Allsaints Miami Brickell

The other day I went to browse because I wanted to get something online, I don’t shop in the store since 2 years ago I went and had the worst experience in this location, but Rafael made me change the perspective of the brand. Definitely going there more. Excellent customer service!!!

When I tell you that no store thus far can ever compare to the type of service and hospitality that is catered at this location. From the second you walk in everybody is hands on willing to help with everything. The main reason I always come back to this location is because Mikayla is absolutely the best when it comes to putting outfits together setting me up with everything I need. Has even taken it upon herself to reach out to me when new shipments have arrived so that I don’t ever have to miss a thing. Of course she offers to get items delivered to my home (I’m too impatient for that) so the fact that she goes out of her way to do this is outstanding! The store usually has so much stock. Not to throw dirt on Lincoln Rd but it blows my mind that a smaller location is never lacking merchandise.

The assistant Anastaslia is very rude and unfriendly. i don't know if its a cultural thing, but she needs people skills!

Just spent $350 on a dress! The sales person crumbled it up in the smallest bag they had. When I asked to have it wrapped in some tissue paper and to get a larger bag, I got a real attitude! The clothes are beautiful but the service in the store leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Had an amazing experience here at Allsaints in brickell. I was looking for a leather jacket but wasn’t sure what style. Jaden helped me choose a white leather jacket which I had no idea I’d like. I never worn a white leather jacket and I instantly fell in love. I didn’t buy the jacket but I am definitely planning on returning.

The Brickell location has horrible service , the day I visited there were 3-4 colleagues working not one spoke to me… I had to ask if any of them work here. They should take lessons from the team at All Saints Aventura Mall, they are amazing every time I shop there.

I was very pleased with my visit. Excellent costumer service. I will definitely be back for some more shopping.

I drive 20 minutes to get here before 7pm close ad the staff closed up 5 minutes before. I just needed to get something g quick and appreciate that they want to leave but 7pm is 7pm.

This is a great store. They have some really nice things that fit me well. I've bought a couple of things from here in the past. Their prices are not super high. I even bought a really nice dress on sale that I love and still wear often. They have some nice accessories like purses. They offer high quality items. Their staff is not pushy at all which I appreciate. They are very relaxed. They offer help if you want it but otherwise they leave me alone. I have no complaints about AllSaints. They also have men's clothing on the opposite side of the store. They are located right by Saks in Brickell City Center.

Mikayla was amazing! She helped me find everything I needed. Love her fashion style!!
