Firstly, the bed was very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite ordinary, dated and had a damp smell all the time. There was no guidebook or information provided in the room, so it was mostly guesswork to figure things out. The room otherwise was quite basic for the price. The reception is accessed via a flight of stairs only, so not easily accessible with luggage. I thought I saw this accommodation rated as 3-4 stars, but based on the standard ratings I say it is 2 stars.||On of the lifts broke down twice and this required some tricks to get a lift to my floor. The card readers in the lifts were also unreliable, having to scan a few times to get a response. Reception was usually not staffed. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, polite and efficient. Room service is weekly and because my stay was 5 nights I assume that is why there was no service while I stayed. I presume that I was required to wash towels in this time.||I lost my access pass one night and followed the procedure to reinstate one. This involved calling a call centre and the lady walked me successfully through the process, which was quite impressive. The lady was also very friendly.
