Very clean and comfortable which was great. Host and staff very friendly and accommodating... would be nice to have a few more toiletries. Hot water cylinder appears to need upgrading as not enough hot water. Tvs in bedrooms need to be removed as not connected.

We were given a 3 bedroom on level 2, with the rain upon us and no lift, we struggled up the steps with our luggages. The rooms are clean and kitchen well equipped. But as there were 7 of us, one of us ended up sleeping in the sofa bed at the lounge. Only problem is there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower room. I was told that all the apartment comes with 1 toilet so no choice. There were heaters so all of us have a good night's rest.

The bathroom and toilet were not clean, please check the fans above the shower.!!! It was FULL of hair and dust! Our room filled with cigarette smoke when owners smoked at base of stairwell...definitely would not recommend or stay again...we DID NOT cook any food in our unit after consulting with the operator first...the review reply they have given is nothing short of lies and I have been telling everyone how rude they were for smoking outside our window..it was NOT a guest who smoked, it WAS THE OWNER!! The place was unclean and I have photos to prove it

A old but comfortable motel, at walking distance from Dunedin downtown. Easy to find, with a private carpark, though not so large (but I had a SUV). The rooms are fairly large, but not so sunny; the kitchen is quite furnished. |Beds are clean and comfortable and the wifi is ok.

The rooms, beds, sofa bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Lee was an amazing host. This is my new ‘go to’ motel when I visit Dunedin.

Due to my partner being in critical care in hospital i had to change the length of my stay several times. This was no problem at all. Lee and Zoe always checked in to see how my partner was and also did my laundry which went above and beyond but helped so much during a stressful time. In close proximity to hospital and other amenities was also a real benefit. The room was quiet but had really comfortable bedding and a full oven for cooking. Given we were using the National Travel Assistance Scheme, the owners only charged us the difference in the cost of the unit and applied directly to the scheme which alleviated another pressure given we spent a month. Lee and Zoe are just such a lovely couple with a motel to suit your needs that is quiet comfortable safe and at a great price

Excellent location for Dental School appointments. Very clean rooms excellent office staff. Highly recommended.

I had a stay for 5 weeks while having medical treatment. The wifi was great, I was able to work on my laptop easily. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable but the best part was the service. Nothing was a problem, Lee was very kind, caring and thoughtful, going above and beyond. The location is great and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thankyou Lee and team I appreciated your kindness ❤️
