Dr. Dickinson had read my file before meeting with me for the first time, and I appreciated that. She was extremely thorough in asking me questions, making sure I got all vaccines, etc. needed before I go out of the country. She even made sure what she prescribed me wouldn’t affect my liver negatively, as I have liver disease. I truly appreciated her, and her nurse, jack. The front desk staff, referral specialist, and lab technician were all very personable, patient, and kind with me as well! I am very grateful that I felt comfortable with all staff that worked with me today.

The staff here is great! I visited urgent care today and had a very good experience with their RN who checked me in. His name is Dave and he’s fantastic. Thanks for hiring great people Allina. Please take good care of them. Thank you.

Knowledgeable Dr's. Would recommend Brittany Turk P.A. She had a real concern for her patients and their health. She has always been very thorough and has answered all my questions. I am always satisfied with her answers and treatments she suggests.

I am a Registered Nurse at an area specialty clinic. Allina is dreadful to partner with. They lose our lab orders and don't draw the correct labs for our patients. I've called Allina 4 x today and have been on hold for 24 minutes, 23 minutes, 37 minutes, and 14 minutes. Their voice activated prompts never understand me even though I'm a lifelong Midwesterner and native English speaker with no unusual accent. There is no way to speak to a human being simply or easily. And I'm calling as a NURSE - imagine how hard it must be for patients! One rep today told me that I need to send an ROI for the lab results that we ordered. Nope. No healthcare system is perfect, but Allina's bureaucracy is worse than most. Avoid Allina. They are understaffed to the point of incompetence. (I DON'T have any of these problems working with Health Partners/Park Nicollet.)

Dr Brittany Turk is a great doctor. I appreciate doctors that are good listeners as well as good explainers. And she is both. I always feel like I am being heard and that she cares about my health as she explains the results of various test results, even how it could impact my kids (heredity concerns). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.

Although I haven’t always had good luck with some of the providers at this facility, I had a very positive experience today with Dr. T.Hendrickson. He took much time with me explaining my long standing health condition to me and also explained some lab results. He was open and receptive to me when I had questions about further testing, and I found him receptive, professional and most of all kind. An excellent provider. Thank you Dr. Hendrickson!

I have been coming to the clinic for years with no issue. Came in for a physical and when they checked me in they gave me medical questionnaires to fill out, which I did. Based on my answers one medication I take was adjusted. Seemed fine until I got my bill and they billed me two separate appointment fees. Called billing and was treated very rudely by two separate people who gave me two separate answers justifying the double billing ("split billing" for two full appointments in one visit). Apparently, even though they ask you to fill out those forms they can charge you an additional clinic visit fee if you answer the forms and it results in any changes to your medications because they say it isn't covered as part of the exam. Despite them giving the questionnaires to you to fill out in the first place. At no point was I told that answering the questionnaire they provided to me (and told me to fill out) could result in additional billing codes charged to me/my insurance. It is very predatory and unethical and completely undermines patient trust in their providers. Additionally, it was less than 3 minutes of my appointment yet the clinic and doctor seem to feel this justifies an additional $400 plus billed to me/my insurance. Allina claims to be a nonprofit but their billing practices say otherwise. Just beyond scummy and unethical. Would like to add that the reply from Allina to this is ridiculous given I have spoken with the billing and the coding departments regarding this already. Allina continues to display a complete lack of customer service or care for their patients.

She's a great DR. She was responsible for catching my cancer. While I was in for a unrelated problem she said "Hey I haven't seen you for a while let's turn this into a physical, you get a fully covered one a year". That's when my cancer got caught. I related this event to my care at Mercy. There response was "That's just good DRing right there.

I had help from Melissa McCafferty. The help felt very personal. The staff were very friendly. I was slightly disappointed by how unorganized the building was. The volunteers pointed me to the wrong place. Once I arrived where I thought I was supposed to be it was actually 2 floors up. I was late to my appointment.

Mammogram appointment was on time and performed in 10 minutes I will get the results online in 2 days

Really disappointed. Have had several bad experiences. A lot of changes have been made to how things are done and it has only made things worse.

Unfortunately like most in the healthcare industry Alina is strictly a cash grab business. All you get is miss information upfront and no one is accountable for anything they tell you. I will not go to my follow up visit and will be forced to find another doctor. Almost as bad as Mayo and that's saying a lot.

If you need care this is the place to go. I'm from Texas and they treated my like I was a neighbor. Vicky at the checkin desk is a major sweetheart and Dr Cynthia Carlson was amazing. Thanks to all the staff!

I've never had a problem at Allina Health Clinic, Coon Rapids. In fact, when I was pregnant for both of my pregnancies, especially the second one with my twins, I saw a myriad of physicians while I was hospitalized, among them Dr. Sarah Schoel (who delivered my twins!), Dr. Christine Greves, Dr. Malinda Johnson (who delivered my oldest son), Dr. Evan Friese, Dr. Jillian Halstrom, Dr. Ronald Gourneau, among the myriad of nurses, nurse aides, physician assistants and endless staff that visited with me during both of my pregnancies... These folks are not only very caring, but they will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have. Remember, the only stupid question is the one you don't bother to ask. There's no question too embarrassing or too weird. Bottom line? The staff at any Allina Medical Clinic is composed of some of the finest folks I've ever had the privilege to be cared for. Give them a chance.

Excellent experience. Pleasant, kind and helpful. Doctor very businesslike. He is there to fix the problem not be your friend.

I've had blood clot issues for 3 yrs now.A particular doctor(M) in Internal Medicine is only in this so he can make his BMW payment.At times I've gone in and end up talking for maybe 15 min.and I get a bill for $250.00+.After 2 yrs he finally refered me to a hernia surgeon.I tried to talk to him about finding out why I have blood clots and he just said come back in 3 or 4 months.Didn't listen to me at all.He lost this patient and any good referals!!

Very wonderful clinic. As a new patient I found the whole process easy and streamline. Everyone was very helpful and from the receptionist to the phlebotomist everyone was very minnesota nice. They drew my blood at 4:30, I got my results at evening online. Pretty sweet. Also, I didn't wait... I can 10min before my appointment. I was seen pretty much online. Didn't wait long in the waiting room or the examination for more than 5min. Very easy to get an appointment, within days.

I love this clinic. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Mohammed Kahn is thorough in his examinations and his compassion for patient care is easy to see. I've never felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything. He has truly made a difference in my life and I cannot thank him enough. My wife and two kids also see physicians at this clinic and are very pleased with the women's center and pediatric care.

Excellent urgent care! Almost everything is "in house". Super convenient with knowledgeable, caring staff.

Horrible place to go!! They screwed up big time!! Said I only had water in my ear and turns out it was a massive infection!! I ended up seeing a different dr. at a different clinic and I had to have my infection sucked out it was so bad and gross!! It required months of treatment just to be able to hear again!! I had to go on awful antibiotics too.

I arrived to my appointment a little late due to road conditions and my PA refused to see me. You have lost a patient.
