All American Burger

Complete honesty here The burgers were fantastic! But the fries were very salty. Still I would come here just for the wonderful burger it was very juicy and I loved it.

BY FAR my favorite restaurant in the entire mall, & my top 3 fav ever! The food is amazing every time, I’m actually obsessed. & Joanne is the best in every way, sweet, generous, kind, funny, and keeps me coming back! Everyone who works there is so amazing, & you absolutely have to try it. 15/10 love it!

I walked around the food court at the Tucson mall for about 20 minutes and then I came across the All-American burger restaurant where Joanne didn't hesitate but greeted me on site and made my day food was great service great I recommend you come here for a meal

Joann had excellent customer service and very good demeanor. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. I ordered the tenders meal with fries. The tenders and fries were cooked to perfection. I also ordered a chocolate and strawberry shake with whipped cream. The shakes were perfect, nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure of the name of the person that took our order but we placed it at 12:25pm on May 1st, 2025 and we waited for almost 30 minutes after they told us it would only be a few minutes. Our food was never made and when we asked how much longer there excuse was it did not print in the pack printer in and that they thought the cook had made Even though they didn't bother to call us up for our order. But spent the whole time talking to each other while we waited for almost 30 minutes for the burgers and fries. Not to mention we were the only people waiting for food there was no line at the time. We ended up requesting a refund for our food and ended up going over Charley's instead.

Long wait for food. Ordered a green chili burger with pepperjack cheese and fries. Requested burger to have nothing else on it but the meat, cheese, and green chili. For the burger , fries, and a medium drink, cost was high, over $18.00. Fries and drink were nothing special. Burger was far worse. It was soggy, rather small, and had a lot of onions, which I neither ordered nor wanted. The flavor of the onions overpowered the taste of the rest of the burger. I could go to whataburger instead, and get more meat , fries and a drink for less than $13.00, and I can clearly taste all the ingredients. I would have gone back to the counter to complain, but I think it is better that they lose me as a customer. I don't care whose fault it was , the cook or the counterperson, The quality , value, and accuracy was non existent. They deserve zero stars.

This place is amazing! I am a former resident of Philadelphia. I was very disappointed, in the overall food scene of Arizona, in general. Way more options on the East Coast. No one gets Cheese Steaks right, outside Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. The Cheese Steaks at All American Burger, are legitimate Philly Cheese Steaks! Same thing, you get at the corner stores, and food carts in Philadelphia. And they have legitimate Philadelphia water ice. Place had a East Coast diner vibe, even though its in a busy food court. Was looking forward to trying the other restaurants in this food court. But I can't see myself passing this place up ever.

Can I give a zero ? The food was trash. Soggy trash. The chicken IN THE chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, and the bun was soggy and fell apart. The onion rings were overcooked and just trash. NEVER AGAIN

Really skeptical about ordering here since the cook looked too young to be back there but I gave it a shot and ordered a Philly cheesesteak and wow was I amazed that kid can cook. From the outside it looked amazing and it tasted even better definitely coming back here again when he's working. The service was amazing and fast and just the environment in total was amazing.

Looking for a good ceasar salad so I decided to go to the Tucson mall and get one at "All american burger" omg $8.99 for a grilled chicken ceasar salad with 2 sm portions of salad dressing and I asked for another one and they wanted me to pay .69 cents...wth..I just paid 9 bucks for the dried up salad..I will never ever eat there again....to expensive and lousy customer service.. With a dried up, tasteless salad..thumbs down to All american burger @ tucson mall

I was craving a hot dog while browsing the Tucson Mall, and came here expecting them to have one on the menu. After all, there is nothing more American than a hot dog (despite the name of the location). I wasn't disappointed by this place. I ordered the combo with fries and a drink for just over $8. The hot dog was served plain, and there was a station that included all of the expected toppings. I opted to place ketchup, onions, and fresh tomatoes on mine. It was delicious. The hot dog tasted fantastic, and paired well with the buttery bun, which surprisingly, did not fall apart despite the girth of the dog and the toppings. The fires were meh. I paid $1 to have them upgraded to their garlic parmesean variety. I thought that it was going to taste good, but in reality, it is just a smattering of parmesean and garlic sprinkled on top of regular fries. Not worth the upgrade to tell you the truth. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely come here again. I will just avoid ordering the fries.

I ordered thru uber eats, foot came. Fry's cold and soft, my chicken sandwich was inedible. Lettuce was brown and slimy! tomatoes were bad too, slimy and smelled weird. I don't recommend ever eating here. I've already requested a refund thru uber because this is appalling.

My son ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Though they weren't busy, it took quite while. I ordered my food at another restaurant after he placed his order and I had mine a lot more quickly. I guess this means the food was made freshly which is good, but you expect faster service at a mall food court. The cashier was friendly and everything seemed clean. The fries I shared with him were nothing special and he said the burger was just okay.

Not impressed at all. It was nearly $7 for two chicken tenders and a handful of undercooked fries. My boyfriend got the philly cheesesteak and it didn't have peppers. The taste was just okay. The chicken strips were what you'd expect and the cheesesteak had a good flavor but was a little dry and underwhelming.The woman working at the register was friendly and helpful, the area was clean and the menus were easy to read.

Extremely overpriced, the portions are pathetic. $5 French Fry got me about 20 fries. Got my food and asked for a small side of ranch and that apparently its extra. You'd think $5 Fries would come with a dipping sauce... oh well I won't be eating here again. $25 for 2 burgers and a fry lol was not even that great. I'd like to see this place closed down

Don't know what these reviews are talking about, went here the other day and I was so pleasantly surprised. For being a mall food court restaurant I wasn't expecting much but for $7 it was one of the better burgers I've had. Chef and cashier were really friendly people to talk to and compared to everyone else nearby there's no better place to get American food.

Best Philly cheesesteak (with green chili's and jalapeño) it was absolutely amazing. The burger was also amazing but it wasn't mine so I only took one bite but probably the best burger I've bitten into.

Food was good but very pricey. Cashier yawned so big you could see the back of her throat, leaned on the counter to play on her phone and was eating AT the register. Extremely unprofessional!

I decided to stop here because I was hungry and in the mood for sandwich. I was not impressed. The price was so much higher than the food was worth either in quality or quantity. They charge you $0.75 for a drink refill. If you have the change, whatever, but at the same point, you actually spend a slightly larger amount for a drink that is small and is mostly filled with ice. Service was also extremely slow. In terms of the food... questionable. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and was surprised to find it was the same price as the regular chicken sandwich. Then I find that the only difference is that they added Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Since they have the condiment sitting at the table, I did not see the point in having a separate menu item. If they put it in the breading so it was consistently over everything, cool, but this was not the case. There was also more bread than there was chicken. Massive let down. The fries were actually seasoned (not something I ever say easily), but not crunchy, nor even cooked all the way. Considering how long it took that was a little sad. Overall, don't really want to go here again.

Stopped to grab some fries. While waiting what seemed an extraordinary long time for fries with no one else waiting, saw the cook trying to catch flies with his tongs and the rest of the staff laughing with encouragement. Kept walking. Wasn't worth the 2 bucks lost.

Friendly staff and a fun theme atmosphere makes it feel much more intimate than a mall food court stop. The Texas BBQ burger is great (especially served with dad jokes about how long it'll take to get from Texas).

Great food! Nice juicy burgers cooked fresh to order. You night have to wait an extra minute or two because your burger is not cooked until after you order it. I prefer this as opposed to steaming up a pre-cooked patty at the fast food chains. The kiddos always love their hot dogs. Very good shakes too. And the fries! The fries are the old fashion kind like you would order at the Little League refreshment stand, and not too salty like Mickey D's. They are prefect!

This place is in the food court at the Foothills Mall and is a good place if you like burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches or philly cheese steaks. There burger is cooked well and the sweet potato fries are really good. It's not necessarily the best burger in town but a great option in the mall. They also have shakes and floats and offer a combo-sandwich, fries and a drink at a reasonable price.

More than likely, the best place to grab a bite to eat at the food court in Foothills Mall. The environment was wonderful, really had the 50's feel they are going for. Music coming out of a small jukebox, to even the uniforms the employees were wearing. It was a quite nice environment for a place, especially considering its location inside a food court. I really enjoyed how they set up the shake and ice cream supplies right in front of the customer's eyes. Not only is this wise from a business standpoint, but it gives off a certain charm. Makes the customer (specifically me) get more excited about the ice cream or shake they are about to consume. The staff itself was friendly and on task. The one cashier I dealt with was assisting an older gentleman who had a question, and seemed extremely patient and willing to help. When I ordered my food, she was very polite and seemed sincere. Good customer service all around. My food was ready quite efficiently. The food itself was above average. I ordered their signature "All American Burger" and was pleased. The burger itself wasn't all that special per se, but it was satisfying enough for me to admit enjoying. The fries had a classic taste to them. Tasted homemade and were something I really loved. Not too salty, but warm and tasty. The shake I got was Oreo Cookie Dough flavored. A unique concept, executed deliciously. Overall, if you're at the Foothills Mall, and don't want to eat anything too "fast foody" come over here and get a bite to eat. You won't be disappointed. The food won't blow you away, but its satisfying and very much worth the price. A very above average food joint that I highly recommend.

All American Burger is located in the Foothills Mall Food court. I was at the Mall with the five year old because I was taking him to the bookstore while the other kid was at a bowling birthday party. This needs to be done so he does not get upset that the other kid gets to go bowling and he doesn't. So we get our books and I decide to walk around the mall a little to burn some time. Its about this time that he decides that he is hungry so we peruse the food court looking for that special something that will appease the kid and yet not ruin his appetite for dinner. I make the command decision that an ICEE will fit the bill and now we have another decision to make. All American Burger and the place right next to them both sell the coveted ICEE. How do I choose which establishment I will purchase my cool treat from? Turns out that was not a tough decision. All American Burger had no line, their ICEE was a little cheaper, and their ICEE display was a lot bigger than the place next door. So we step up and put our order in for a small cherry ICEE and pay the kid behind the counter. My son was wearing his favorite Star Wars pull over sweat shirt with a hood. The kid behind the counter says, " Whoaaaa, that is a cool Jacket!!!" To which my son replies by mumbling something unintelligible. As it turns out, the kid behind the counter was supposedly raised by Luke Skywalker (or so he says). I'm not sure if this is true, but if you want to see the kid who was supposedly raised by Luke Skywalker, be sure to stop by the All American Burger and wear something Star Wars related.

5 Stars for BEST Mall burger I've ever had. Locally owned and friendly staff. Don't just try the burgers. Their other sandwiches and real ice cream shakes are awesome too!

Wow! Best burger I've had in a looong time! I had never tried it before so I stopped into the new Tucson Mall location last Thursday and was so impressed. Super cute little place, friendly gals at the counter. Hubby ordered the all american burger, I had the Texas barbecue burger minus the onion ring, and we got an order of chili cheese fries to share. Let me tell you, these burgers are HUGE and taste so good. Hubby raved about his burger. My barbecue burger had a massively thick patty, some pretty tasty barbecue sauce on each piece of bun, cheese, two big slices of bacon, and was amazing and so big I almost couldn't finish it! Don't even get me started on the chili cheese fries lol. Good quality fries, cheddar sauce and that chili was so danged good I could eat it all day. Admittedly it was a little pricey for 2 people because we paid almost 20$, including a large soda that we shared but who can complain about that when those burgers were so huge and delicious and those fries were amazing? Not me! Can't wait to stop by again and try other things, there's a lot on the menu to choose from.

over priced and dont get one free refill on soda after they charge you 4.50 extra for a combo. better buger else where.

I've been to All American on numerous occasions. They are an old 50's style burger place and I love their food. They have burgers cooked just right. This justly character must be over dramatic. Raw means not cooked at all. Well, anyway the young girl that works there is such a sweetheart, I've talked to the owner on numerous occasions and he is a very nice man. I would recommend this place.

wanted to review this hamburger joint because the experience was horrific. we were running late to a movie called "chef (excellent by the way) decided to stop and get a quick bite at this place which was open before 11 am and other eateries were not. ordered two 1/3 lb. burgers. waited about 5 minutes.. took one bite both hubby and I and RAW RAW RAW. WOWSA very disappointed had to spit it out of our mouths. went up to the counter to complain and get a refund. the gentleman that cooked these looked like the owner and certainly acted like it when he ordered the gal that came over to talk to us back to cooking and ignore us for a few more minutes.. she told him we did NOT want more burgers cooked but this was after we had to make this perfectly clear to her and made sure he heard it.. he looked me in the eyes twice and he felt my glare. he needs to be ashamed or at the very least sorry for potentionely poisoning us! I was so upset that we didn't say a word. I now came on here to vent because this man whoever he was was HORRIFIC not to even apologize to us and the gal did not apologize either.. both indignant as heck man so needless to say we had to suffer thru the perfect movie which had tons of food in it until we got good food after the movie.
