Whilst not the most modern of facilities it was clean, comfortable and had everything i needed. A bed, desk, TV, stove/oven and laundry facilities. Exactly what i needed. The free RED Cat bus service is only about 100m walk so very handy. ~$25 UBER from T4 terminal. plenty of cafe's nearby. Recommend having a walk along the river.

This is in a great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and other areas where business meetings may be taking place. I didn't use the wireless so can't comment on that. The TV was a good size though for catching the news in the morning before heading out. I did not use any of the other facilities - restaurant, in room cooking equipment etc. I didn't realise, when booking, there is no room service for towels etc but there is a washing machine in the bathroom.||Would I stay here again? For a few days yes - the bed was comfortable and the location quiet, which is all I needed. The rooms don't offer an amazing view, but that's not what I was here for. For a place to sleep and use as a base it's perfectly fine.

Room was a bit smaller than what we expected but nice and clean. Had undercover parking, that was also a small space too. Other than that, it was good. Great location.

The room we stayed in was dated and not like the photos online. There were scuff marks and damage throughout the apartment, tape around the bed legs, broken tv remote, just dated.||||After checking in we were told there wouldn’t be power available 2am - 10am. I was travelling with my wife and two young children, with lots of luggage ahead of an international trip. I had to do multiple trips up and down a pitch black stairwell to and from the eighth floor with baggage and helping my family due to the power being out.||||The guy on reception just watched me walk back and forth, no assistance or recognition.||||Very disappointing stay

Well priced accommodation with plenty of room for two in one bedroom apartment. Weekday staff at reception was extremely helpful and organised an early checkin. Included a balcony but because of 2 Airconditioning units located on it and the Airconditioning (?) exhaust stack from the building next door , it was not comfortable to use except for a location for the drying rack. Was given an apartment with an accessible bathroom. Unfortunately the floor gradient and drainage hole location did not work well so that whole room flooded when showering. We had to use a towel barrier to keep water contained within shower. We had a few glitches with keycards, air conditioner control and bedside light blowing but any complaints were dealt with promptly.

The star I have given is for the staff member on the front desk. Helpful and polite attending g to a room swap due to dirty toilet. Room are dated old and dirty. Nothing more to say other than don't believe the photos and give this one a miss.

Stayed here 3 nights during a business trip to Perth. Booked mainly because of the amazing photos in the website. |What a shock - arrived to a room which looked nothing like the photos - chipped painted surfaces, stained sofa, dirty mouldy bathroom tiles. No washing detergent for the washer (discovered you can buy a packet for $1 when reception is open).|The aircon is located in the lounge and the air doesn’t flow well into the bedrooms, thankfully there is a balcony so you can open the door letting in air and unfortunately bugs. I left my three night stay covered in insect bites. |Car parking is problematic, you have to rebook parks in site, or you can pay $24 per day for the Wilsons three blocks down. I had an issue with the parking and they did refund one charge after I asked.||Overall a very disappointing experience - there are a lot of options for accommodation in Perth. Try them.
