I had an excellent stay at AlmaLusa. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and I instantly felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. The hotel was extremely clean and all of the staff were friendly and professional. I really appreciated the personal touches of the welcome drink and snacks! Everything was smoothly organised from start to finish, including my airport transfers. The hotel is also in an amazing location within walking distance to all the nearby restaurants, shops and waterfront. I'd highly recommend and I would love to come and stay here again when I'm next in Lisbon!

We have thourougly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a 5 min walk from the metro station.|All the staff were personable and were very eager to help and enhance your stay.|We had room 45, which had a restricted view of the cathedral at the back of the hotel.| The room was fantastic. Crisp bedding and really lovely Benamore toiletrie products.|Coffee machine, pods replaced every day. Bottle of sparkling and still water replaced every day. Fridge in the room. The air conditioning stayed on once you left the room, which was welcomed after a day out.|The room was serviced twice a day and the welcome cake left in our room was delicious. The location of this hotel is perfect. Close proximity to everything. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. |As part of package, breakfast was included everyday and dinner one evening also transport to the airport, which was a fantastic addition to our stay.|

We loved our stay. Your reception team are fabulous and so helpful. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the house keeping was excellent. We loved it and hope to come back. We would have loved a fluffy bathrobe each in the room, and a proper barista coffee machine at breakfast but they are not criticisms just suggestions as to how the hotel could be even better. We really enjoyed our stay :-)

This hotel was 10/10! Fantastic location, clean rooms and EXCEPTIONAL service. The building felt very secure with the 24/7 front desk. When I dropped off my bags before check in, the front desk team had them ready IN MY ROOM on check in. So nice to not have to pull my bag up after a long day. The view from the room was BEYOND beautiful. Was nice to get ready for the night with the window open and watch the sun set with the music from the restaurant downstairs. Just perfect.

A truly magical experience. This hotel is one of the top experiences throughout my travels. From the kindness and professionalism of the staff to the beautiful room with its thoughtful design, decor, and views of Lisbon's waterfront! It's a luxury boutique-style experience that makes you feel at home. We especially loved the 24/7 front desk for peace of mind and the staff's help for advising us on restaurants, spas, and more. The quaint neighbourhood the hotel is located in is also a must-see as one of Lisbon's oldest neighbourhoods. Thank you so much to the staff and housekeeping for the magical experience!

Amazing stay at Hotel AlmaLusa. From booking original reservation, to handling flight delays, arranging drivers for pick up at airport, day tour of Fatima, driver to train station, etc. staff was outstanding The breakfast was amazing. Everyone of the staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to everything we needed. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. Made our visit so memorable.

So glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Lisbon! So close to the cruise terminal and all the sights and the transportation needed for others like Belem. Breakfast was great and all the staff were so very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond everyday to Make our stay the best it could be. Absolutely a wonderful and pleasant stay before the cruise, and so close to the terminal too. Many thanks to the entire staff.

If you are okay with very small rooms, but appreciate excellent service and super high end esthetics, you will love this place! Note - many hotel rooms here in Europe are small, compared to what we may be used to in American hotels, but it is made up in the charm and location of this place. And the front staff is super warm and welcoming! It would be even better if the food service people also smiled, but that’s my only feedback. The food itself was excellent, as was their homemade iced tea! I was very happy to land here for my first 3 days in Lisbon!
