All'Antico Vinaio

We had breakfast here and absolutely loved it! We tried two focaccias: one Caprese and one that I built myself from the ingredients (such a fun option!). Both were fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super fast. We arrived around 11am and there was no line, which made the whole experience even better. Everything felt easy and enjoyable, and the food really stood out. We’ll definitely come back again next time we’re in Milan. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants great food with great service!

Everything was good, the sandwich was very good, so tasty, exactly as I expected!! They add a lot of ham so that's a good thing. Staff was so friendly but barely speak English so makes it a bit exhausting and confusing for us tourists, but other than that amazing experience. Would recommend and would come back!!!

I was super excited to eat here since there was a line, so I figured it would be good. I decided to order the Duomo, since it had meat and cheese. Unfortunately I didn't know what tartufo sauce is, and it turned out to be a deep green slime color that had a rank smell and I didn't like it. At first a young employee said they could make me a different sandwich, but after talking to the line cooks they said no. Just a warning.

This is the best sandwich I've had in my life. Sorry if the picture doesn't do it justice - I just couldn't wait to eat it. I ordered the Vegetarian 3, which consists of spicy eggplant, smoked provola, truffle cream, and roast potato cream, my dream ingredient combination. The bread was very fresh, and I love how they actually SEASONED their eggplant. So many places don't season their eggplant. Everyone there is so friendly, and I love how unpretentious the setting is. You literally eat outside by the curb and take in the surroundings. I wouldn't have it any other way. I live in Como, and I would come back to Milan just for this. <3

Hands down the best sandwiches in Milan! The portions are huge, the flavors are incredible, and the combinations are absolutely wild in the best possible way. Every bite is a delicious surprise!

The sandwich is huge! One sandwich is big enough for 1 person. Their service is fast and loved the Paradiso (the one I tried). The wait time was 40 min during early evening hour. Must visit if you like focaccia & sandwiches when in Milan.

Loved this place! Exactly what you need to try if you’re into amazing flavours and unique food experiences. So many creative combinations, all super tasty and super filling! You definitely won’t leave hungry. Would absolutely come again! 🫶🏼

Seriously amazing. Stunning. Have tried so many sandwiches in Italy, also in Florence. Nothing can beat this, sorry. A must try! Also very kind service! Offered to slice the sandwiches. Great, will come back!
