Good quality, fresh bread and fresh toppings. No seating, you stand outside to eat. We went around noon when it was raining and there was no line. Sandwiches were good - fair warning that the truffle is moderately strong, which some people like, but others may not. The salami sandwich and pork sandwich were both pretty good. Service is nice as well.

Delicious sandwiches. I bought the vegetarian 1 and it was incredible. The focaccia was good, the ingredients very well combined. You can add different ingredients apart from the default ones, of course you need to pay for them. It is a large portion, you will not feel hungry for several hours. At the second floor you have tables where you can seat and eat.

Exceptional sandwiches! Top-notch quality sandwiches with amazing ingredients and extremely big and fulfilling. We tried 3 different types of sandwiches and they were all amazing. You must definitely try when in town. The team was really polite and helpful and tried to guide us through the ingredients of different sandwiches with a lot of patience. Big ups to the team 😁

I think the shop is over rated, just a normal sandwich place. There isn’t any seat inside and it wasn’t busy. I ordered the DUOMO and it was really extremely salty. I have to swallow down with 2 bottles of water. I have better Italian sandwiches elsewhere.

Every bite bursts with authentic Italian flavors, making it a memorable meal. Ambiance: The vibe is casual and lively, with a constant buzz of people eager to try their famous sandwiches. It’s a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Service: Despite the long lines, the staff works quickly and efficiently, ensuring every customer gets their order without much wait. Overall: If you’re in Milan, All’Antico Vinaio is a must-visit for delicious and generously filled sandwiches. The hype is well-deserved!

Great little place to enjoy great food on the go. The place is small with no seating space however was not needed since you can grand and go continuing your adventure in Milano. The place had a long line outside that took us about 30min, it was totally worth it. Once we got inside the staff was friendly and very helpful, the smell of fresh baked bread was around and all the cold cuts were prepared to order. They have an online menu you can look through while you wait with a lot of options including vegetarian. Definitely must go stop and worth the visit.

I went here with two fellow foodies, who knew this place. I had never heard of it, and since I'm gluten free it wouldn't have been high on my list anyway. Once I heard the buzz about it I got pretty curious to see if it lived up to the hype. When initially we got there, the first thing that hit us was the long line. But then we realised half the people were just looking at the menu and not ordering so it was ok in the end. However in the end it’s all for a good reason—the sandwiches here are huge, super fresh, delicious, and totally worth the money. My two friends said it was the best meal of the week in Milano and we had some great ones. Once they started to dig in, you notice as you look around that pretty much everyone in the square also has a take out bag from here, or is in some state of starting, eating or finishing an amazing sandwich. It's nice to know that a place with this much hype around it seemed to deliver on everything it promised. I have a feeling that we will be going back there next time I'm in Milano.

We waited for approx 40 minutes and were excited to try the sandwiches, however were a bit disappointed upon tasting them. They were served cold and the taste was nothing extraordinary compared to the stellar reviews. Big portions though.
