I had such a wonderful experience at All About Dentistry Family & Emergency! I brought my auntie in for her appointment, and the entire team was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Dr. Elmi was amazing he was very kind, patient, and professional. He made my auntie feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she felt at ease throughout the visit. The service was truly 10 out of 10. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where your loved ones feel safe and supported, but this place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend All About Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and friendly dental team. Thank you again, Dr. Elmi, for taking such great care of my auntie!

Front office ladies are so nice and willing to help in any way they can. All of the back office staff is so kind sociable making you feel comfortable. I come with a bundle of kids and they are always more than willing to socialize with them chat with them even if I'm their patient or one of my children or other patient they're willing to talk to everybody who is in the room during the cleaning. The hygienist to the doctors are seamless in their care. Bonus there's a little indoor jungle gym for kiddos to climb in to get their wiggles out while waiting. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I've been looking for a dentist for 9 months because my insurance is through the government no dentists are accepting those types of people. Luckily I was able to find all about dentistry located in West St Paul, from what I gather this is a family dentistry, the customer service was phenomenal, The staff was truly amazing and the best part is if you are in emergency need of a dentist show up on Monday mornings be the first in line at 8:00 a.m. they take the first three people in line on an emergency basis regardless of your insurance. Yes that's right they will not discriminate against you and turn you away because you have government insurance. I did have to wait approximately 4 hours but I was able to get my wife and daughter seen the same day. And this wonderful playground built inside makes it that much easier if you are waiting with children. I was also served a cup of complimentary coffee while I waited.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized, and the appointment ran on time. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit and would definitely recommend this office to others.

I’ve seen a few dentists over the years, and All About Dentistry has been the best experience I’ve had. I’ve been in twice now, and each time they were friendly, quick to get me in, and made everything feel easy (at the dentist!). While I was in the chair, everyone was really kind, super considerate, and explained what was happening as they went. I’d never had a crown before, so I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through it 🙂 The doctor and her team are wonderful people who genuinely care about their patients. From both a service and human perspective (i.e., charity work before hours for people in need), they’re one of the best in the Twin Cities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

What I was looking for most in a dentist’s office after putting off care for a few years was a place that was friendly and caring. These folks absolutely hit that mark! The office manager absolutely stands out as a highlight, she problem solves with such care and compassion and has such a positive demeanor it made me feel calmer. I had an initial exam and then got 7 cavities filled here and would highly recommend them for anyone nervous about seeing a dentist!

I called this place randomly looking for a new dentist office since we moved and now that I moved away from the area I still drive 25 minutes to come see them.. From the services to the staff I LOVE IT HERE . The owners are amazing and have some great prices for the whole year. They also have an indoor playground for the kids 🥹 10/10 experience everytime I go & they actually care about your teeth and do follow up calls.

I had the best experience here! Everyone was so kind and fun to talk to. The exam was thorough and they explained everything to me that they were doing in depth. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been a patient at All About Dentistry for about 3 years. My experience with Dr Elmi has been great. The office staff is knowledgeable and has not changed since I started with them. It's nice that they remember me from one visit to the next. The evening after a lengthy procedure Dr Elmi called me at home to make sure I was okay. I recommend All About Dentistry to anyone looking for a quality and affordable dentist.

There front desk is horrible they refuse to answer the phone at times. I have called up there for a week now to try and get my X-rays sent over to a new dentist they referred me too and no answer. I've sat outside called, no answer and had to walk and request them to transfer it over
