Stayed here for a week for a work trip and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfy and had everything I needed. Kitchen was well equipped with a stove, microwave, and complete utensils. There was also an ironing board and hair dryer, and I appreciated that the host even provided shampoo and laundry detergent. Check-in was easy with clear instructions, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too, super close to Woolworths and a bus stop, which made getting around really convenient 😊

Convenient location, kitchen has sufficient cookware to work with. Front desk was quite helpful with holding luggage. Room is slightly aged but acceptable, walls seem a bit thin though. Could hear the next room over snoring at one point.

You get what you paid for. Decent hotel in an ok part of town. Front desk is only open 9-6 which makes early morning requests and late check-ins difficult. Inside appliances are dated. There was at least a hard pillow in the room and the balcony was great.

They keep using the same stained quilt the entire stay. If there's people blaring music at 3am onwards in the morning they will do absolutely nothing about it, so if you enjoy a sleep in on a weekend forget about it. I cannot recommend staying here at all especially if you're in town for a work trip.

Stayed at ALL SUITES for 3 weeks for a business trip. Great location, friendly stuff. However the TV in my room could not connect to the internet and the air condition stopped working one week into my stay, lucky it wasn't summer. I ran out of body wash in the shower they never replaced it during room service. management is very unorganized. had an early check out and it took them a month to return my deposit after multiple frustrating calls and failed promises to call me back but they never did. so annoying.

We were there 3 nights, then gone 3 nights, then back a night. Our luggage was moved from out old room to the new room...but one of 3 pieces got separated. Given we were coming in after hours and leaving the next morning before hours, we could have been missing one suitcase! Luckily, a person was working overtime and helped. No contingencies for such odd isses (and "late" arrival was 6 pm) while "early checkout" was before 10 am111

My experience with All Suites Perth was nothing short of shocking. The level of communication was disgraceful emails unanswered, and staff who seemed completely uninterested in helping. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them, even when I was simply trying to resolve issues that they should have handled in the first place.||The customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. There was no urgency, no responsibility taken, and absolutely no professionalism. It shouldn’t be this hard-to-get basic information or support from a hotel.||All Suites Perth needs a serious overhaul in management and staff training. Until they learn how to communicate and treat guests with even a minimum level of respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this place||
