I absolutely hated my stay here. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, no reception, no check-in desk, no staff to explain anything. Everything is digital, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp with someone who is only available from 8 AM to 8 PM. If you have any issue after 8 PM, need help, or are not satisfied with something, there is simply no one to turn to. You’re left completely on your own – which is unacceptable. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was awful and made it impossible to sleep. I booked for three people (two adults and one child), but there was no consideration at all for my child. I had to call to ask for a baby bed, and when it arrived, they just threw a pillow from the bed into the baby cot, leaving me without a pillow to sleep on. We also asked for help with the Area C / ZTL permit to access the city center with our car. The assistance we received was absolutely minimal. They just sent us a link (in Italian) and left us to figure it out on our own. Only later did we discover that it wasn’t even necessary during the weekend. This could have easily been communicated to us, but it wasn’t. On top of that, the apartment is located on a very busy street. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from the café and restaurant right below. The only positive thing about this place is the location – it’s close to the main shopping streets. But overall, my experience was terrible, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

It’s very centrally located and minutes walk to main area. The hotel has a public parking space connected to the hotel. However the room has some smoke smell.

This establishment has no heart or compassion. I needed to cancel my reservation due to death in family and but they would not reimburse me even though they could have re-rent it during high season. I asked them if they could then at least give some sort of discount due to the tragedy and the fact I wasn’t going to fly to Italy from NYC and they wouldn’t give me back cent. So cold hearted!!!! I would never stay at this hotel and recommend no one else stay there either.

Introducing an innovative and unparalleled concept in Milan's landscape—a Luxury Residence positioned at the city's core, near the iconic Duomo. This exceptional property seamlessly marries charm and exclusivity with quintessential Italian style and elegance. Nestled within walking distance of both the fashion district and the Brera district, this unique establishment comprises 23 distinctive Suites spanning 40 to 80 square meters, each impeccably curated and furnished by Armani/Casa. Each unit, privately owned, is available for rent, even on a daily basis, offering guests an experience akin to a 5-star hotel suite, reflecting opulence and bespoke service standards.

The room was good. But it only had one mirror which i think isn‘t enough for the price. The communication was over whatsapp and wasn‘t really organised. In the evening i texted them that our door isn‘t closing. He just told me how to close it even tho i said its not working. so we had an unlocked door for the whole evening. But the worst is that when we made the check-in i asked if we could leave our baggede there after we‘ve done the check-out in the morning. they sald it wouldn‘t be a problem. When we did the check-out they said we cauld leave them in our room till 12 but after that we‘d have to pay 10 euros per hour to leave them there. i think its RIDICULOUS to ask for money after we’ve paid over 200 euros for the room. I do NOT recommend!!!!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Full kitchen facilities are available. The staff are helpful. They are not racist at all as some comments have stated. They were friendly. Close to the Duomo. Nice area. They have parking 🅿️👍🏻

The place is in a prime location if you want to be close to the Duomo but it didn't have Air Conditioning which is a requirement because if you open the windows, you will get all kinds of LOUD noises from 9pm until 10am. If you have a light sleep "DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE" because you will not be able to sleep.

Amazing location, Amazing Staff, Riccardo out host was very attentive and on time. The only downside is the sound isolation of the room. Regardless, had a goodnight sleep. Would defo book here again!
