All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua

We have stayed here over many years. All Season has Always been a great place to stay with family. Big or small. Owners have always been extra friendly and helpful The Heated pool is always a hit especially for the winter stays. I Love that this place is so child friendly and think of everything for families. Every time we have gone over the years , there has been significant additions and improvements. This year we enjoyed the family units!! We are planning to bring extended family back next year to enjoy the new units and all that this place has to offer :) Thank you All Seasons!!

We love this place and have stayed several times. You get what you pay for- a nice clean room - basic but just what you need for a short stay. Access to a pool and adults only hot tub. We usually stay in a family unit and on this stay they upgraded us to a new unit for free as they said we have stayed with them a few times and they approciate our business.

Would highly recommend this place, we had a large group stay over the Xmas week in the lodge and it was just perfect for our whānau. The rooms in the lodge were comfortable and had plenty of space. Bathroom facilities were clean and had plenty of space to move around and get changed. The staff were always friendly n so helpful. The pool and spa was just perfect for the kids. The dinosaurs were a big hit too. Check in and check out was smooth and welcoming. Tracey and Grant are such lovely people. We as a whanau have stayed at many other holiday parks and I must say this one is definitely one of our favorite so far. They are so chill. Thank you so much for having us for xmas 2025 yous are the best Xx

We accidentally ended up here after inclement weather meant we needed a handy campground for a party of 20. We all had a fantastic time - 5x families with teenage kids. The facilities were clean, and we loved the heated pool and 2 x spa pools. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed with a camper. Not very new facilities, but that would be totally fine if they would be clean. Was very loud, do not bother the kids at all, but drunk adults with loud music. Nobody from the campground was around... Pool was great and playground also nice. Dinos are a nice addition. Kitchen, showers, etc probably not enough. When we stayed it was almost over-booked.

Fantastic place to stay. We got a fenced & powered camp site - was big enough for 4 vehicles, 3 tents & a gazebo. Prices were good. Location was very good - a pity about the weather. Enjoyed the stay none-the-ledd & have added it to our will stay again list

Absolutely outstanding service after I made my own silly error with booking the wrong dates the hosts went out of their way to accomodate our family on an almost fully booked week. They bent over backwards to help and make it stress free. Then to get to the room and see how clean and well equipped it was made it all the more better.. facilities are fantastic the kids didn’t leave the pool the pedal carts the playground it has it all and the motel units are outstanding. Hosts are passionate and awesome will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family for future stays. Comfortable beds aircon you couldn’t ask for more

Stayed at All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua with friends. The park’s in a solid location, close to the lake and other attractions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the setup is really well thought-out—there’s a good mix of powered sites and cabins, so it’s easy to find a spot that works for you. The atmosphere is chill, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great spot for a budget-friendly stay that still has everything you need. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere relaxed and convenient.

Great campsite, with very helpfula and friendly staff. Good facilites, busy site with large kitchens, laundry, pool and all facilites you need, close to Rotorua.
