What a wonderful place ! Once in a lifetime experience. Mauricio is an outstanding chef. We had some health issue and Carmen was more than helpful, we are so grateful. Looking forward to coming back soon !

We had stayed here one weekend in January, it was expensive ($1050bs per person) but we had a jacuzzi in our room and the food was amazing, Last weekend we had a final friend trip before some moved away, and decided to stay here for the full moon. ||We got the same room, however the jacuzzi didn’t work. They said they needed to fix the water heater. The next day they said the water heater worked, it was just too cold outside and it couldn’t keep up enough to heat the water. So our group couldn’t even shower while we were there.|| It was so cold and they didn’t provide our friends with a space heater, so they had to “borrow” one that was in an empty room. They can only accommodate one large group inside the restaurant and have no space heaters in the glass enclosed spaces. There was a large group there, so when we ordered tea to warm up it was cold when it came, for $10bs per person. Because even with the meals there is no drink included that they told us about. This time we never got told our options for food they just asked vegetarian or not, one night two out of three of the non vegetarian meals didn’t get eaten because it was terrible, and they never even asked what was wrong with the food. ||The last disappointing thing was that they charged us $40bs per person for a camp fire! Other ecolodges it costs $40bs in total no matter how many people you have. ||They said they would give us a discount or a refund because we paid a lot for a jacuzzi that never worked amd we weren’t able to bathe for the 3 days we were there. They gave me a voucher for $100bs, less than 5% of what we had to pay and not even enough for a full meal there.||Go for the food and the view. Never stay there for the night.

This is the product of divine vision filled with love and care. The views are breathtaking, the architecture is original, the food is exceptional (apparently the new chef comes from a top restaurant in Santa Cruz and made it his mission to provide the same high standard at this restaurant) and the service makes one feel at home. I had the best meal and best afternoon of my ten day stay in La Paz here. Definitely recommended for anyone. Whether you are looking for a high end experience, a family getaway or a romantic evening, this is the place.

I cannot overstate how special this place is. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a special day out, an excellent meal, a family getaway or a romantic evening.

Incredible hotel, amazing views, delicious food, nice service

Allkamari is one of the most beautiful, peaceful and powerful places I have visited. The view of Illimani mountain and the Palka Canyon are spectacular. You are surrounded by peace. The hotel is located only 20 minutes from San Miguel (in La Paz) by taxi, and there is a great restaurant (with vegetarian options) frequented by weekend visitors. The hotel rooms having a fascinating design -- each has a direct entrance from the outside with a solarium and succulent plants at the entrance and sitting area, leading into the cozy bedroom with comfortable accommodations and tasteful decorations. Over the last few years, I have visited Allkamari many times, including hosting our wedding reception with ~30 people and participating in spiritual ceremonies led by Miguel Kavlin. We hope to return soon!

Too expensive for such small dishes. Not worth at all

For lovers of the nature: The place is blessed with natural beauty, auspiciously located on energetic lay-lines, so the simple presence at this space vibrates each cell of your being into a high frequency. The Illimani mountain ahead of you, Valley of the Souls all around you, a canyon of mesmerizing beauty calling you for a hike, and a quietness broken only by occasional donkey, sheep, or horse call. Fields, pastures, villagers, llamas, dogs and birds can be your companions. This is a natural bliss of this eco-resort, where you can enjoy private moments, or a great company of friendly hosts, and interesting curious visitors coming here from the whole world. In convenient distance from La Paz and all city’s amenities, you can feel far away from the buzz of our civilization. Still being in safe, clean and comfortable environment of tastefully designed eco cottages, enjoying warm bed, clean water, and freshly prepared food in restaurant with the best view you can possibly imagine!||Food for the Soul: Besides surrounding beauties of Mother Nature, in Allkamari you can enjoy divinity of Peace Sound Chamber serving with sacred ceremonies here for 35 years; next to that is Tibetan Stupa magnifying your prayers and meditations; and traditional temazcal – sweat-lodge, where you return to the womb of Pachamama to connect with the Spirit World and the Ancestors. Such rich combination! In addition, if you are lucky enough and come in December, you can experience Sun and Moon Dance, taking place outdoors on the sacred circular grounds once a year for 3-4 days! There is also enchanting round building - yoga/meditation/celebration gathering place – blessed with beautiful views and lots of natural light. Right next to that is a steep prayer hill, with a cactus garden and “a cosmic acupuncture” wooden statue, where you simply want to be quiet in humble adoration and gratitude for all this plentitude.
