During my stay in room 605, while eating a bowl of cereal, I sat on one of the chairs and unfortunately fell directly onto my tailbone, causing a mess. Upon inspection, I discovered that the chair had only 2 out of 4 bolts attached, with the other two missing (I’ve written a review on TripAdvisor where I’ve added photos)
I was extremely disappointed with the handling of this incident. No compensation, just a simple “sorry” was offered. As a result, I am now experiencing ongoing pain, which required me to take time off work. I cannot help but think of the potential consequences had this happened to an elderly guest; they could have sustained a serious injury. Disappointed.
Room 605 had really good aircon and well equipped. Obviously hated the chair.
Room 1003 - Air con is horrible. Apartment gets very hot. No airflow from the balcony and they only had one weak fan in the master wardrobe. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.
I’ve sent an email and still have not heard back.
