4.4. A classic spot filled with regulars. Atmosphere is great- especially the patio in the summer- expect to wait. We got a drink at the bar-good list, not a big assortment of zero proof to choose from. The burger was a hit- made to order, you can get cooked any way you like. The beef stew honestly was a bit lackluster but perhaps it was an off day. Service was good, atmosphere, as mentioned, was great.

Attended their steak fest this year and we could not be any happier with the quality of the steak and the cook to perfection. We did the find the appetizers to be a little underwhelming especially the Patata’s. The service was great ! But it did feel really cramped in the dining area. Would say the steak (strip loin) and the dessert (bread pudding) were fantastic.

We had a lovely brunch here on the weekend and we were quite pleased with the food and service. Will definitely come back as the lunch entrees looked great. Highly recommend!!

The food was great! (And served by a lovely Irish waitress from Cork!) The Seafood chowder was great (I’m from the east coast and eaten lots of great seafood chowder - this was excellent). My friend had the lamb shank which was excellent and the mashed potatoes were so good! (We all tasted them) The patio is very small and only has two tables so we were 🍀 lucky to get one of the them on a gorgeous warm Saturday evening. Would definitely eat here again and recommend the food - if there was patio space (the inside looked a bit noisy and dark on a sunny Saturday, so we did not go inside).

Very cozy place in the winter. Excellent selection of single malts to warm you up. I had the chowder which was delicious and chock full of fish and vegetables. It was creamy, slightly tangy and had just the faintest hint of dill. Well done! I also had their basic burger. It's a good pub style burger with all toppings and accoutrements on the side for construction. It was cooked medium rare as I wanted. It is not, however the best burger in the GTA but rather ranks in the top few percentile. Finally, the brewed coffee is delicious and not muddy/watery unlike many other similar places. Note: It is pretty pricy but relatively well worth it.

A gem. Looking from outside you can not imagine how busy is this restaurant. I was shocked once I opened the door and saw all the stools occupied, many table with entire family. We could notice that it is a very traditional restaurant in Danforth. The service, food and atmosphere everything was amazing.

We had a very nice service and evening here. Our steaks were well cooked to our preferences, the dish came with a few salads which were good. They have a gorgeous terrace in the back.
