My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful B and B with that special touch. Alessia was a lovely and welcoming host and made our stay very memorable. Spotless accommodation, loved the quirkiness, very comfortable room, bed and all facilities were great. There is nothing I can think of that wasn't provided Alessia had thought of everything and more. Lovely breakfast with home made cake, Italian meats, cheeses and local bread. Not forgetting the great coffee. Throughout your stay you can make use of the kitchen to make drinks, extra snacks and cakes were provided. Alessia's recommendations of local places to eat and places to visit did not disappoint she was a font of all knowledge. She was key to our memorable holiday in her family home which goes back generations.|The location was excellent within easy walking distance to all historic attractions. Alessia was always happy to help nothing was too much trouble. We very much look forward to a return visit to Perugia it's a beautiful place. We would not consider staying at any other accommodation. LOVED staying with Alessia! This place had several things going for it. First, an amazing location just a few minutes walk from the center where Piazza November is located. Next, Alessia oozed charm and caring---she has that quality that you hope the owner of your bed and breakfast will have but frequently don't, where they give you the feeling that they actually really care that you have the perfect stay. Just really sweet, like you were staying with your favorite Aunt. Great with emails before the trip and assistance with dinner reservations. Fabulous bathrooms. And bonus points----she drove us to the train station to catch our train! Who does that? On a 10-day family trip to Perugia, we chose Alessia's B & B because of the great reviews available online and we were stunned with the outstanding experience we had, which exceeded our expectations: it is the best place we have ever stayed up to date. Alessia and her husband Enrico are special people, with a precious gift to receive and welcome their guests. Alessia promptly guided us about places to visit in Perugia, as well as on the types of transport and schedules for tours in the cities close to Perugia. Besides being very helpful, Alessia sorted out a driver that took us by car to visit some of the surrounding villages with restricted public transport. As to the B&B facilities, it is very well located, close to Perugia old center and good restaurants; the rooms are excellent (we used two), quiet, cleaned every day, full of detail in the beautiful decor, with very comfortable mattress and bedding. Overall, it is a cozy place with warmth environment and amazing breakfast. Alessia provided breakfast according to our personal taste and she made cakes (delicious!) and kindly made special gluten and dairy free cakes for our daughter. Moreover, cakes, fruits, yogurt, cereals, cookies, snacks, water, tea and coffee were available throughout the day. The sympathy of Alessia and Enrico (who sometimes was there too) made the breakfast an enjoyable and fun time. When we left, Enrico kindly helped us with our luggage and took us to the airport, which is located in Assisi. We left Perugia with the feeling of having left two great friends. Although we have already said that personally, we would like to reinforce that we would feel honored in welcoming you in our home when you decide to visit Brazil; thank you Alessia and Enrico.

The accommodation is located at the entrance to the old city in the medieval building. Alessia, the hoster, was very helpful, friendly, and joyful to chat with. The rooms were clean and had everything you think of. Alessia made us feel like visiting our close family.

For a week stay, I chose the cosy room "Sguardo verso il cielo", which has a small terrace, a private bathroom, a comfortable double bed and a hallway room with basin. There is also a nice refreshments room for taking breakfast as a common area for guests. Thanks to the very kind hosts Alessia and Enrico, the stay was very pleasant, starting from the freshly baked tasty homemade cakes made daily by Alessia, paired with a tasty cappuccino or coffe for breakfast, to the many suggestions about where to eat for lunch and dinner, to the nice chat with the hosts which as I said above are very kind and helpful. They really gave me a warm welcome to the city and I hope to come back to Perugia soon. Alla maison di Alessia is a must, in the heart of Italy!

On our trip to Perugia we stayed at this B&B for 2 nights. From the beginning Enrico and Alessia made us feel like part of family which was great! The bedrooms are unique in design and very clean. For breakfast there is a small dining area to eat breakfast which has everything even homemade delicious pastries made by Alessia. The location is convenient at Piazza Maggiore only 10 minutes by foot to the center( near the ancient Arco di Augusto). They are very helpful and give you advice on where to eat authentic umbria cuisine. In the evening the place is pretty quite for you to relax and have a good nights rest. We highly recommend this B&B.

This B&B is a special place because of the owners Alessia and her husband Enrico. They are such elegant and absolutley caring souls. They spread light. The maison di Alessia is right in the historic center of Perugia, across the street of the University for foreigners. Alessia keeps it herself superclean, bakes every day a special cake for her guests and feels like a secure port and a good reliable friend. You just know she does genuinley care as well as Enrico about every single one of her guests. It is a place where her great grand mother, her grand mother and her mother were born. There is a beautiful Italian signore and his dog on the street infront of the house taking care of a little garden right at the border of the street. All the neighbours know him and his dog. They greet him by his name Italo. This magical place and its wonderful beings will stay with me. Grazie mille. I have learned a lot from you 💙

Alessia and Enrico have been the epitome of host and hostess, they are a credit to Perugia's B&B industry so many could learn so much about hospitality from this Lady. |We have had 7 delightful days where nothing has been too much effort, they have welcomed our friends and continually made sure we were happy and comfortable. Walking distance to all the best eating and tourist spots, the stairs in the town have given us a much needed physical workout after a three week cruise. |This quaint unique B&B with comfortable spotless clean facilities in the heart of Perugia has been an absolute delight to visit|Thank you so much
