ALLEVA: EMR Software for Behavioral Healthcare

Alleva has been a great system to help navigate our residents personal information. it good to have everything all in one place and it is even better to know with alleva their is changes to learn new things with the trainings and the updates. i really enjoy the easy access and daily notes i need to input tobe able to find everything in 1 place is the best for me. thank you alleva for this great opportunity to share.

This company is a terrible company. I was with them for 4 years. No respondes to problems or issues with the system. We begged them to help us download our data for an insurance audit. They would not help us. Also would not help us with problems n side the system. We had to figure out “work-arounds” ourselves. Finally we decided to leave and when we did they threatened to turn me over to collections for not continuing on their contract and then refused to give me my patient data which is “information blocking” which is federally regulated. They blatantly refuse to abide by HIPPA regulations.

Alleva was very user friendly and the support was great. Cyndy was available for any of my questions or concerns and was very helpful. I would 100 percent recommend their services.
