All Suite on 14th

We booked this place on August and Every process was legit regarding confirmation of booking and confirmation of arrival at the accomodation. On arrival on the date of our booked accomodation , The address and place was not what was shown on the booking app. The address of the so called accomodation we booked is apartments for residency and not a hotel

If you’re thinking of buying/renting - don’t. The body corporate is useless and basically non-existent. The amount of repairs and maintenance that needs to be done continuously, but never is, is astonishing. (Don’t believe me? Come have a look at the state of the place currently. This has been what it has looked like for the past few months). You’ll want to move out as fast as you moved in. TERRIBLE, don’t be deceived by how beautiful it looks - false bravado. The only good thing about this complex is the security guards. LOVE them, they are amazing and do their job thoroughly. Just wish I could say the same for the corrupt management team.

Used the conference rooms . Works out just fine for a group under 25 attendants. Staff would regularly check in refill refreshments and clean . Used the restaurant and that was superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful .I Must say they have well trained staff as they are always checking on everyone .the food was greatly prepared by the chefs. It Was wonderful overall.

Nice place. Stayed for one night. Very Large rooms with attached washrooms. Huge Hall. Equipped with Washing Machine, microwave, dishes etc. Spacious terrace with great view. Breakfast awesome, not much of choice, but tasty food. Would love to stay again, if I visit Johannesburg again.

Great apartments, service is excellent - definitely lives up to its 4 star rating. Diner is available if you're not the cooking type, they do take requests should you let them know what you'd like to have in advance. The only issues you might encounter is a problematic WIFI signal and bad cellular reception

Spacious Apartments - Bedrooms and neat and clean. Safe Neighborhood. Location good. My apartment had a loft which is an office area, my apartment had both a down stairs balcony and a complete second balcony (upstairs) with a Braai and seating area. There are certain areas in the apartment that do need a bit of work, I feel the lounge couches need to be replaced, tv reception not great - but all in all, not bad value for money spent

+ Very nice, secure and clean place + good services and symphatetic people - wifi coverage is weak in some places of the hotel - no Air Conditioning ?!! the apartment get hot in this time of the year, nights are uncomfortable and a Fan is not enough for a 4 stars Hotel. When this will be solved the place will deserve a 100% rating

i have been here time to time for 6 months. Place is good. One major thing is that they do not have generators. when There is a power cut and no electricity for those days/hours. All other servises are good. Staff is friendly.
