Hotel Allegra was the perfect space for our group to stay in Pontresina for a yoga retreat. Regina the manager made sure our group had everything they might need. The breakfast group was wonderful. We had a nice assortment of options. Breakfast was served until 11:00a.m. Regina helped us make dinner reservations on the nights when we were on our own. My husband is gluten free and that is not easy to find places to eat in Switzerland that have options. Regina found us two lovely restaurants. The hotel has amazing views. The most wonderful part is its connections to a spa. Taking the elevator to the basement, you find a large indoor pool, a kiddy area and then outside a swimming pool that is heated and is surrounded on all sides by mountains. It was perfect after a day of hiking. The hotel provides a bath robe and slippers to wear to and from the pool.

Modern and beautiful rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a great view and make the room bright. Warm and cordial welcome with lots of information and offers. Location right in the center Welcome muffin and fruit. Coffee machine with several pods. Parking tight. Shower cubicle could be better. Mattresses no longer quite perfect. Cozy hotel bar. Connection to the Bellavita adventure pool and spa, free of charge and unlimited in time, even several times a day. Accessible directly through an underground passage. Use of all mountain railroads included. Breakfast with a large selection.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel which provided a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel staff were always very helpful and attended to our every needs no matter how busy we were. Special praise goes to Regina whose recommendations for our daily outings were always well thought out. Everywhere we looked she was always there working hard to greet all the guests in the restaurant, front office and bar. The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety each day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was truly enjoyable! The service was warm and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. A perfect place to relax and explore the area — highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Pontresina, especially the direct access to the spa which I haven't had the chance to try yet, but definitely going to do next time. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a big table to do some work etc. and a big Nespresso machine. Always with a delicious welcome pack with still- and sparkling water, an apple and a cupcake per person. The ski room is large and there's a separate ski-boot room with boot-driers and a big waxing table with Nordic profiles. Top breakfast buffet with options for freshly made omelettes etc. basically anything you need. I accidentally left some USB cables in the room which was carefully stored and returned to me on my next visit several months later. Thank you!

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town! We were blessed with a top floor room with windows opening to the beautiful hillside! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and everything is spotless. |The breakfast was excellent, quite the assortment of foods.|Three days here were the highlight of our trip to Switzerland.

Beautiful modern hotel with an incredible service. They meet you at the train station and when you’re leaving, they drive you there. Have not had such an experience! The manager Regina comes to greet you personally. Breakfast is exceptional. Not only the quality of food but if you wish they would make you eggs as you like it. I twisted my ankle, they provided nicely packed ice, moreover, Melany who is a former nurse, checked and redid my bandage. I saw in the other reviews that people did not want to leave - me too! Btw, the transportation, lifts and the use of the luxurious spa were all included. The room was spacious with 2 windows and the breathtaking views, huge bathtub and… extra towels and slippers to get to the spa by the underground walkway.
