ALO

I just left the store a few minutes ago after finishing my purchase with a friend. As we were walking out, one of the sales associates suddenly shouted, “Wow, you bought so much!” in front of everyone. We actually did buy a lot of items, but the way it was said made everyone look at us and it felt really embarrassing. I honestly believe that if it were people of a different color, the comment wouldn’t have been made. A simple “Thank you for shopping with us, have a great day” would have been much more appropriate. I truly love Alo Yoga I usually shop online, but this was my first time visiting this store in person. Sadly, the experience left me disappointed.

Up until now I've ordered Alo wear online, but after going in the store I'll be doing in person shopping from now on. I love the mix of urban wear / work out gear with a great sophisticated style. Friendly staff who will help you as needs without hovering. Timeless pieces that you can mix and match and it has a "not your daughter's store" vibe compared to some of its competitors. Love the quality too...makes it worth the price. Recommend!
