.

We truly enjoyed our night here, it was a night to remember. Lovely little heritage cottages with so many thoughtful touches and amazing amenities. They thought about pretty much everything. I'm impressed and I'd stay here again whenever I'm back in Launceston.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Cozy and warm with the fireplace, comfy bed, couch. Outlander Cottage was so authentic, loved the attention to detail. A huge basket for breakfast was so generous and a store cupboard of anything we ran out of or that we needed. A great set up, the hosts thought of everything for a relaxing stay. Love to go back one day.

Cute comfortable cottage with a cosy fireplace. We were booked in for 1 night but ended up staying a second night.|Beautiful breakfast basket was amazing & such a lovely touch.|Self check in was a breeze. Highly recommend & would have no hesitation in staying again if visiting Launceston.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the outlander cottage for a night whilst travelling through Tasmania. It truely is a beautiful little hidden gem. You can tell a lot of time and love has gone into the cottage with a prepared breakfast plus little cosy touches throughout the place. Would recommend to anyone travelling through Launceston.

We recently stayed in the 'Scottish ' cottage which is part of Alice's Cottages. The cottage was absolutely amazing. It was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous. We loved staying here. So comfortable and quaint, loved all the little extra touches. Everything you could possibly need was supplied, the extra attention to detail was impressive. A lovely way to end our holiday, relaxing in the spa, and then by the fire. We will be back

The cottage was delightful, better than expected. Check in process smooth and easy and the complimentary breakfast baskets were excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again
