Such comfy shoes and WONDERFUL customer service! I checked 5 different shoe places trying to find the “unicorn” shoes - something perfect for everyday wear that still has some personality. I almost gave up and am SO GLAD I walked into allbirds! Teddy was so helpful and kind without being pushy about it and his passion and knowledge about the products really shows. It’s also amazing how sustainable these are - the transparency about the products used in manufacturing and information about the carbon footprint is not something many clothing shops offer!

First time buyer. Shoes are super comfy and fit in most occasions. Shoutout to Teddy! I am the last customer before closing. He gave me the best customer service I ever had in a shoe store. Thank you Teddy!

Amazing customer service from Teddy. I was visiting Pasadena and took the opportunity to visit the Pasadena store as I had only previously shopped online. I told Teddy upfront I could not fit new shoes in my suitcase, but we was more than happy to inform of the different shoe options and fit me for the right size so I could purchase when I returned home. He was extremely knowledgeable of each shoe's fit and function, finding me a great match with the Tree Dasher. I truly appreciated Teddy's help which makes me even happier to be an Allbirds customer.

My husband and I went in just to take a look and we both left wearing a new pair of shoes. Customer service is excellent, shoes are incredibly comfortable. Good store.

Super relaxed people worked here. Love the company and the shoes already but the people make it a much easier shopping experience. I personally would go in store just because the sizing on all the shoes vary even when I'm getting the same size. Which makes chosing my shoes quicker vs online.

I was on the prowl for a good, quality pair of waterproof/water resistant shoes that are lightweight and comfortable without breaking the bank. Teddy and Irene provided first class service during my first visit ever to an Allbirds store. Teddy answered all of my questions and was never pushy. He even put up with my friend who was giving him some shenanigans, lol. Prior to my arrival, I dug deep on the internet comparing brands and asking friends for recommendations. Thank you Daniel C. for your input! When I first walked in, I wasn't sure if I would make an actual purchase, as I really just wanted to try them on. I wear anything from a size 7.5 to 9, depending on the type and brand of the shoe. I tried on a 9 and 8.5, and eventually went with the 9. The 8.5 fit, but my flat feet felt tight in them, especially in the arch area. I like to have extra wiggle room in the toe box area, especially if I plan to wear thicker socks. After trying on a few pairs, my friends and I decided to get some ice cream while I made a decision: to buy or not to buy? We returned a short time later, and I ultimately decided on the Wool Dasher Mizzles. The quality of the shoes speaks for itself. I especially like the cushion tab around the heel area. They won't require break-in time and the grip on the bottom of the soles will come in handy should I come across any wet cobblestone roads in my travels. A few things to note: they don't price match their website prices, but they do offer a first timer and military discount both in-store and online (per Teddy). Discounts can't be stacked, so it's one or the other. I wasn't aware, but with every shoe purchase, you get a free pair of laces, your choice! Sweet! I scored BIG on my purchase thanks to Teddy. Irene was very pleasant as she completed my transaction. I am delighted with these snazzy pillows for my feet (yes, they feel like walking on clouds!) and I now have one less thing to worry about for my upcoming trip. I'll have to update my review once I get back to give my feedback on the actual performance of my new kicks! =)

I've bought Allbirds in the past and had some issues with them re: sizing and quality, and the staff in this store has gone above and beyond in resolving the issues for me. Initially, I was wary that the issue would truly be dealt with fully to my satisfaction, but again, staff was wonderfully pleasant and definitely did so. Recently, walking by the store too I've also been impressed with the amount of options they've had for casual, athletic, and professional pursuits. When I get a moment or two for myself for shopping at some rare point, I look forward to browsing back here. They have made me a customer for life!

I bought four pairs of All Birds shoes two weeks ago, a first in this location as the one in Studio city closed. Service is excellent, as well as selection. Allbirds is affordable and you get what you paid for.

After 5 of my friends recommended Allbirds shoes, I finally made the trip to our store on Colorado. The service was great. I was greeted by Noah, who directed me to the shoes best for my feet. I have multiple foot and ankle problems, especially painful arthritic toes. On trying the first pair, I could not believe the comfort and stability. So many great styles and colors. My shoes were on sale, and I walked in them 2 blocks to my car. Thank you, a new customer forever. Third day happily wearing them. Nancy P.

great selection of comfortable wear, the staff is always so friendly and engaging. The store layout is very nice and clear to udnerstand. Shoes are comfortable i got myself a pair of the boots and they fit like a glove. They are waterproof and have came in clutch so many times during this stretch of ugly weather. I try not to think of value when the company is super sustainable and logical. These shoes and items they carry check all the boxes. Has been so worth it just from the shoes being waterproof!

Brandon was the absolute best. I'm new to allbirds and knew nothing. He treated me like family and I love my shoes. Brandon explained every shoe to me in a way that felt like he was part of the brand. Or corporate. Very passionate and helpful!! Thank you so kindly!!

I initially ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website - both the wool ones. As a resident of So Cal, Wool is just too warm for our weather. So I went to the Pasadena location to return them. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and at some point I felt bad for trying on so many pairs of shoes, Mostly because of the shoes only come in full sizes and not half sizes. She was a trooper and made sure the shoes I ended up with fit well and the color suited me. The store is located on the corner of Colorado and De Lacey. There's a parking structure on De Lacey that is free for first 90 minutes,

I bought two pairs of shoes online, but the sizing was off, requiring a size exchange. Teddy at this location was extremely helpful in assisting me with sizing. I am grateful for the exceptional customer service.

Two of the workers here are incredible. They are professional, courteous, and really helpful. However, there is another employee who is incredibly unprofessional. When we walked in, he was openly speculating that someone across the street was drunk. He freaked out when he had to convert from a women's to a men's size, and he then gossiped loudly while customers were in the store. I sincerely hope that he gets retrained because his customer service was poor at best. Otherwise, the shop's location is great and their shoe selection is excellent. Their policies put the customer first and they make excellent quality shoes for a good price.

Great customer service on a recent Sunday morning.  Even though my shoe choice was only available online, I was helped out with different various options.  And since I ordered from the store directly, I received my shoes delivered  just 2 days later! Thank you Allbirds Pasadena!

We've been buying Allbirds for a few years now. They're nice and comfortable but costly. We recently ordered online and received five pairs of new Allbirds for the family, to the tune of just under $500. We have two pairs that are worn out. Our physical trainer mentioned that if we return old pairs of Allbirds to the store for recycling, we will receive a discount towards the purchase of new Allbirds. We called the Pasadena CA store to check into this. First, the employee said that was a promotion and no longer valid, then came back after speaking with her manager apologizing they don't do that any more. Really? We just spent a lot of money on five pairs and you can't make an exception for a loyal customer? Not loyal any more.

Why have we not met sooner, Allbirds? You're store is very welcoming and your shoes are amazing! I have had the most challenging time finding another pair of everyday and running shoes. My all time regular standby shoes have undergone a change leaving me in a pinch. What makes this extra challenging is that I wear a most unique size. So what's a girl to do? Fortunately, my brother saw an add for Allbirds and we went for a ride. Never did I dream of finding shoes such comfortable shoes that my feet just slipped into and felt like they're wearing cozy gloves! Nice assortment of colors and sizes. The store is airy and welcoming and located on a corner. Salespersons are super helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley who was very patient, helping me get a perfect fit. Bought two pairs and was informed of their 30 guarantee. The shoes can be worn and even returned for a refund within that time. I've already worn one pair several times and they're keepers. The way the other pair fits, I trust it will be a keeper, too. Highly recommend, parking can be tricky, so be patient. There's a parking garage in walking distance with 1.5 hours of free parking if you can't find a spot on the street. Oh, and remember to mask up!

I wish there were more Allbirds locations! Not only do they have comfortable shoes, they are environmentally friendly! They sell water resistant, running, walking, flats, slip-ons, and sandals. They even have some comfortable casual and exercise clothes. I would keep an eye out for sales online whenever seasonal items get swapped out too. Also, if you didn't know, you can grab some free shoelaces. Happy and addicted to my my countless pairs of Allbirds!

Super comfortable and trendy shoes. Allbirds are very comfortable shoes but you need to try them on before buying them. I love everything about this store: the location, selection and wonderful service. The sales associate was attentive and patient with our questions. You'll receive top-notch customer service and you'll love the products. I highly recommend stopping by.

Had a great experience at Allbirds! So great to be able to finally try on in store vs just ordering online. Where to start...?! STAFF. Best customer service I have experienced in a good while thanks to team member Mary Jane. I spent a good 30 minutes or more with her trying on 4-5 different styles of shoes. She was really cool and honest about what the best style would be for me considering what I described I was looking for (super comfortable everyday shoe). She gave great advice and was really easy going and helpful. They have a nice selection of their own line of activewear (def spotted some things I want). The store itself is sizable, open with great lighting, and inviting. Well ventilated too with the big doors open. The way the package the shoes after you purchase is awesome, came with two cool pairs of laces :) yay! Will be back for sure.

Wow all of the staff here is amazing! I went in to purchase some shoes I had on hold and markis was the one to help me out. As I tried on the shoes and chit chatted with him I mention a specific pair I was looking for. He informed me that the shoe is actually being discontinued but hopefully the warehouse may have a few in stock. We'll low and behold the warehouse had 1 showing in stock. And Markis told me that it may take a bit for the warehouse to locate the shoes since only 1 was available. I was more then okay with that however the next day my shoes were shipped! All if the associates in the store were all very friendly I will only be getting my all birds from this store

On a very busy Easter Sunday this store was jumping and so we're store personnel. Kudos for the great service and also for my very cute pink shoes. I'll definitely be back.

I walked in and a caucasian gentleman greeted me, which was nice. However, the woman who helped me was not very pleasant and rushed me through the transaction/ my shopping experience . I believe the woman's name was Yeeling.. I normally go to the San Fran location but I came to Pasadena to visit. The customer service there is so much better. Besides the unpleasant customer service I received from her, I do love the brand and I will continue to purchase Allbirds Whenever I need a good pair of tennis shoes.

I didnt end the up purchasing the shoe in the color i wanted at the store but the sales associate Lynn was super helpful.

Well I walked in and there was a shoe on the floor and picked it up and tried to put it back, I couldn't bit two female employees saw me and didn't help me and also didn't bother to ask me if i needed help. Usually employees have so i decided to leave. Maybe they thought I threw the shoe on the floor. I have 3 pairs and I guess no longer will shop here, this past Sunday was my last time coming in

Great customer service. Bought a pair of slip ons that felt perfect in the store. Wore them one day and felt like I was sliding out of them. Took them back and they exchanged them to a different style - no problems no fussing!!

Exceptional customer experience at this store! Kudos to Mary Jane on her knowledge and expertise. I was there to look for shoes for me but because of how satisfied I was with the service, I asked my husband to bring our disabled and special needs son to the store. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes on that visit! Many thanks again!

09.06.2021 I spotted the store and I knew I had to convince my friends to go in. This was my first time ever stepping into an allbirds store. It's so clean and bright, I wish I took more photos of the store, this is the only photo I haveThe staff there was amazing I wish I got their names! If anyone can help me out so I can give them a shout out! They were so helpful! so patience! so nice! Very knowledgeable. We stayed in the store for almost an hour and had great conversation with all 3 staff. I tried on mutiple pairs of shoes got honest feed back from the staff, I had such a hard time debating between the "runners" and "piper" I ended up deciding on the runners which did not have my size but The staff was able to help me order one online to get itshipped to my home in San Francisco. my boyfriend and 3 friends ended up each purchasing a pair. I heard allbirds were comfy. But did you know they are eco friendly, shoes were made with bamboo, wool, sugar cane and eucalyptus. &Laces are made with recycled plastic. Also fun fact! Each all bird store has their own special exclusive shoelace colors love the staff I learned so much. It was such a amazing experience.

I wasn't planning on coming into the store but was browsing Old Town Pasadena after a UCLA game one early fall Saturday evening. I saw a color of a shoe that I liked and despite it not being in stock, the staff was not pushy and rather the right amount of attentive. Especially the tall Caucasian gentleman as he was my primary sales associate, though the entire team was very friendly. To give some context, I'm familiar with Allbirds having owned a pair from before they ever had stores and purchased a second online, and a 3rd in a store (great service at Fashion Valley too). And yet, the gentleman was able to give me greater insight into the fits of the overall product. I've only had the original Wool Runners and the Mizzle. So, to be educated about the Tree Runners and even the apparel was very helpful. And again, they were not pushy. The shoe color I did want was not in stock, and I was suggested an alternative. My associate took the time to make sure I was getting the right shoe and the right fit and wasn't willing to let me "settle" which was amazing. And here I thought I knew all I needed to know about Allbirds. I went from coming in and not needing anything (again, own 3 pairs already) and ended up getting two pairs of shoes and a t-shirt. I'd come back to this store for the authentic, consultative service alone. Thank you!

Mary Jane was excellent . She answered all our questions and gave us multiple sizes of various shoes. We walked out of the store with two pairs of trailrunners that we absolutely love! Thank you for making shopping at Allbirds a breeze!
