My partner and I stopped here for a late lunch after visiting the Pagsanjan Falls during a day trip from Manila.
The lechon kawali was the clear highlight: perfectly crispy skin, tender meat, a well-balanced sweet-and-sour sauce, and fresh herbs on the side adding a pleasant bitter contrast. A very satisfying dish overall.
The fried chicken was also excellent — crunchy on the outside, yet juicy and tender inside.
We also ordered chicharrón, admittedly expecting a more Latin-style version, which was our own misunderstanding.
Overall, a solid and enjoyable meal — definitely a good lunch stop if you’re visiting Pagsanjan Falls.
