A local gem totally worth it. You won't find menus in English nor a room full of tourists. We ate dinner here on constitution day so it was a set menu. Local flavors, gourmet style (gourmet but eatable and filling). We had asparagus, mussels, cod, and a raspberry chocolate dessert that was incredible. We highly recommend and would definitely eat here again to try the rest of the menu. Compliments to the chef! Fair prices for the area, and kind, informative service.

Had the best experience here. Best meal in recent memory, wonderfully explained with nods to local culture, nature, and geography somehow. Cozy romantic atmosphere with candles, flowers and art. 10/10.

The food is great. I had non alcoholic beverages and not a wine lover so can't tell you how good the wine list is. The food is fusion food, but doesn't clash on the palette. Personally, the mackerel dish was a revelation - the fishy smell of the fish was turned into a positive component of the dish. However, every dish was great and I would hard pressed to choose a favorite one in the 5 course meal i had.

The Saturday brunch is very tasty! We loved it. We were a bit surprised that everything is shared so the quantity is not very generous but we loved all the dishes.

Far exceeded our expectations. We were eating well everywhere in Bergen, but for the last night, we decided to go easy and just visit a simple gastropub. It turned out to be probably the best dinner in Norway. At first, I was worried that maybe a 3-course menu would be too little food, and we needed to go for the 5-course one. We couldn't have been more wrong, as we couldn't finish everything. And the food was extremely good. Our hostess recommended a beer tasting, and it was a great accompaniment to the food. Highly recommended!

We had 3 courses menu which is astonishingly tasty! The croquettes were hidden that confused us. The muscles are so fresh and taste almost like oyster! All sources have best combinations of multiple layer of flavor. Most surprise is the potato! The best I had in my life, really want to know the secrete 🤣

We had a beautiful meal that was packed with flavour. The food was cooked over coals which was absolutely delicious. Was very reasonably priced compared to other places we had eaten in Bergen. Great food and great value!

Great customer service we had a ribeye steak that we shared between two of us that was perfectly cooked. The Barada was tender with fresh tomatoes, and just overall a great dining experience! Thank you for a lovely experience!

First time in Bergen and this place was recommended by a local bartender. Our server was Allison who was so friendly and attentive! She gave great recommendations and the restaurant itself has a high-end vibe.

This restaurant was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. You don't know the tasting menu ahead of time so everything is a delicious surprise! Because if this, make sure you make ALL dietary restrictions known ahead of time. I have an intolerance that I didn't think would be an issue, but lo and behold it came out. They were extremely accommodating and were able to make me something new. While it was amazing that they were able to accommodate me last minute, I'm sure they would have appreciated the heads up. Our server Adelin was fantastic! She was friendly and spoke amazing English. She was very thorough and made the experience lovely.

By far my favorite food experience in Bergen. Their "åpen mat" (open food - tasting menu) is a must and absolutely worth the money. Their wine list is good and the service is excellent. Make sure to make a reservation so you are sure to get a spot!

The best restaurant in Bergen. The place is cozy, classy with great atmosphere. The food is really really amazing. I highly recommended to anyone who is looking for good quality and special Nordic cuisine. We had mackerel paste with chips, grilled white fish with vegetable. They were heavenly. I can't believe they got only one review cause I have been to quite a few places in Bergen. This place is the only place I want to go to the kitchen and shake the chef's hand and tell him: you are a true artist.
