This was my second time visiting Lisbon, but my first time staying in the Alfama district. I didn't enjoy my stay in this old town due to the narrow streets, heavy traffic, and difficulty in getting around. These factors made it challenging to carry our luggage to the Airbnb. The narrow street next to the Airbnb also made it difficult to drop off or pick up our luggage from the car or to the car. The building itself was okay, but all the cabinets and doors were either loose or couldn't be closed properly. The refrigerator was even wobbly and seemed like it might fall off. The internet connection was also very weak. The building was relatively secure.

the most horrible experience one can have. if you want the main entrance to the place where you live to look like on the first picture, then it is the place to go. the host told me that im not allowed to open the windows because "it is dangerous". you also live underground and so you have no natural light coming in. the heating is not working after 15 minutes and the host doesn't know how to use AC. the host was absurdly rude and impatient. Told me that i'm the reason he was late. Extremely poor communication.

This property, situated literally 10 seconds away from the tram station, is one of the best apartment residences I have ever been to! António, who checked us in, was super friendly and informative! He showed us an incredible, stunning and clean property, and I love the timeless nature of it!

We are staying in Alma Moura Lisbon and we love it. It's located in Alfama the historical neighbourhood of Lisbon. It's a cute property with everything you need. The staff including Ana, Joao and Antonio were so kind and helpful in everyway. Property is very clean and equipped with kitchenett. It's located a few steps from tram station and makes it very convenient. There is also a coffeeshop right next door which you should try.

Alma Moura was not hard to find at all. Just knock hard on the door when you get there and Pedro (or his colleague) will come to greet you. The residences used to be old houses and have been redesigned very well. Simple, but clean and homey. I loved that there was a private door I could just walk out of my suite from because I was on the lower level in the Alfama room.

Fab location right in the heart of Alfama, lots of great places to eat on the doorstep. Apartments very clean, well equipped with everything you need. Friendly & help staff. Would return.

Loved these clean and modern rooms, short walk to charming tourist areas. Manager wonderful when small thing went wrong. We'll be back!

We stayed here for 4 nights and appreciated its location in the old city. A General lack of maintenance and a very hard bed and pillows detracted from our experience.
