Amazing quality and service. This is the best brand for classy shoes. I walked out of here completely happy with the service and the prices for the quality of leather and style of shoes. I even got a matching belt to go with my suit. Absolutely stunning. These shoes made the suit. How can you buy a 2000 dollar suit and settle for cheap shoes? This place is my go-to when I want a beautiful shoe. Oh, and don't forget the inserts that smell like fresh cedar woo. Theyy keep the form of the shoe and give them an amazing smell.

What a joy it is to talk to a great sales associate! I went there with my fiancé, just looking for options for our wedding. Palmer and Sam are super professional, really know their trade and have a great sense of style to help customers. We didn't buy anything, and yet I'd go back there to get gifts or to just ask about any questions I have. I really recommend the experience.

Allen Edmonds have excellent quality shoes but most importantly, the customer service here is absolutely outstanding! Sam and Eddie are top notch sales reps and the company should be proud to have them on-board. Eddie helped me find exactly what I was looking for, all while also attending other customers. He is super kind and will make you feel very welcomed. Very recommended products and location!

Shawn was very welcoming and helping me get a new pair of shoes for church. He was very nice and kind to me. Honestly, I bought a pair of shoes for over 300 bucks where their was an anniversary sale. My overall experience over there passes the vibe check 100%.

I bought a pair of loafers after they measure my feet with great care and tried some shoes. They didn't have my size on the model I wanted, but they said they would order them for me. Of course, I had to pay for them first (~$250 with taxes), but I could always return them if they didn't fit. After 2 weeks I had to call because the shoes did not arrive. They sorted it and I got the shoes right after the call. Great! The shoes did not fit as I expected, but I hoped to break them in after a few days. A couple of weeks later, I got another pair of the same shoes. That weekend I brought both pairs of shoes back to the shop. I wanted to return the second pair I hadn't ordered and see if they could help with the fit with the ones I had been using. The guy who helped me did not understand what I wanted with the new shoes and called the manager. I believe she was on her lunch break and was not happy she had to return to the shop (I'm really sorry, I didn't know you were on your break). Apparently when I called to ask about my shoes when they hadn't arrived, someone ordered a new pair. Then I asked if they could help me with my shoes. Long story short, the problem are my feet. I have been using shoes for 47 years, and only now I realize my feet are the wrong fit for Allen Edmonds shoes... They wanted to make me purchase some slip-sole or pad to improve the fit (didn't really helped), but I obviously refused to pay another dime. I was so disappointed that I just left the shop. And I will never go back. I recently bought a pair of Florsheim Imperial and it looks like my feet are not the problem any more. I wish I could return the pair of shoes I'm no longer using, but I guess it is too late now :( By the way, they didn't bother thanking me for returning a pair of shoes worth $250... I'm never buying anything from this brand.

I've been wearing AE shoes for almost a decade. Yes, quality costs more but take care of your shoes and they will last a lifetime). I recently took a pair of boots for their unique recrafting service and walked out with two new awesome pairs of shoes to "boot". If you shop carefully you'll never pay full price. Just top notch, USA made in Wisconsin men's shoes. Look no further. Also, make sure your shoe size is accurately measured as they have a range of measurements. Don't forget to account for your sock thickness and normal skin inflammation for perfect fit.

This little shoe boutique at UTC is the only place I can get close to custom shoes locally. I have triple fat goose feet...I wear 3e shoes. I've been fitted twice here and have been recommended some real winners here. You get what you pay for - most styles are hand cobbled in the US, and the leather has always been comfortable out of the box. My grail boots are the shell cordovan Daltons. They've got a few shell cordovan styles on hand, but if you need a special size or color, you can have them commissioned for zero service charge! If they don't have your shoe size, they'll ship them to you in less than a week (even if they are on sale). Footwear here is top notch, and they command a pretty fee, but no worries, you can always return them direct to Allen Edmonds for a small restocking fee. Top tip - ensure you get fitted, and take advantage of the staffs knowledge of the different style lasts. You won't be able to buy just by one. Highly Recommended!!

The shoes at Allen Edmonds are top notch, and my shopping experience was great. I want to especially mention Sam and Shawn. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I ran into a small issue they had me sorted out and on my way in just a few minutes. Two thumbs way up.

I visited Allen Edmonds in UTC for the first time today and the service and experience of was Amazing! The Manager Wesley took the time to help me with an exchange as well as made sure to find me the correct shoe size to accommodate the orthopedic insoles I use. The Service was second to none! He ended up ordering me the correct size and finding me a belt to match. This store is doing things right, if you are looking for quality shoes and quality service go to this store and ask for Wesley!

I own several pairs of AE shoes, but I've been very dissatisfied with the customer service I have received at this particular location. I went in once for a sizing and fitting, and the person helping to size me was easily distracted and clearly more interested in helping new people walking through the door, rather than staying focused on the customer who came in before (me!). It seems for a company that is customer-centric that the proper thing to do would be to remain focused on the customer you are already helping and politely tell new customers that you'll "be right with them." I feel that this is such a fundamental principle for customer service - you get better service at JC Penney, and if I'm considering a pair of $400 shoes I expect better. Once my sizing was completed, the person helping me never actually communicated my size, went into the back and grabbed a pair of shoes. They were significantly too wide. He then retrieved a pair that were 3 sizes more narrow (from E to B), which had a better fit for me. I'm glad I found my size, but again the fact that the first pair grabbed were 3 sizes too wide is a testament to how distracted the person helping me was during my visit. I revisited the store a few months later because I got an email stating they were having an in-store only promotion for 25% off storewide. I had already purchased the shoes I tried on before online in brown, but still wanted a pair in black (color I tried on in store previously), so I decided to drop in. The same person who helped me before was the only person working that day. I explained that I had been in a few months prior, and wanted to see if they still had the same shoes available in my size, and the person helping responded, "Why would you think I would still have a pair of shoes available that you tried on several months ago"? I was a bit shocked to be presented with such a rude and rhetorical question (by a shoes salesman, at that!). It's unfortunate that a quality shoe brand's reputation can be tarnished by such an amateur when it comes to customer service. I decided (again) to not purchase these in-store, but I did end up purchasing them online (because they're great shoes!), and I don't plan on visiting this store ever again. I would recommend you go elsewhere for a sizing, and deal with ordering/returning online - believe me, it's less of a headache.

I am really happy with the quality of these shoes. My wife purchased a pair online after visiting a store without me. I had a minor problem with them and brought them into the store. Shawn Carter assisted us and without hesitation, exchanged the shoes for a new pair. I was so impressed that I purchased a second pair! He helped me with a personalized fitting and gave me some great insight as to which shoes are restorable (they will re-sole them when they wear out) and which are not. I left there feeling great about the experience and even more impressed about the quality of the shoes. They have lots of wide fit options and Shawn was great about trying several shoes to help me make a decision. I highly recommend the shoes and look forward to trying the boots next. Shawn Carter was instrumental in winning my loyalty and I recommend asking for his help.

Wesley and Brian are the guys you want to do business with! There is also another fellow who is a nice guy whose name I can't remember. I have turned into a huge dress shoe and boot nerf since I bought my first Allen Edmonds in November of 2017. New manager isnt as personable however these two more than make up for it. Hopeing to bring family members and get them fitted into an American Original pair of Allen Edmonds.

While Allen Edmonds is has a long history: Just a hint below bespoke classic men's shoes. Though on the West Coast very few gentlemen are aware of their outstanding shoes. They had dismal representation at Nordstrom, who never knew what shoe was what. I personally have been wearing their shoes for over 20 years and find them to be about as good as you can possibly get. To learn that AE now has a brick and mortar presence in the area is something for all men who pride themselves on their wardrobe to be happy about. My experience with this new west coast location was not only excellent but enhanced by the service and taste of manager Wesley Smith. In a word : Perfect. Lastly While I am not sure if this is the case I believe they are the only shoe company in the US that offers re-crafting of shoes. Care for them properly and they will last a lifetime.

Buyer Beware - one star, as there does not appear to be another option, as I did not get what I needed (that I believe to be more than fair). I received an brand-new AE $80 Brown Belt, folded into the shape of a heart, for Valentines Day. However, I need a Black Belt for job interviews to match my suit. I walked into the AE UTC Store last week and was approached by two gentleman who were enthusiastic to make the swap - AWESOME. One of them interacted with me about who the gift was from and where I thought they had bought it in NYC; he then told me the store I referenced did not exist LOL as he too was from East Coast and "know all the stores in the area". He did hand me a comparable black belt, asked if size was right, and made me feel as if we were done. He casually walked away, left for the day, and put it in the hands of his less experience counter-part to "finalize". The counter-part proceeded to look at stores, cross-referencing with names, phones numbers, and emails that the purchase may have been made under. I then offered him the credit card it was purchased with (I have) and he said the POS does not allow to use credit cards rather only contact information obtained from buyer at time of purchase (if any). I then simply restated my case again - new AE Brown Belt received as gift is last month, never used and tags still on, want to swap for identical, except black, one. Are we good? And he said, I cannot do it. Fundamentally it does not make sense, Just take the belt, give me black one, we good. I could call my Grandmother and ask her for a receipt for return but to break a heart is not worth it whatsoever; on that note, anyone need a free belt? PS - per request of other posters, I will be going into store daily for next week to get the names of the reps and posting them here.

Excellent service and quality product! Brian (manager) is very knowledgeable about the various shoe styles. The yearly (October) sale is something I look forward to... The cost and value is well worth it. If one is looking for a high end pair of shoes now is the time to buy.

Buyer beware!!! If you don't absolutely love your shoes, and I try something crazy like actually trying to wear them THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THEM!!!! I attempted to wear them for literally 4 hours at work, so not even a full day, decided these weren't the shoes for me. They would allow me to exchange the worn shoes but flat out refused to give me a refund. This guarantees I will never shop there again and NOT recommend them to anyone. EVER!! I make my living in customer service and sometimes you have to take a little hit to keep a loyal customer. Perhaps that's too much to asK for high end shoes.

I went in to get a fitting and look at a new pair of dress shoes. I spoke with Brian, and he took the time to teach me a few important things about how dress shoes should fit. He also did a great job balancing the relatively high customer volume while I was there. I feel like I left having had a great experience, and I definitely plan to return.

Today was my first time coming into the store and I was greeted by Wesley the store manger. Wesley made sure I had the right measurements for the shoes I was looking at which were the McAllister's and boulevards. What really impressed me about the service I received was that Wesley didn't try to up sell me on the expensive shoes(McAllister's) when I told him I preferred the boulevards. The quality of these shoes is top notch just like their customer service Their even American made! Surely this will not be my only time coming here and I'll make sure keep giving them my business as long as they keep their quality for the brand and service in high regard.

The store is beautiful with a great selection. Definitely ask for Wesley! The other associates have made mistakes submitting my recrafting orders and even over charged me once. Wesley is a real pro and can even engage in you in a fun and informative discussion on Swiss watches while helping you with your purchase.

I had the worst customer service experience at Allen Edmonds. I have 13 (maybe 14, not sure) AE shoes, but this bad experience is enough to put an end to my future AE purchases. The $ for one pair of shoes is nothing. But the poor customer service is losing you future business from me. My wife certainly thanks you.
