All Saints store … so nice to visit a bonafide store and not just a concession in a department store. All Saints apparel in all it’s glory in a very stylish and cool setting. Artful store and artful clothing. I like All Saints clothing though sometimes I do wonder what they are thinking with some designs. You don’t need to splash the logo over the clothes, let the clothes speak for themselves…. Really nice store and very friendly staff. If you like All Saints clothing then you will like this store.

Shout out to Luke at Regent Street All Saints - never met such a motivated member of staff that clearly loves what he does. Talk about customer experience, came in for a wonder and left with an amazing pair of jeans - will be back for more solely down to this customer experience!

I went into this store and the selection of clothes was unbelievable compared to the states. I had Mariam help us and she is fabulous! They are so lucky to have her as an employee and made our experience so wonderful! Ask for her and she will treat you like royalty and has such great taste.

They have the finest quality of genuine leather in shoes, handbags, jackets, etc. My visit on 18th May 2022 allowed me to purchase a pair of boots & I shall return for the chic jackets & unique handbags. I received excellent customer service from MELISSA. Her interpersonal skills & professionalism made me want to purchase the entire store🙈 but time didn’t permit me. I received the ultimate service from Melissa with no added pressure. She is a jewel 💎and a star💫 & represents ALL SAINTS 100%. I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience here! I went when it was very hectic on the 21st to get last minute Christmas presents for my boyfriend (never too many socks or pants, right?!) but the salesperson (Emily I think!) in menswear was so helpful and attentive and gave great ideas even when they were all run off their feet. Very useful to have someone to think for me and I ended up with a lovely scarf which went down an absolute treat on Xmas day.

We came to this specific store as I’d seen a jacket I liked in the shop window. We searched the shop top to bottom and couldn’t find the same jacket anywhere, it was completely out of stock. We spoke to a very helpful lady, possibly the manager (?), who let me try the jacket from the window on and buy that very one. This was definitely a highlight as I feel most shops wouldn’t be willing to take something off the display, but I can honestly say I will come back to this shop because of my positive experience!

I love everything about this store! We don't have one where we live so anytime I have a chance to stop I do. Beautiful Interior very helpful and clean. It's a candy in here. All of the clothing is high-quality and they have great sales. That's the last forever, even though some of the pieces of pricey world worth it! Good value.

I actually worked at this location when I was a student at LCF a hundred million years ago (2014) before they rebranded into a more minimal aesthetic that they adhere to now. This is the London flagship, it's pretty large and I can vouch for the training staff goes though. While I don't love the new aesthetic of the brand, and am not really an AllSaints customer, my husband is. And because I worked here, on our recent trip (and my husbands first time in the UK and London) we had to stop in so I could show him where I worked. It's almost exactly the same but it has been whitewashed from the black and grey and brick to white and grey which was odd but still the same otherwise. If you are a fan of the brand this is a great location to check out

Sis and I went here on our last day... looking for souvenirs for the bro and for herself. The store atmosphere was definitely "poppin'" and think Anthropologie in terms of their clothing styles. Friendly customer service... they made sure to help my sis with the VAT form to bring into LHR. After the way we were treated in Paris... we love 'em Brits! Definitely worth checking out... it's pricey especially if you only have $...

Fantastic customer service!! I had such an amazing experience here. Everyone there was incredible, nice, helpful, and honest. This became one of my new favorite stores. Unfortunately I just came back to the San Francisco location and had a horrible experience. Goes to show how important good customer service is, and this location has it. Thanks everyone!

Just a quick note to say: for some reason...this is my favourite All Saints location. It just feels less harried (even though Regent St. is nuts, straight-up, at peak shopping times). I think the staff/shopper ratio is good, and I can always find someone to help find extra stock or hook me up with a change room. And, another pro for this location: for some reason it's rare that they don't have my size...larger stock room? Shoppers on Regent St. not my size? I dunno, but: as a result, 240 Regent St. is my first stop if I have All Saints on my mind. Yelp note: students get 20% off. WHA? So many missed shopping experiences - I literally *just* discovered this.

Almost annyoingly good customer service is the first thing that comes to mind. But straight after that is the amazing quality of there amazingly stylish and beautiful clothes. The only thing clothes I like more..are All Saints clothes during their sale! The only bad thing (Which isn't actually a bad thing) is that I always find something I love, It will always be a store I can't not visit! Always.
