I’ve seen a wide variety of providers at this clinic over the past 25+ years. From primary care providers to specialists, I’ve never been disappointed. The caring empathy, the professionalism and the amazing wisdom of all with whom I’ve worked is top notch. I could go on and on, but in short, I’ve trusted the people at this clinic with my care for all these years and have every intention of continuing to do so.

I always have a great experience at this clinic. The staff is kind and professional, and Dr. Vasa is truly wonderful; attentive, caring, and thorough. I always feel well taken care of here! Thank you!

Had a tenotomy and debridement appointment scheduled and written down on an appointment card. Went online to do my E-check-in the day before and the appointment was NOT there! Really needed this appointment done so I could recover in time for my upcoming vacation. Was very happy they were able to squeeze me in a little earlier on the same day! Shouldn't have happened but, at least it was taken care of.

Dr. Eenigenburg was dismissive to my husband, all he asked was a question about our daughters sickness and gave a condescending answer. And wasn’t overly caring of our daughter either. *went back for second option and Dr. Larson was great and answered all our questions! Also the condition my husband inquired about happened to be the one my daughter has.

Emily Hicke has been very detailed orientated and thorough while maintaining a personable attitude and providing compassionate care. Dealing with multiple issues she has kept me informed at each step. Trying to coordinate care with the VA she has been really great about helping this Veteran out. Would highly recommend her as your PCP.

Just look at the previous reviews. Trash company. I’ve had issues with this location forever. Between wait times in the urgent care to Refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. Require over the top evaluations just so they can bill your insurance. Like most healthcare facilities in this country all they care about is profits. Not your health.

I had help from Melissa McCafferty. The help felt very personal. The staff were very friendly. I was slightly disappointed by how unorganized the building was. The volunteers pointed me to the wrong place. Once I arrived where I thought I was supposed to be it was actually 2 floors up. I was late to my appointment.

Mammogram appointment was on time and performed in 10 minutes I will get the results online in 2 days

Really disappointed. Have had several bad experiences. A lot of changes have been made to how things are done and it has only made things worse.

Unfortunately like most in the healthcare industry Alina is strictly a cash grab business. All you get is miss information upfront and no one is accountable for anything they tell you. I will not go to my follow up visit and will be forced to find another doctor. Almost as bad as Mayo and that's saying a lot.

If you need care this is the place to go. I'm from Texas and they treated my like I was a neighbor. Vicky at the checkin desk is a major sweetheart and Dr Cynthia Carlson was amazing. Thanks to all the staff!

I've never had a problem at Allina Health Clinic, Coon Rapids. In fact, when I was pregnant for both of my pregnancies, especially the second one with my twins, I saw a myriad of physicians while I was hospitalized, among them Dr. Sarah Schoel (who delivered my twins!), Dr. Christine Greves, Dr. Malinda Johnson (who delivered my oldest son), Dr. Evan Friese, Dr. Jillian Halstrom, Dr. Ronald Gourneau, among the myriad of nurses, nurse aides, physician assistants and endless staff that visited with me during both of my pregnancies... These folks are not only very caring, but they will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have. Remember, the only stupid question is the one you don't bother to ask. There's no question too embarrassing or too weird. Bottom line? The staff at any Allina Medical Clinic is composed of some of the finest folks I've ever had the privilege to be cared for. Give them a chance.

Excellent experience. Pleasant, kind and helpful. Doctor very businesslike. He is there to fix the problem not be your friend.

I've had blood clot issues for 3 yrs now.A particular doctor(M) in Internal Medicine is only in this so he can make his BMW payment.At times I've gone in and end up talking for maybe 15 min.and I get a bill for $250.00+.After 2 yrs he finally refered me to a hernia surgeon.I tried to talk to him about finding out why I have blood clots and he just said come back in 3 or 4 months.Didn't listen to me at all.He lost this patient and any good referals!!

Very wonderful clinic. As a new patient I found the whole process easy and streamline. Everyone was very helpful and from the receptionist to the phlebotomist everyone was very minnesota nice. They drew my blood at 4:30, I got my results at evening online. Pretty sweet. Also, I didn't wait... I can 10min before my appointment. I was seen pretty much online. Didn't wait long in the waiting room or the examination for more than 5min. Very easy to get an appointment, within days.

I love this clinic. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Mohammed Kahn is thorough in his examinations and his compassion for patient care is easy to see. I've never felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything. He has truly made a difference in my life and I cannot thank him enough. My wife and two kids also see physicians at this clinic and are very pleased with the women's center and pediatric care.

Excellent urgent care! Almost everything is "in house". Super convenient with knowledgeable, caring staff.

Horrible place to go!! They screwed up big time!! Said I only had water in my ear and turns out it was a massive infection!! I ended up seeing a different dr. at a different clinic and I had to have my infection sucked out it was so bad and gross!! It required months of treatment just to be able to hear again!! I had to go on awful antibiotics too.

I arrived to my appointment a little late due to road conditions and my PA refused to see me. You have lost a patient.
