I’ve been a loyal Alo customer for a long time and usually order online for home delivery. This time, I decided to place an online order and pick it up in store so I could visit the SouthPark location for the first time and see the new arrivals in person before purchasing more items. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff at the register were not welcoming at all. When I gave my name for the pickup, a blonde associate with short, shoulder-length hair came out with my order. There was no greeting, no smile, and no eye contact—she simply handed me the bag and walked away. Customer service is a big part of the in-store experience, especially for a premium brand like Alo. This interaction felt cold and unprofessional, and it honestly made me second-guess whether I want to continue supporting this brand in the future. A little kindness and basic courtesy go a long way.

The good is the outfit came in a week. The bad is the quality of the clothes are poor. For $148 hoodie I expected it to be thicker. The threading is a mess. It giving Gilden hoodie vibes with there shiny logo attached to it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered an item for my daughter on December 14, 2025, and although I received 2-day free shipping, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. As of December 21, 2025, I have yet to receive tracking details or shipment information, which has not allowed for the promised 2-day shipping (missing the mark by 5-days)! More than the failure to receive the item, I am disturbed by the deduction of $157.99 from my credit card on December 14, 2025, which coincidentally was the day I ordered the item. I recognize that this is a prevalent practice among companies, but the deduction of money, be it a credit/debit card should not take place until after the item(s) has shipped. Please note, that, my subsequent step after this review will be to get in contact with my credit card company to dispute this transaction along with the Better Business Bureau.

- I was visiting from Australia and really liked that this store keeps things simple. They don’t overwhelm you with too many options and focus on doing a few things well, which I appreciate. - I do wish they had more stock though as some of the shirts I liked weren’t available in my size. Luckily, I still managed to grab one. - Prices are on the dearer side. - Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff here is so rude just like other comments state. Went in today around 7pm and the employee greeting at the door stared me & my partner down with the nastiest look & proceeds to welcome everyone else behind us in. We were genuinely so confused. We go pick up our two orders and get in line to return one item and omg that really set off the cashier girl. We gave her the bag with the item and she snatched it and slammed it down on her side, when i say slammed i mean SLAMMED with anger lol. She says nothing the whole interaction just so mad and then she pulls out a he wrapping in the bag but she don’t just pulled it out, she RIPPED it in half after yanking it out. It was so unnecessary and passive aggressive. My partner and I were so confused because we were genuinely nice to her😭 Idk the whole thing makes me never wanna go back to ALO which tbh they’ll probably be happy

Blond female grumpy staff at Southpark store, who thinks shes in charge at this store is incredibly rude. I am literally trying to help my daughter try on clothes and the super rude girl screamed at me to come out of the fitting room. Im paying for all the crap. Super duper crappy, no offer to help, no professionalism just trashy crappy attitude; like i am planning to steal. Only the nice guy working the checkout treated us remotely kindly . Don't shop here.

I have had now two horrible interactions here. First, the staff refused to honor a coupon I received for a 15% off my first purchase because they were “unable to get the code to work.” Second, I received some leggings as a gift for my birthday and wanted to exchange them for a size larger. The staff were “unable” to assist me, as my family members phone number did not list the transaction under their account. The leggings were unworn, still had the tag, and were still on display with multiple sizes in stock. The staff could not be bothered, insisting I take it up with customer support. The branding and pricing would suggest Alo thinks of themselves as a premium brand. However, their mid quality and incompetent service would strongly suggest otherwise. If you’re dying to waste your money on trendy fitness wear — save yourself the headache and go to LuLu instead.

This complaint should have been made a long time ago, and I've been putting it off, but today I decided to do it. Every time I go to my Pilates class, the pants bother me a lot because they don't stretch well, they keep bunching up, and my belly sticks out. I bought this pair recently, in May 2024, and I only use it for Pilates! I always alternate with the competition, which is much better, by the way!

I've been to this location several times and I'm always amazed at the fact that no one speaks to you. Employees will stand there or even walk by and not a word. Took two friends in with me today and both didn't buy a thing as they said the employees were just rude. Love Alo but customer service or even a "hello" goes a long way.

Be careful when trying to exchange products. I purchased tights on sale for my daughter and needed to exchange for different size. However they didn't have the same color so they charged me regular price for the different color. Not a good policy.
