I absolutely hated my stay here. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, no reception, no check-in desk, no staff to explain anything. Everything is digital, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp with someone who is only available from 8 AM to 8 PM. If you have any issue after 8 PM, need help, or are not satisfied with something, there is simply no one to turn to. You’re left completely on your own – which is unacceptable.
The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was awful and made it impossible to sleep. I booked for three people (two adults and one child), but there was no consideration at all for my child. I had to call to ask for a baby bed, and when it arrived, they just threw a pillow from the bed into the baby cot, leaving me without a pillow to sleep on.
We also asked for help with the Area C / ZTL permit to access the city center with our car. The assistance we received was absolutely minimal. They just sent us a link (in Italian) and left us to figure it out on our own. Only later did we discover that it wasn’t even necessary during the weekend. This could have easily been communicated to us, but it wasn’t.
On top of that, the apartment is located on a very busy street. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from the café and restaurant right below.
The only positive thing about this place is the location – it’s close to the main shopping streets. But overall, my experience was terrible, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
