I was extremely disappointed after my second visit here due to the rude and unwelcoming service (or lack thereof). My friend and I sat at the bar in clear view of the bartenders for approximately 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Their interaction was limited to silently placing 2 menus in front of us before walking away. Their demeanor felt so unwelcoming and off-putting we decided to leave.
When we shared our concerns with the hostess on the way out, she offered to make us a reservation for a future date. Unfortunately, that response completely missed the point and can only be described as tone deaf. After such a poor experience, it should've been obvious we had no interest in being persuaded to return. A kind acknowledgement and reassurance would have sufficed.
While I have no interest in spending my hard earned money at a business that doesn't prioritize customer service, I do hope management takes these complaints more seriously moving forward. Their business proposition seems simple: provide a warm, engaging listening atmosphere to music lovers. They've completely missed the mark, and I'm afraid it's by deliberate choice.
