All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua

Absolutely outstanding service after I made my own silly error with booking the wrong dates the hosts went out of their way to accomodate our family on an almost fully booked week. They bent over backwards to help and make it stress free. Then to get to the room and see how clean and well equipped it was made it all the more better.. facilities are fantastic the kids didn’t leave the pool the pedal carts the playground it has it all and the motel units are outstanding. Hosts are passionate and awesome will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family for future stays. Comfortable beds aircon you couldn’t ask for more

I wish I could leave more stars!! This site was beyond amazing. Me and my partner are a young couple from England travelling for the first time and this site was just perfect. The shop and the communal kitchen had everything and more you could need. The cleanliness of the washrooms were impressive for a busy campsite. The pool was gorgeous, super warm and realxing. The multiple social rooms and the dinosaur theme to the campsite adds such a fun touch, perfect for kids. After all of this the thing that absolutely made this site was the staff!!! Our hired camper had issues and the staff could not have been more accommodating, from lending us a phone for over and hour to driving us to pick up things the van required and even helping us physically with the van. They go beyond their job description and truly care about there costumers! Not only would we go back… we would recommend this site to everyone!!!! Thank you everyone at all seasons for such an amazing experience! ❤️

We loved our stay here! We spent Christmas here for the first time and was our first little Family holiday with our kids. The Santa parade was magical for the little ones and all the staff were always willing to help with a smile. So much for the young kids to do and great location if you want to explore more of Rotorua. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I've been coming here for many years and didn't expect to be slapped with a new rate of double the old one. $60 per night, up from $30.|Much as I have enjoyed staying here in the past, I don't see any added value for the drastic increase. I do see many more empty spaces though.|At the old rate this is a 5* park. At $60, I mark it at only 3. I'm sorry to see it go this way but there are plenty of decent alternatives in Rotorua.

Stayed 3 nights and cannot recommend enough. The managers were lovely and accommodating. We had a problem with our motorhome and Kevin was amazing and fixed it for us so we could continue our trip. The park itself was awesome too, it was clean and has great facilities.

Lovely campground, stayed for a few weeks and booked one of their awesome enclosed areas so Victoria could roam free. Staff and residents are super friendly, so if you plan to take your dog just on a quick walk through the park, still put on a jacket, as if you bump into someone, it will turn into a hour long conversation haha The campsite is spotless and you can see they manage it really well to let the grass heal between allocating guests to spots. Something they do that warmed my heart was that they close their heated pool to guests during certain hours so the local community kids can use it to learn how to swim! How cool is that!

We always go here. It is so friendly and the warm pool means it is a place to visit doesn't matter the weather. The staff are friendly. We have stayed in the motel room (with bathroom) and the normal cabin (shared bathroom) and are never let down by cleanliness of either 😊

Having spent 12 x nights staying at the All Seasons Holiday Park in Rotorua with my husband Peter, I can honestly say a great time was had by us both. The Managers Tracie & Kevin have always made us feel particularly welcome and they go over and above what is expected of them. The place is extremely tidy and well maintained. This is about the 5th year that we have been coming to this place and we would thoroughly recommend it as the place to go to when you visit Rotorua. It's close to Town and is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Great campsite, with very helpfula and friendly staff. Good facilites, busy site with large kitchens, laundry, pool and all facilites you need, close to Rotorua.
