Very cool that you can get Jimmy johns sonic, dunkin, etc all in one place! The ordering website was VERY clunky. It took about 10 tried for our order to go through, we ordered from inside the location. Pick up only with two very small tables and some padded bences that I guess you could eat at but it seems more for waiting. Its a pretty sterile environment I wouldn't suggest eating here but the food is all packed togo waiting in heated lockers for you. To-Go Orders were all correct as well. We had fun ordering Jimmy John's and sonic and combining our meals! Best of both worlds!

My order never showed up for them, it was even past their work hours. They stayed after and made my food, with great attitude and service man. Great place to eat and hangout proud of this crew!

We ordered through postmates. 1 of every taco on the menu plus chips and salsa. The chips smelled, tasted, and looked burnt. They were only edible after we smoked a doob. The tacos were like Salty overcooked American appetizers in decent corn tortillas w too much or no sauce depending on the taco. Even if we had the opportunity to eat the food fresh from the cooks it wouldn't have fixed the salty ocean taste left on my lips.

Hi everyone, I came through earlier to get something nice and warm, and saw that there was a Sonic’s nearby… drove up to this super cool industrial building and went in, didn’t seem like a sonic to me not gonna lie! But it was lol. Anyway, I ordered my food and was opening it up in their lobby to chow down, it was gosh dang good. Looked literally like the image they use in advertisements. Same for the drink and tater tots, full to the brim. Nd while I was eating, several people that were inside had questions or issues, but the workers here were so nice and helped them out IMMEDIATELY. Asked for a couple of their names to give them a shoutout, and I’m so sorry if I butcher the name, but Lakeisha and Jordan were great. So were the other 3 people working, just good atmosphere here. Use this on a future job application sheet, because I’d come here again just for THEIR service if only I lived closer. Thank yall!

Ordered sonic on door dash, waited 35 minutes for the order just to be cancelled on the dashers side. Than come to find out when I replaced the order my new dasher informed me that my order was stolen and they refused to make it again.

I went to pick up food today and people are literally just walking past me and not even acknowledging me at all. I’m like “hellloooo, can someone help me.” No response. There’s a Caucasian woman standing right here in front of me and hasn’t said a word. She’s literally ignoring me. I’m writing this review as I stand in the lobby/ waiting area. Very rude and unprofessional. The sign says please proceed to lockers for order pick up and the lockers are empty.

Pete McCrea was very accommodating, friendly, and professional with both my orders from Sonic and Jimmy John’s!! I will definitely be coming back!

This is far from Sonic quality food I have eaten at Sonics for years around the south and this place doesn’t use sonic meat patties They use some type of god awful veggie tasting thick patty !!! Not to mention the foot long chilly dog is awful !!!! Sonic’s should be ashamed to allow these people to cook for them!!!!!

Ordered from this location on uber eats after a long day and was very excited for some comfort food. The packaging was torn open and soggy from the sauce. Okay, I can deal with that. So we opened the veggies but the celery was brown and the carrots were dried out. Ugh, so onto the wings. Sadly, they were not cooked through for both orders.

Didn't know this was a driver location , I arrived and walked the entire building looking for the logo. When I finally saw it , it was attached to a ghost kitchen. I followed the signs and instructions but the locker didn't open when I put in my name and last initial so after awhile a worker handed it to me. They seemed annoyed and repeated what I was supposed to do but I explained it didn't work and they closed the window. Since I ordered online I expected it to be an actual restaurant location and would hope they update at least on the website a picture or explanation. The food was fresh . They do have seating for delivery drivers if they're waiting and a few up front parking There's a counter and clear lockers with a kiosk. The building is yellow and has forks and knives beside the name of the kitchen.

Service here ass backwards, get some help or train better. How Uber eats said my food ready but I'm waiting a whole extra hour for my food. Haven't even ate the food yet, but I can tell you right now I wouldn't even care if they brought the Michelin chefs in to finish this. Terrible service. Consistently get order wrong and there is no one there to help, just literally no one there to help if something goes wrong. I've had to wait 30 minutes to ask for a fork (twice!). The first time she came back with a literal spoon.

I order twice from Uber eats through them. The first time my Uber eats pick up person waited 30 mins just for them to say someone else took my order. I called Uber support and reordered it. When I get my order, it's the wrong order. The bag has my name on it but the food has another persons name on it. Twice in one night! Super u organized and unprofessional! The wrong food that was delivered to me was hard as a rock and cold as ice

Wish I didn't have to leave a review. Awful customer service and no help at all! Rude and had attitudes from the second I walked in. Looked annoyed and sounded bothered when I started asking questions. I was so turned off by the interaction I just walked out. DO NOT recommend. Save your money and time!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
