This food truck is a hidden gem! The flavors are bold, authentic, and absolutely satisfying. I tried the pad thai and green curry—both were incredibly fresh, perfectly spiced, and full of depth. You can tell they care about quality and getting the details right. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Easily one of the best Thai food spots around, truck or not. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something real.

The pork belly is amazing and the size is very satisfying! Very friendly owner and reasonable prices.

The food is delicious and they give huge portions, I got the yellow curry and I got 4 servings out of it! They’re so friendly too, and there’s a nice shaded seated area.

Cuz suggested going to food trucks at Haiku Market. Okay, we’d try Maui Grindz. Lucky us! So ono, da food is awesome!! I had the Ahi Katsu just cuz never had it before. Yum what a surprise! So ono!! Other orders were steak and shrimp, poke plate, and grilled mahi. Everyone enjoyed their meals. They kept talking about how delicious the steak was. Oh yeah, the side salad is top shelf. We were sitting outside until it started raining…but they have a covered sitting area which worked out great! Definitely worth the visit!

Didn't I review this place yet? Nice spot in the Haiku Marketplace with picnic tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Great selection of local favorites and daily specials. The Asian ladies will treat you right no matter what you order. Easy parking too.

Wow, super bummed on this place. Last night ordered 'Garlic Wings' SUPER disappointed. The wings were merely crispy fried wings.... That's it They left out the FLAVOR. When I eat Thai food, I look forward to the salty, sour, spicy flavors you'd expect. These has "0" flavor! No garlic, no seasoning, no flavor what so ever. I honestly expected them to MAYBE tossed in a sweet/sticky GARLIC sauce? I've had better wings at the Safeway Supermarket. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's instant kine. No can eat with chopsticks...Plate included a crappy green salad from a bag with 'salad bar' kine Italian dressing. Really bad. Won't go again. And yes, I'll tell friends. F-

Wow! Super fantastic Hawaiian Thai food truck. Enjoyed the lemongrass chicken, shrimp Chow fun, eggplant with shrimp, and pork roll. Loved also the ahi tempura. All fantastic and fresh! Worth the stop!!!

Why called All Kine, when only Thai gridz? A little miscommunication on what proteins were being added to my plates but I was going to keep repeating myself. So I basically got chicken on everything. Although the chicken was good, I didn't care for the Tom Yum. It was missing the main flavor, lemongrass, and tasted more like Tom kha, coconut. It's ok here, but I probably wouldn't come back.

Decided to check this place out on the way back from Hana. Was not disappointed! Everything here was on point! Great customer service & fresh made food! Will be back next time we're on island!

Ever since they changed owners it has not been the same. It used to be the spot. But it got worse and worse and we stopped going. Maybe it was the worm in the salad or the pork getting my dad sick. Or maybe it was the rude service around closing time. But at some point something changed and it went downhill. It's a shame. Cus I used to love all kine grindz.

Husband and I dropped by for lunch. Food was great. Mahi mahi and ahí salad. Pictures speak for themselves. Looked and tasted perfect. Would definitely come by again.

Amazing food!! Cooked fresh to order so wait time is about 10-15 minutes. Eat at the picnic tables and enjoy!!!! Hard to eat anywhere else after trying this place!!!

This is something between a food truck and a food stand it is very popular and it has a fairly wide ranging Hawaii Chinese style menu we tried the lemongrass chicken plate personally I thought there was very little lemon Grass flavor in the chicken and my partner agreed the chili sauce was okay that's a pretty standard flavor the papaya salad was good and the rice was actually good but this in no way could be called a knock it out of the park experience they have a wide-ranging menu and I'd be willing to try other items in the future

We went here yesterday. Food taste was great and I love the most the size portion of their meal of Pad Thai & Panang curry. Definitely I will be back and eat here again on my next visit to try their Pork shoulder, Papaya salad and crispy wings.

Good enough spot for quick service and decent local fare, though it is sadly not what it once was. Portions have shrank and prices have gone up (which I feel like you need to pick one if inflation is the culprit, doing both seems greedy). A lot of plates are also hit or miss. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are just greasy and oily beyond belief. The only time I'd eat here again is if I was in a pinch and had nothing else to eat. Wouldn't really recommend them anymore.

Literally my favorite food in alll of upcountry it's like mamas fish house quality with food truck prices, and the workers are always so fricking nice. Love you guys

We had papaya salad, beef woke and veggies spring roll. All very good and very fresh food. Also super friendly. Highly recommended.

It's just a good food truck in a shopping center parking lot, but it really is good food. I had the crispy pork belly, and it was fried well, not soggy. I like my pork belly and I have the belly to prove it. Wife had the beef wok, and it was aromatic and delicious (and way healthier than my friend pig fat). Only thing I didn't like is their beverage choices were basically coke products. I'd like a choice of some local lemonade, chai, even a kombucha if I'm feeling crunchy.

The only spot we visited twice on our stay in Maui. All Kine Maui Grindz wasn't just delicious compared to some of the other local options near Haiku; it was one of the best Thai food trucks I've eaten from for a multitude of reasons beyond than it served more than the standard noodle and rice Thai dishes. First night we had the pork shoulder plate and garlic shrimp plate, both accompanied by cabbage rice and spiced/seasoned veggies - superb fresh flavors without the heavy saltiness of typical stir fried dishes where salt is a sad substitute for flavor. THIS PLACE BROUGHT THE FLAVOR while not making you feel like a dried out Spongebob after. 2nd night was the salmon plate, a strong sized serving with the above veggie complements, also tasty although we missed not ordering the garlic eggplant. Next visit to the island that'll be checked off. Most important - the service is top top notch. The family welcomed us in from the first moment, suggested their own favs and popular items, and seemed to know every customer who came by. Stopping by for a chat with Chef Jun and fam is worth the visit alone. They even recommended items from their neighboring stands, which shows they're pretty top notch folks as well. Certainly worth a lunch or dinner visit if you're in the area, heading to/from the northern route to Hana. Mahalo All Kine Maui Grindz!

I came across this place while visiting Maui. Their food was so delicious! It was extremely flavorful and had that perfect island food taste! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for some authentic Thai and island food!

One of the best meals I had while on my week vacation in Maui. It's a small, some what hidden little food truck, but what a gem. I tried multiple dishes including the ahi katsu, shoyu chicken, and the pork shoulder. All were 10/10. And on top of all that, they guys that work there are super friendly. A must try!

This food truck was one of our first meals during a 6-day visit to Maui and easily one of our top three meals that we had for the entire trip! We asked one of the employees about her favorites and were not disappointed -- the crispy pork was perfectly crisp and flavorful and the ahi tuna had a nice sear and sharp bite with a wasabi based top. The slaw was well made with an added touch of dill. Very happy that All Kine Maui Grindz was one of our first Maui food experiences. Excellent!

I was visiting Maui with my husband and happened to run into their soft opening. The food is delicious and the service is great! It is a family business so the owners are super nice and friendly. My favorite dish is tempura pork belly. I love pork belly and they make it crunchy. We ordered a couple dishes and they were all flavorful. I don't know when I will be back in Maui again but definitely will go back there to try everything on the menu!

Food here is amazing! Probably the best food I've had during my first trip to Maui. My wife and I tried the garlic pork shoulder, shrimp chow fun, and the crispy pork belly. All of these were delicious. This place is a hidden gem. Definitely recommend checking this place out. I will definitely be coming back here while I'm still in Maui, and also whenever I visit Maui again!

I had dinner with girl friends I have short rib fried rice with over easy egg. All the foods come out perfect. Tiara was very accommodating and provide very amazing service. Highly recommended this place

Two words: JUST. GO. This place is seriously one of the best places to eat on the island let alone Haiku. My girlfriend and I stopped for an early dinner and met the owner. SO NICE! The outside area was very clean and orderly. My girlfriend ordered the Lemongrass Chicken and the Veggie Rolls and I ordered the Garlic Pork Shoulder and Spicy Salmon Roll. It is, by far, the best meal we have had in a long time. The flavors were amazing, the portion sizes are huge and the prices were more than reasonable. We have enough for at least two meals from each of our choices and couldn't be more excited! Each entree dish was served with a generous side of rice and julienned veggie salad. The veggie salad had a refreshing tangy note that paired really well with the lemongrass and garlic flavors of both the pork and chicken dishes. The Crispy Veggie Rolls and the Lemongrass Chicken were both served with a papaya sauce that was to die for. We could have drank just that it was so flavorful and vibrant! We will definitely be going back and telling all of our friends and family about this gem!

One of the best quick eats spots for lunch or dinner in Haiku-Pauwela area on Maui. Chef Jun is a character and will gladly talk your ear off about food! And to back up his local flavor he's been on island for 30+ years. Some of my favorites off the menu: Garlic chicken wings with Jun's special spicy sauce are a great option. Crispy and seasoned perfectly. Enough as a full meal or to share! Beef wok, which comes with thinly sliced beef sauteed with vegetables and a side of rice. A perfect home style dish packed with plenty of flavor. Note: I prefer to ask for a bit of spice. Beef fried rice if you're not too adventurous. Jun's take on a classic traditional Hawaiian dish (leans more Thai flavored). Check the non-recommended reviews below. Aloha!

The owner/chef cares deeply about his ingredients and customers. It was no surprise to hear he was the Sous-Chef at Mama's Fish House for 25 years. Easily the best value on the island!

The food is delicious and the service is top notch! I love that their always open, accept card payment and not just cash, and have awesome specials on a regular basis. I'm a huge fan of these guys, highly recommend!

I LOVE that we have another food truck option in Haiku. Everything on the menu is superb, my family favorites are the spring rolls, salmon tempura sushi roll & garlic chicken plate. Chef Jun who owns the truck is one of the sweetest men I know & his staff is extra friendly. A must go-to when on Maui. It's worth the drive to Haiku

If you're looking for real local food...boom you gotta stop here. Jun and fam have all the island flavors locked down,from the crispy kalua pork spring rolls,to the beef fried rice and crispy pork belly with just a hint of lemon grass,and so much more to try. Boom broke da mouth and not da pocket. Portions are big and service is real aloha. Haikus hidden gem. Five fat fingers out of five.

Never disappointed. Everything we have ever ordered is super ono. I love the salmon plate, sushi, lemongrass chicken and the coconut veggie soup. Everything is super fresh and lots of flavor. Very friendly staff as well.

Yummy! I got the Eggplant Tofu and Tempura Salmon Roll. So good and love all the mix of flavors. Eggplant was so sweet and tasty. The tofu is juicy and the medley of vegetables complements the eggplant beautifully! The tempura Salmon roll comes on a bed of cabbage and is doused in a mix of wasabi and mayo sauce and soy sauce delicious. Great customer service and my order was done in 10 minutes. The family that owns the truck is sweet and caring! They also rent out their seating area for private parties. Def a great spot in Haiku Town.

Super ono! This new food truck called All Kine Maui Grindz is the bombdiggity, one order is easily enough for 3 people but you'll definitely want to order more dishes to experience all the flavorfull aroma that is marinating in the atmosphere, ill be back here again for sure.
