The manager in that store is so amazing and he helped me so much honestly one of the best employees I’ve ever met. Thank you so much. he was working February 19 in the afternoon. I can’t remember his name, but he’s awesome.

This is not a real AllSaints. It’s an AllSaints counter inside of a Bloomingdale’s. It shows up on the wrong place on the map. They will not take returns of items purchased from AllSaints (in person or online). Only Bloomingdale’s items. I asked the girl at the counter if she could work on updating the listing and she was so rude she said she can’t control google. I explained that anyone can suggest an edit and she basically said it wasn’t something she was going to do. Terrible customer service, rude. Inaccurate listing. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the floor manager.
