All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua

If I could give it more stars I would. I highly recommend this accommodation for families. There is so much for the children to do. It was the most relaxing holiday I've had since having children because the children are entertained all day with a big playground, dinosaurs, games room, bikes, awesome swimming pool and spa etc. They had even set up a bouncy castle while we were there. It also felt very safe and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a family unit and it had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again.

We stayed in our caravan in a good size fenced site, which allowed us to take our dogs. It was wonderful to find someone dog friendly with these special sites. Close to the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. They only do this in daylight hours. Plenty of take away places nearby if you don't want to cook. Lovely big heated pool and spa pool available. Good playgrounds for children. Short stroll along to the lake.

Fantastic facilities for families, especially for children, with features like a swimming pool, spa, wonderful playgrounds, and a kids’ playroom. The kitchen is a standout—spacious, well-equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, and multiple fridges and freezers. There’s also a herb garden and a birdcage on-site. The dinosaur sculptures scattered around the park are truly amazing! Highly recommend for families with kids. Friendly service.

Fantastic holiday park for families. The playgrounds, dinosaurs, birds, games room, bouncy castle and pool make for a fun filled time. The room we stared in was newly refurbished and had heaps of space, and was thoughtfully set out with the kids in the bedroom the parents room in the living area - made perfect sense! Everything we needed in the room with little extras. Thank you for an excellent weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at All Seasons Holiday Park! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it perfect for our family. The kids loved the playground and pool, giving them plenty of space to play and explore. Our cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also great, with easy access to local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We highly recommend All Seasons for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This place is magic! Fabulous for kids and families. Our unit was toasty warm on cold days and cool on the hot days. Kitchen was great for making our meals, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. A+++ And we loved the cute cat too!

We stayed at All Seasons for the 3rd time over the Christmas period. We love this place as they have fully fenced dog friendly sites so we can bring our 2 dogs camping with us without issues. The facilities are great, plenty of shared kitchen and bathroom space. Lake Rotorua is a short walk away and has trails you can do with your dog. The staff are helpful and friendly and even put on a little Santa parade on Christmas day which was great. Highly recommend and we will be back again soon!

The park was busy when we stayed there, the heated pool was always full; but, the environment was great with nice facilities including a pizza oven. Kids love the dinosaur statues and the playground. It is about 10 min from Rotorua CBD. There is also a very nice lake at a walkable distance, good for some quiet picnic or kite flying.

Great campsite, with very helpfula and friendly staff. Good facilites, busy site with large kitchens, laundry, pool and all facilites you need, close to Rotorua.
