The check-in experience was underwhelming. Staff did not appear welcoming or enthusiastic, and it felt as though they were simply rushing to get us checked in. Additionally, we noticed that other guests received a welcome gift, while we did not— this highlights the inconsistency in service. On our first day, we stepped on a sticky brown stain—an unsettling indication that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, there were pencil scribbles on the side of the bedding, which is unacceptable for a place that calls itself a resort. We also noticed an inconsistency in room amenities: while our friend in a separate room could adjust their AC down to 20°C, ours was restricted to a minimum of 23°C. We understand the climate challenges in Vietnam, but it’s unclear why the thermostat limits differed between rooms. These issues collectively reflect a lack of attention to detail and consistency. The main issue we encountered was with the deposit cancellation. While we fully understood the policy and paid the deposit accordingly, it was not properly registered in the resort’s system. At check-out, we were asked to provide proof of payment; otherwise, the deposit could not be refunded. We were never informed at check-in that keeping the receipt was necessary. Fortunately, I had kept mine and was able to resolve the issue myself. However, this raises a serious concern—had I not kept the receipt, would the resort have withheld my money due to their internal error?

We had a truly memorable stay at Alma Resort. The room was in excellent condition, and every meal—from breakfast and dinner to lunch at the food court—was delightful. Both the beach and the pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. One particularly touching moment was when I lost my wallet. I had already given up hope, but thanks to the staff's thoughtful and diligent efforts, it was found and returned to me. I was so grateful. I would love to return to Alma Resort for my next holiday.

Stayed at Alma for 5 nights 6 days. It was the end of our Vietnam trip so we decided to stay at a resort. And it was worth it! The resort is beautiful, a lot of pools and a couple of adults only pool as well. The beach is right there as well. The room was fairly nice except we had AC problem and a smell coming, but we contacted service and they tried to fix the problem and cleaned all the vents. Their service was great as they continued to check in with us to see how everything was going. The breakfast buffet is great!! Something for everybody, and pho every day. There are activities for kids and adults. I did woodworking, but there’s also painting, laser printing. You can also plant a tree, science museum, game room. It’s truly a nice resort and family friendly. But you have to watch the Alma Show at night! They did an awesome job setting everything up with a story behind each dance. It was fun, entertaining and informative on Vietnam culture.

The hotel is excellent — great service, variety, beauty, and quality. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, the territory is spacious and beautiful — I really enjoyed everything! The only drawback is that everything closes too early. I understand the local schedule, but for tourists it can be inconvenient. It would be great if the lobby bar worked longer, ideally 24/7. Other than that, I have no remarks.

Don't sleep on the Alma Resort Cam Ranh! My wife and I decided to come here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and birthday trip, towards the tail end of our Thailand and Vietnam travels! We can thoroughly say that we saved the best for last! From a great room upgrade, to discounts, great food, tasty beverages, wonderful views and great amenities, service and staff!||Starting with food and beverages, we highly recommend the Alma Lounge if you don't have kids and don't mind a bit of heat with fans to cool you down. There is generally a low to no wait and can sit wherever you want because most people go to the Alma Garden for the breakfast buffet.||For lunch we preferred the food court, as there are 6 different stations to choose from with different offerings from each. We loved the Vietnamese food, as well as the mango yoghurt and mango smoothies from the espresso bar, we also recommend enjoying some tasty French offerings from the French Bakery! Croissants anyone! You could also go to the Alma Garden for a buffet lunch offering!||For dinner we have opted for the featured buffets most nights at the Alma Garden! We have thoroughly enjoyed the tasty offerings most nights, as there is something for everyone! We did try Atlantis but found it to be a little lacking but still delicious!||On the service side of things, we have been treated with only the utmost respect! Staff who frequently waited on us daily started to know our orders and what we liked and didn't like, they would talk with us and share some of their recommendations with us, if we had questions just about everyone would either offer to help or get us in touch with someone who could further assist. The maids and cleaning crew were top notch and the staff that drive the buggies are always on time, just be vigilant and aware that some times throughout the days are busier than others so we opted to walk short distances and ride if where we wanted to go was too far out!||Definitely try to hit up the beach for an early morning sunrise before the heat comes! Once the sun is up it gets hot real quick so don't forget your sunblock!!!||The location is beautiful, if you can opt for a pool villa it will not disappoint as many of the pools close around 6pm, with the closest pool to the lobby closing around 7 or 8pm, so you could cool down at your own private pool. We did have a small ant problem but they were able to quickly address it so that we could go about enjoying our vacation!||Almost forgot to mention that the spa and treatments are wonderful and that the gym is a great size with a great yoga offering with an Indian Yoga Master!||Last but not least, you should pick an evening to go and see the Alma Show! It definitely won't disappoint! It has a little something for everyone and is a great way to see a bit of Vietnamese culture!||Thank you to each person that has made our stay safe, enjoyable, fun and relaxing! We definitely look forward to coming back!

Pros:|-amazing cuisine, fresh hotel rooms (treats in the fridge too), staff always smiling and ready to help, lots of entertaining stuff, delicious mocktails, loved pina panlada♡, and oh cant forget the tastyyy ice cream.|Cons:|-not everyone understands english, but it didnt ruin the time we spent in the hotel.|-lots of pork required food,i wish ther was more beef or chicken for muslim and other people who dont eat pork.||We arrived as 12 people, like 2 families together,we thought we might get lots of difficulties at the hotel, but turned out that it didnt ruin our experience and we were all satisfied with everything. ||Special thanks to the miss Twee and mr. To An, i hope i spelled their names right..but you got me. They were extremely polite, sweet always asking if we were good,a huge plus that ms.Twee knows russian. And also..huge,HUGE thanks to the whole staff at the Alma restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day, they work so hard, cooking everyday for such number of people, yet they clean fast and i constantly saw them having meetings right in the restaurant..nothing but impressive and you guys have my respect. ||Thanks to all the staff and everyone, hope we can visit your hotel again someday.

This hotel blew us away and exceeded expectations. The grounds are stunning, the people are so friendly, the service is first class and the 12 pools are incredible. For a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 8) there is so much to do and see. The rooms are massive (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets) super clean with a balcony presenting sweeping views. The beach is stunning and the pool bar service is efficient. We will be back!

It was my first visit to Nha Trang, and I spent half of my trip at Alma Resort. As time went by, I regretted not staying longer because it was truly a wonderful place. The experience was beautiful, enjoyable, and full of happiness, and my child loved it as well.||Although there was a minor inconvenience on the last day due to an unexpected incident, the resort’s prompt and appropriate response made up for it.||If I had to mention just two areas for improvement, it would be the visible dust on the top of the curtains and the unpleasant smell from the bedding, especially the pillows. Other than that, everything was excellent.||If someone asked me whether I would visit again, my answer would very likely be “Yes.”
