I am a Canadian travelling to Philadelphia for work and needed a taxi to get to the hotel. The person on the phone was so unprofessional and insulting saying “your accent sucks” and then “I don’t care” and hung up on me. I really don’t recommend that crappy company to anyone. Uber came with no problem

We have been using the service for over a month now. The one time we call and ask to schedule a ride we were told it was to late but rides were running 5-30mins. We wanted a1:50pm pick up but was sent the 1st available at 1:28. My client is disabled and was not ready yet which was the reason for the later pick up. When I called back to inform the gentleman of that he was extremely rude. Said we we're wasting his time & to never call back. I never once raised my voice at him or was rude. If you are not equipped for customer service then find another job!!!!!!!

I ordered a ride for my late Father's war buddy, to get him to a doctor's appointment. I was assured a car would be there in 25 to 45 minutes.An hour and 10 minutes later, I get a call from the war vet telling me the car hadn't shown up yet. I had to call a friend who lives close by to get him to the appointment. Then I called all 3s, and told them what I thought of a company that leaves a 91 year old Korean War vet Stranded. Never showed up for a booked ride. When I called to ask about when it would arrive, they couldn't tell me. Why would anyone use a service like that? They finally called me 90 minutes later to say the driver would be there soon.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company’s customer service, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I called, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. The first agent I spoke to was rude and dismissive, cutting me off multiple times and making me feel like I was a burden. After being transferred to another representative, I was put on hold only to be disconnected without any explanation. When I finally got through to someone else, they were just as unhelpful, To make matters worse, They start abusing and i wish i could see the person in front of me that time and will tell him how to talk. It’s clear that this company has zero regard for their customers. If you’re considering doing business with them, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I certainly won't be returning!

Please whatever you do DO NOT USE ALL THREES CAB COMPANY My father was discharged from the hospital on Thanksgiving 2024 and I called all threes cab service. A very RUDE gentleman called me back to give me the estimated time of their arrival I answered my phone and he said he was calling from All threes, so I proceeded to say, " hi, what is the arrival time? He responded by saying " if you would let me get a word in I will tell you" I then asked for his name and his reply, " my name is the guy who is about to cancel your cab" and hung up. An hour later, I find out he actually did cancel the cab, with my father now sitting in the hospital lobby for a hour and a half. When I called back to complain and ask for another cab, the gentleman who answered stated my phone number comes up as an invalid customer and when I said my father is in the hospital and needs a cab home, he replies back, " and I would like to win the lottery" These people are horrible, rude and incompetent PLEASE NEVER ISE THEM USE AN UBER WHENEVER YOU NEED A RIDE

If I could, I would not give this taxi company any stars based on their management. I'm not sure who he is, but he is the worst supervisor I've ever encountered. He works in the afternoon. He is rude and disrespectful. Why have an online form to book a timeslot a client needs to be picked up but not honor it? The first time I called an hour ahead to be picked up. It went smoothly. No complaints. The second time I called to schedule a pick up time, the phone was given to him. He threatened me stating he would cancel my cab. Needing to get to work, I panicked and said I'd wait. I barely made it to work on time. The third time, I was late. My husband suggested that I reserve a cab to be picked up at the time I would need it. So today, May 19th, I went online at 2:37 p.m. and reserved the needed time. When I called to confirm, the operator gave this supervisor the phone and he yelled: "I will try to get a cab to you! Or we can cancel the cab!" What? I was so shocked that I initially caved and said send the cab because I needed to get to work. Then, I thought there has to be another company. I found one. I called back and canceled the cab. I arrived at work with 10 minutes to spare. Lord willing, I will never use this company again thanks to their supervisor. On a different note, the drivers that arrived did a fine job. One of them even opened the door for me. So kudos and thank you to each driver that took me to work. I appreciate each of you.

I used All 3's for quite some time when I was living in the Doylestown area of Bucks County. I was unable to drive and it can be difficult getting around the suburbs without a car! I often needed all 3's going to and from medical appointments or just to run errands, such as to go shopping, when I couldn't find a ride with a friend. The cars were clean and the drivers were usually professional. There were sometimes long wait times and at times the fare would seem reasonable, other times too expensive. Either way, I am glad to know of all 3's! I've used them a lot in the past.

I have used this service since 2008 and, unfortunately, it is getting worse, not better. Today I booked a ride at 9:30 a.m. from my apartment to a local hospital. I received a call that a car was on its way. So I went outside to wait. When it did not come in approximately ten minutes, I called to inquire whether or not a car was dispatched. The dispatcher, who was screaming, told me not to talk, told me that I was screaming, called me crazy, told me that he was cancelling my ride (to a hospital), and that he was hanging up on me, which he did. I think that this company hires its dispatchers from mental institutions. I will seriously be considering other transportation alternatives in the future. Margaret K.

Just got home from PHL. Micheal met us in baggage claim, and got the suitcases off the carousel. Chrysler 300 was immaculate. Allthree's has always been great, but this was the best.

Someone in a car from this company literally drove backwards on the sidewalk, hit a homeless man sitting in a chair, crashed into our business, then drove away. We called the cops but they never showed up. If I could leave negative stars I would. They would have killed James if the wall hadn't stopped them. The driver just said "You'll get a call from my manager" and left. They are lucky our business owner didn't let me press charges.

Full disclosure, I have never used your service. Today around 4:15-4:30PM, I watched your driver pass someone making a left turn on the left side almost causing an accident. That same driver then ripped through a blinking school zone at what I am guessing 50mph and also passed a car in the school zone. The car #429, I called your dispatch while behind the driver on street road as well. Do better

Last week when it snowed it took them two and a half hours to get a driver to me and then today I call them for a cab and they told me 5 to 30 minutes and it took 55 minutes to get to me I was 20 minutes late for work I ordered my taxi 35 minutes early I work 7 minutes from my house.

This place is being run by morons if you need a ride to work at a special time they say call way ahead so I called at 5am for a cab at 6am the 1st day the cab showed at 524am. So I felt bad so I went to the train station over an hr early 2nd day I call at.5am I notice no cab on the way at 555am.i call the guy acts like everything is fine then I see at 6am they assign a cab who is literally 35mins.away.only to cancel it 5mins.later then put my order back up to cover the fact that they made no effort to get me a cab in over an hour this had nothing to do with the drivers everything to do with the office in particular a man name ray who from what I understand is taking payoffs from certain drivers to send them certain jobs,

The cars are filthy. We have used them probably six times. Never have I seen such dirty and Ill maintained vehicles. It gets worse and worse. I feel bad for drivers, most are good guys and some are slobs and take no pride in their vehicles at all. This last one took the cake and I am done.

County Cab/All Three's can screw themselves in the deepest part of the anal region. I have had 2 horrible experiences with them in 48 hours! Yesterday I used them and the Cab driver refused to take my tip he just ignored me as I stood there trying to give it to him. This same jerk picked me up on the return trip from the store. I'm 9 months pregnant and had my other 2 children with me, he sat in the car, popped the trunk and made no attempt to assist me with my groceries as it poured down rain. He sat in the car as well while it rained and I loaded my groceries at the store. Day 2: I called them and received a ring that my Cab was outside. I go outside and the idiot cab driver is doing a Uturn on my street to drive away. I'm standing 5 feet on the sidewalk, in front of my house waving my arm and he looks over at me and continues to drive away!! I called dispatch to ask them what the actual F- his problem was and they said I got the arrival call late. I asked how does that justify him driving off when he was right in front of me? The chick on the other end thought it was funny! I will never use any of all Threes cabs service again, they are rude, ratchet, ghetto and unprofessional. I pray that Uber eventually puts them out of business.

Multiple people told me they were able to take me to a certain location and one man (sounded like an older white man) was extremely rude and hung up on us mid call. I would not recommend calling or using them because they don't know how to speak to customers on the phone.

Waited an hour for a pick-up. Told I would receive a call when driver was on their way. After an hour, received a call however I was not able to hear the person on the line and was disconnected. When I called right back, was told that because I did not answer my phone, the driver could no longer continue on his way to the pickup. I tried explaining to the woman on the phone what happened. She didn't care and just said she can't help me. I think if a driver is on their way to pick someone up, give them a few minutes to call you back! Do not recommend this service to anyone.

I called this service because I see a LOT of All Three's cars driving everywhere in Northeast Philadelphia. But I have noticed that it takes too long to get to a location the wait time is suppose to be 5-30 minutes, but it takes significantly longer than that. The distance from the headquarters to the location was only about 15-20 minutes with traffic. This is also a late night taxi ride so there is barely any traffic so I am confused to why it is taking a very long time. The 3rd time I called they said it was enroute and about 5-6 minutes away but it has been almost 10 minutes and still no sign of a cab. The operator was nicer and didn't give me any attitude. I think I could drive with my broken down car, beater/ hoopty to the destination faster than the taxi can. I might even take it a bit further to say SEPTA runs faster than the cab.

When I called to get a cab, the dispatcher had to have me repeat the number I was calling from FOUR times. Why do they not know what my number is, anyway? Once the dispatcher finally got my number tediously recorded, I gave her the pickup address and she said "the wait time for that area is between 5 minutes and 1 hour." Are you joking? I asked her whether she had any more precise estimate, and she said "no I do not," with a tone that indicated she was annoyed that I had asked. Well I'm sorry you don't know where the hell your cabs are lady, but I'm not standing around for MAYBE AN HOUR WHO KNOWS when there are a half-dozen other cab companies I can call. Found another; in a cab in 10 minutes. See ya.

DO NOT USE THEM. They do not care about people. They stranded an elderly couple by not picking them up when they had already dropped them off hours earlier in the day. Said they were busy & unable to "confirm" the job by phone. The couple wasn't home to answer their call & NO ONE told us they call back to confirm before sending a driver. Ed the supervisor was rude, classless, & unprofessional. He literally said he didn't care.. he checked the "caller ID & said they weren't "regulars". Disgraceful.

I ordered a taxi on November 2, 2018 at approximately 8:20 PM from 2 Rector Street. The cab arrived and immediately dispatcher called as my family members and I were laughing hysterically and I had a hard time composing myself to speak. The dispatcher said, "Oh we've got a couple of jokesters. I'm cancelling your ride!" As we entered the taxi to attempt to convince him to drive us to our location he informed us our ride was cancelled and he had been given another assignment. The driver was pleasant and attempted to assist us. He called the dispatcher who had a nasty attitude with him as well and declared that his new assignment was cancelled!!! Fortunately, the driver was kind enough to get us safely to our destination.

Excellent response time, clean vehicles, friendly and safe drivers. Unlike taking Uber, I felt very safe as a female traveling solo. They go out of their way to be professional and go above and beyond. I read some of the more negative reviews and, as a business owner myself, would chalk them up to competition posting bogus reviews. Keep up the good work!

I traveled extensively for over 30 years... This company has the distinction of being MY FIRST NO SHOW for an early morning pre-scheduled airport run. When they were 5 minutes late, I called dispatch; the response: "we're workin on it" and a hang-up. I checked their mobile ap and didn't see a vehicle enroute. Another call to dispatch and another belligerent "we're still working on it and trying to find somebody" and another hang-up. These conversations were between 3:20 and 3:30 am. The final call to All Threes was at 3:45am cancelling their ride when another cab arrived to take me to the airport. TOTALLY UNDEPENDABLE COMPANY. Shame on me for not checking YELP reviews!!!

This was the WORST service I have EVER had. My mom had to get to the airport VERY quickly because she needs to have a wheelchair to get thru the airport. Due to the route this driver decided to take even after being told MULTIPLE TIMES to take the interstate he caused her to just barely make it to her plane. I will NEVER use this service again. They also told us that they could NOT take payment over the phone after my aunt had already paid for it, my mom & I paid a second time for the services. NOT WORTH THE $49!!!

When I responded with an intersection in the Port Richmond neighbourhood I received a short "we don't have any drivers available" and they immediately hung up on me. Incredibly rude. The older gentleman that owns the business is very kind but his dispatcher and the executives that work there are extremely unprofessional/rude to their customers and treat their workers like crap. Too wrapped up in causing drama in office to even properly focus on orders; which is why there are many customer complaints on a daily. they can't even keep most of their customer service reps for more than 2 weeks. There's a certain dispatcher who is extremely rude, unprofessional, prejudiced (constantly saying the N word even though she's not black) and has an all around ugly attitude towards certain customers and employees, yet the executives still let her work there. That should say a lot about their service, so don't be surprised. Check the yelp reviews, ESPECIALLY the ones in the "not recommended" section. Don't even waste your time. Customer? unless you absolutely have no alternative for a ride, I'd avoid this service. Make it a last resort thing. Considering to work there? Great pay but tread lightly, as even the dispatcher/managers etc are as unprofessional as it gets and will make you feel like you're working in a circus. If anything, Call an Uber or another cab company, worth it. :)

Called friday @ 4pm to reserve taxi for saturday at 4:30 am to get to airport shuttle On saturday morning @ 4:30 am no taxi. I called and was told "they should be there in 20 minutes or so" I needed to be at my destination on time so i had to drive my wifes car and leave at my destination. She was pretty pissed of at me. Thanks for not showing up this morning. I am sure that there were plenty of other people who ordered a 4:15am pickup; you must have been extremely busy. It was really fabulous that my husband then had to drive his car to the train station and barely make the train on time to get to the airport and make his flight. I'm really excited about the fact that I have to find someone to drive me to the train station to get his car out of there before we are charged for overnight parking. It always feels great to be stood up, but it's especially wonderful when it's so early in the morning. We also really appreciated the phone call we received over an hour later indicating that the taxi was "on the way."

I wish I could give this cab service negative stars. This evening I called at 515 to get a pick up from the train station at 625 and was assured I would have a cab waiting there when I arrived. I waited over 40 minutes in the freezing cold before I could get another cab service to come pick me up (and within 10 minutes of my call). I spoke with about 5 different people on the call line, all of which either had no idea about my pick up or gave me some obscure about of time that it would be arriving. When I finally got home, I decided to call the company to express my complete dissatisfaction with their service and just became even more frustrated and angry after my call. I spoke to the "customer service supervisor" Christine who in the end told me that her manager "Ilene" (who I was not allowed to speak to) have decided they will not send any more cabs to come pick me up (which was completely ridiculous because not one cab ever arrived at the station). When I asked what I was supposed to do while waiting out in the cold her response was, "there are other cab companies"... THE WORST CAB SERVICE. DO NOT USE!

I wish I could award negative stars. This is hands down the worst cab company I have ever used, and probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Worse than Comcast. My company downsized our corporate shuttle service from the train to the office, and set up a temporary daily pick-up with this cab company. It's been 6 weeks of sheer hell. Where do I begin? We had set up the schedule for 7:45 am at the train and 4:15 pm at the office. I don't think we've had these pickups occur without incident in a single day once. Not once. Every time there is some crazy issue where they don't show up, I call, and for some bizarre reason they had the order in for completely the wrong time, or claim someone showed up and no one was there. Then they lie to you and say someone is on the way, when they aren't. This morning I waited at the train station for over 40 minutes for a driver who was supposedly on his way. I called several times, was lied to and given inconsistent information by 3 different employees, and when the driver finally showed up he told me they had JUST called him and he was less than 5 minutes away. Utterly incompetent, untrustworthy, and rude more often than not. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, and I'm actually looking forward to the service ending and having to fend for myself. The. WORST.

Horrible service. I scheduled a pickup for 4:50pm at a local business. At 4:55 I called when nobody came and the dispatcher said " busy night lot's of people with money, lots of rides. I explained I had a train to catch and he said no guarantees when the driver would come. I called Uber and got a ride but missed my train. Rude and obnoxious... I never write reviews but people need to know don't count on them.

The dispatcher always says that my cab will arrive in 15-90 minutes, but I've used All Threes five times and never waited longer than 20 minutes. They are a bit expensive (especially if you request a town car or "first available" instead of a yellow cab), but I think they are worth it because of the quick service and because the drivers are so nice. All Threes does have a good deal for getting to or from the airport: a flat rate of $49 between anywhere in Philadelphia to the airport. This is great if you live in the NE like I do! Cheaper than an airport shuttle service like Dave's Limo, and you don't have to pick up anyone else on your way! This morning, I called All Threes to pick me up because I couldn't get past my front step - there was a quarter of an inch of ice covering all of my neighborhood. The driver was there in 15 minutes and he helped me to the car. I recommend all Threes to everyone.

The dispatch is generally nicer than the others i generally try to get s cab from after work but they NEVER have anything available supposedly in Fishtown. I work at Front and Girard basically and I understand they don't want to pick up the junkies and undesirables but I an getting picked up at a dog grooming shop... I have money and they just never want it apparently. Several other companies I've been calling lately usually are very rude or just flat out hang up after I ask if they have anything available... At least these dispatchers apologize before they hang up on my after they say "nothing in your area". The 2 times they did "send a taxi" i waited over an hourand made several exhausted, frustrated calls to have the cab never show. GET IT TOGETHER!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Made a reservation for an airport ride for 4:30 in the morning on Saturday. Called a day before to confirm. Saturday at 4:30 they didn't show up. Called dispatch, told me they were looking for an available vehicle for me. Bottom line is, not a taxi service. Independent drivers like Uber. If you need reliability stay away from them.

DO NOT USE ALL 3's TAXI!!!! Recently we were leaving for a week long vacation and needed a cab to the train station. I called All 3's and made a reservation for a car a full week in advance and followed up with a confirmation call 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time (7:00 am). At 6:58 am on the morning of the reservation, we received a call saying that our car was 25 minutes away. I spoke with the Manager and his reply was: he just arrived at his desk and "What do you want me to do?" Fortunately we allowed enough time that I was able to drive to the airport in time to meet my flight, but had to pay $120 for parking. This was our first and definitely LAST experience with All 3's. Caveat emptor!!

I had the worst experience dealing with all three's . Horrible customer service skills. Bad communication. They are not honest when a mistake is made on there behalf. They rather argue then fix the problem. Thank god for Lyft and uber.

I don't think I've ever taken this company from calling them directly. Just randomly flagging down. They always give crazy estimates (5-30 minutes being one recently), show up after you've already found another guy, and just don't have great customer service in general. The cabs are clean and the drivers okay when I do spot them. Make sure you're not in a rush to be punctual if you do wanna take a chance.

I called a cab to get me home from the hospital, which should've been a 20 minute drive tops. It was snowing, so when I was told there was an indefinite wait, I had no problem with waiting. An hour later, I get a call that says 1-1 and a half hours. Again, no problem. 2 hours later I check the tracking, and my ride was CANCELLED. NO phone call, text, NOTHING. Phones are off and they aren't taking any calls. I am on crutches with a broken foot AT THE HOSPITAL, and nobody thought it was important to call me and tell me to figure something else out to get home?! UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER AGAIN. Pick a different company!

Was never told to call every 30 min. They told me we send you another one. After 30min again nothing. Result missed my date and no taxi after 1h30! If you have anything important don't bother calling them they will never send a taxi. Worst company ever!

I don't like that you ask for a cab and they send you a luxury vehicle. Of course they are going to say they do not have any cabs in the area because they make more money. I have no problem paying for a luxury sedan when I want but when I'm running to the bank before it closes I'd like to not have my cab fare start at $7 other than that it showed up Farley quickly and the driver and phone operator never got rude.

I truly wish I could rate you 0 stars. The one day I decided to give the car to my other half, my mother had to make an emergency trip to the hospital. I needed a ride to pick up my car which was 12 minutes from my house to meet her at the ER. After calling this service, and being told my wait time was between 5-30 minutes (okay...) 45 minutes later, I received a call saying my taxi was stuck in traffic, and I understood. The kicker? A second phone call 20 minutes after THAT saying that they didn't service my county. Their excuse? The man I spoke with was a trainee, and didn't realize this when I had given him my address, and county! A pathetic excuse, and a pathetic transportation service.

After 15 more, I call to cancel and they say "but the driver is already en route!" and I say "but I have already missed my appointment!" Never again!

Have generally had good experiences with this company. Most of the drivers seem professional, have had two willing to drive me to center city, wait 45 minutes for me and drive me back. Have never had that experience with any other company. However, wait times seem long sometimes, in fact on one occasion the driver showed up 20 minutes too late and I had to cancel my appointment. Dispatchers seem a bit clueless sometimes about locations. Appear to not have that many drivers. Have to report one really bad experience with the company. Had one driver drive me to my favorite restaurant, was good driver. I call for a pickup about 90 minutes later, only I can't find him (different taxi) as there is no logo on his car (first warning sign). I get in the car, a bit tipsy, he drives me home and I pay him in cash. Unfortunately I leave my wallet in the car (my mistake), but realize this by the time I get to my front door. I run back to the packing lot, but he is long gone. So I call the company, asking them to send the driver back right away. They say he is on another call (drive). So I call the dispatcher back after an hour. Driver is now "unavailable". All evening!? Call back over a dozen times over the next 18 hours. Got no help from the company retrieving my wallet whatsoever, like it totally wasn't their problem (and yes, I realize that cab companies have disclaimers in their vehicles that say property left in the vehicle is not their responsibility). Surely there's some value in maintaining goodwill and their reputation. Apparently not. Have not used the service as much since that event.

We reserved this "allthrees" cab ride to the airport a few weeks in advance. The ride was reserved for pick up on Saturday at 4:30 am. We called the dispatcher a night before the reservation to confirm that the reservation is still active. We were told that the reservation is still active and the driver will give us a call when he is on his way. We were waiting for the cab-man to call us until 4:30 am (the pick up time). Nobody called. We gave a call to the dispatcher ourselves. The dispatcher told us that they are working on our order, looking for the available car in the neighborhood. The dispatcher also said that she cannot guarantee they find a car for us. She asked us if we want to cancel the order. What a pleasant reservation! Folks, please read their disclaimer carefully. It describes the quality of their service precisely: THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE. Update from my situation as of 1/2/15. They found my wallet, took a few days but it was found and everything was in it. Props to the driver and the Phil Parking Authority. Not sure if the cab company itself really did anything but will give the 3 stars as I'm content overall how things panned out. I personally would NOT go with this company again though because of the customer service.

Do you remember the old tv show " Taxi " ? And their dispatcher Louie De Palma ? Well here they are in real life. They have been updating the fleet, which was long overdue and they are much safer now. But i feel for the drivers, who get charged back for literally everything their vehicles need. The company makes the lion's share of the profits & and they are left holding the bag. Poorly run company. Service suffers as well.

RUN SCREAMING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Today was the fourth time I tried to get a cab from them. I live on the hill above Main Street in New Hope, PA and have walked to town with friends for dinner many times. It's a tough walk home and safer to get a ride back up the hill, especially when drinking. All you get from these people is phone calls saying they will be there in 5-45 minutes. The last 3 times, we gave up and walked back home. Today I called for a cab to take me home from town. I had walked there, in new sneakers, and got blisters on my heels, so I was in real pain. I didn't want it to get worse. They offered a basic cab a limo or, for 10% more, a "rush" job. I asked how quick was a rush job and they said 5-30 minutes. I agreed to that. Twenty minutes later, they called and said the driver would be there in 25-30 minutes. I asked how this was a rush job and my question was ignored. At 50 minutes, I got a call saying the driver would be there in 20 minutes. I was livid! How was this a rush job? I called right back and told the dispatcher that I would not pay for a rush job that would amount to a 1 hour and 10 minute MINIMUM wait. She put what I assume was her supervisor on the phone. When I told him the same thing he said "Then your ride is canceled." I said what every self respecting person would have said and hung up on him. This would have been no more than a 1-2 minute cab ride, but was a 15 minute walk, with blisters. Clearly, it isn't worth their time for such a short ride. I will never, ever call them again!

I called for a cab to take me home from the train station tonight. They told me to call back if I didn't hear from them in 30 minutes, but did not give an estimated wait time. Okay, no problem, I expected to wait. 10 minutes later I get a call. The closest car is 35 minutes away. Again, no problem. I purposely got off at a station that's well lit and safe to wait at, even though it's not the closest to my home. 10 minutes after I was told it would be a 35 minute wait, I get another call. There are no cars in my area. I asked what I'm supposed to do, and the dispatcher told me she doesn't have any cars and if I want a ride it would be "a REALLY long wait" (no actual estimate). I asked the dispatcher why she lied to me, and she reacted as though I were crazy. How is "the car is 35 minutes away" when there actually is no car not a lie? DO NOT TELL SOMEONE YOU'RE SENDING A CAR UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A CAR TO SEND! Absolutely worthless "service"
