I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered an item for my daughter on December 14, 2025, and although I received 2-day free shipping, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
As of December 21, 2025, I have yet to receive tracking details or shipment information, which has not allowed for the promised 2-day shipping (missing the mark by 5-days)!
More than the failure to receive the item, I am disturbed by the deduction of $157.99 from my credit card on December 14, 2025, which coincidentally was the day I ordered the item.
I recognize that this is a prevalent practice among companies, but the deduction of money, be it a credit/debit card should not take place until after the item(s) has shipped.
Please note, that, my subsequent step after this review will be to get in contact with my credit card company to dispute this transaction along with the Better Business Bureau.
