All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua

Had a wonderful time there last weekend with almost 40 adults and 20 children. The cabins/apartments are spotless. The facilities are amazing and cater for all. The kids had a ball and we will definitely be back. Staff also very accomodating

We had the family cabin and it was really nice inside and warm. great heat pump. hot pools were really nice with the spa. need to come back in summer so kids can enjoy the either facilitys more. Great spot

Excellent, staff are really friendly, give great kiwi hospitality. We booked the family unit with 2 bunkbeds and a double bed. No major complaints, very clean and tidy and comfortable even in the bad weather. Loved the heated pool and location.|No rotten egg smell, as far away from the geothermal areas||My wife and kids loved it.||If I had to find fault, it would be the following|1. The oven didn't work, but I only wanted it to warm the pizza, so no deal breaker. |2. the knives are blunt, however I brought my own, as most motels this is common|3. Toaster worked but I had to keep my finger on the toast button, again not a deal breaker

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful setting, friendly staff and cleanliness of everything. We used the conference room for a family reunion and it was perfect. The units were very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

All 5 Star for this Holiday Park, so glad we researched it first on Google review as a few other had not so flash comments. The heated pool has a massive sliding roof so yes it’s basically indoor. Our favourite word CLEAN, it’s clean clean so nice. Motorhome sites have a concrete paver sort of thing so helps for water and in winter that’s also very nice. The amenities are awesome and heated lol, hot water is endless we all know what that means in winter so good. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Camp kitchen is one of the best we have had apart from Hotwater Beach. Common area for kids is heated with a big TV. They also have 2 BBQ on the outside of the Kitchen and a pizza oven. Laundry is good, machines are getting old however got the job done really well (old but good maybe) Takes about 15min to town centre which is a nice drive and we found nicer to be out of town a little, it’s right near the airport. The luge rides and gondola rides took us 22min drive in a motorhome so not far to get around at all. We were doing 2 night here to reset and ended up doing 3 nights. A very comfortable place to do a big clean and rest. Wifi is free and endless as well.

What an awesome place. Perfect facilities, clean , friendly. We were a group of families and this place was set up perfect for all of us. Not sure what else to write to use up 200 characters. Is this enough ???? Nope. I will write a bit more. Ok, a few more but I must say 200 characters is toooo much.

The Motel Unit we stayed in at the All Seasons was clean, modern, and bigger than we expected. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom in the unit was great with a huge shower and excellent water pressure. Would stay again.

My Family and I stayed here for a few nights while in rotorua for my dads birthday. This place was a last minute booking due to a mix up with another accommodation stay. Definitely no regrets ! Very well worth it , and will never stay somewhere else again if we were to come back to rotorua. |We all had such a great time here, its a great place to stay for all ages as it accommodates for everyone especially the kids ! My daughter had a great time swimming & playing on the park ! |It's in a quiet spot but so close to everything. |Thank you so much to the staff here , they made out stay super special l, we will see you again at the end of the year :)

Great campsite, with very helpfula and friendly staff. Good facilites, busy site with large kitchens, laundry, pool and all facilites you need, close to Rotorua.
