We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staffs Charlie and Ahmed were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Their warmth and genuine care made all the difference—- we truly felt valued as guests. The buffet breakfast was simply the best. A perfect start to the day. We will definitely return 👍

Stayed 1 night. Cabin was basic however had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Reception area including staff were excellent- easy and friendly checkin/out. Ate at the restaurant which was also good. Park was clean and in a lovely bush setting. BBQ facilities were great. Would definitely stay again if coming to Canberra

Great spot for a budget stay with family. Good location. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast - really well done and good value if you book the day before for a discount. The rooms are basic but clean and very functional and there's plenty for the kids to do. Will go back here again. Friendly birdies a plus!

We had a great time at Alivio tourist park. The trip started poorly when we arrived and our room was double booked. Whilst a room upgrade wasn't available as everything was booked, we were well and truly compensated via park amenities and restaurant vouchers. When an upgrade became available, we were then transferred to this room and ended up having a great experience. I understand mistakes happen, but how the management team handled the issue was very impressive and we would be happy to return.

Stayed two nights in the 3 bedroom villa. The villa itself was quite spacious. It had two large lounge suits and 8 seater table, and the living space still had plenty of room. Large balcony with a view of the bush. Bedrooms had great wardrobe space, beds were comfortable, and the pillows were nice. The location is fantastic. You feel like you're in the bush, but only minutes from the city. They have a restaurant on site, the meals were good, and buffet breakfast had a small selection but good hot food and the breakfast essentials (cereal, toast, coffee, etc). The customer service was exceptional!

Good location, it has short bush walks around and the pool is fun. Unfortunately the cabin wasn’t very clean. The floor was sticky, glasses in the cupboard were dirty and the bed covers were stained. It smelt like there had been smoking when we turned on the heat. All around a bit yuck.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alivio Tourist Park – it was perfect for our family of six! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and full of great suggestions for things to do around Canberra with the kids. Our villa was spotless, modern, and super comfortable – it had everything we needed to feel right at home. We also really enjoyed our meals at The Verandah; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the kids were kept happy with the fun colouring activities while we relaxed. There’s so much to do within the park itself – something for everyone, whether you want to unwind or keep the kids entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Alivio – we’ll definitely be back!

For the price I guess I expected a little more. We stayed in a 3 bed villa, which was right in front of a massive hall, where sports teams gathered, they were boisterous and loud until midnight, both nights we were there. We have small children who did not sleep well due to the noise! The food at the deck was not fantastic and we ate elsewhere the next night. The dryers weren’t working properly and we ended up having to run one load 4 times just to get it dry!! Such a shame because the villa was lovely, beds were comfy, receptionist were great and super helpful. This place could be brilliant!
